Children can’t defend themselves. Teacher needs to be held accountable.

Watched the monitors and saw the young pre-k teacher angrily grab a child. Reported the concern, no response. Reported concern about my child struggling, treated like an annoying parent by the uneducated worthless asst. director who has no skills. Most terrible experience in childcare. Run to a better place, don’t leave your child with these awful people.

We signed up for a virtual tour only to wait for someone for over 15 minutes. Later, I get a voicemail that says they would like to take about the tour I wasn’t able to attend... Um what? This is an absolutely terrible impression! Why would I ever send my kids to a place so unreliable? Then they try to blame me!? We even tried on lots of devices to see, same outcome... they forgot about us.

The staff here is fantastic, I get updates all day and photos of my kids. You couldn’t ask for more from a daycare.

My kids currently go here and i love it! i feel completely safe and assured while im at work that my kids are in good hands. The staff are all friendly and efficient. My kids love Ms. Dawn the cook she is so full of life. I had a bad experience with a daycare in the past and ever since bringing my kids here its like a breath of fresh air. You truly feel like family and i feel like they genuinely love my kids, when i fell on hard times and things got tight the director Julie was so understanding and did her best to get me through. I HIGHLY recommend this daycare!

My now 6-year old daughter has been attending this Tutor Time intermittently since infancy, and we could not be more pleased with the care she receives here. We have attended other, more costly schools, and found the care no better. There are many teachers at this school who have been working there for many years, and it is clear they love the kids, and love their jobs. Mrs. Debbie and Mrs. Rice are both dedicated, amazing teachers, and the school director, Mrs. Julie is always cheerful, helpful, and loves the children!I highly recommend this school for anyone seeking flexible, affordable, great care!

I cannot begin to describe how much I loved this daycare. My 2 yr old was there from February 2016 to October of 2016 and I was very sad when I had to move her. When it came time to call for tax purposes they remembered us and voiced their desire to see her again. I truly miss them. She was always happy when I picked her up and I always felt secure leaving her in their care. They were an amazing first and like family to me.

Kiddo loves this place! She has learned so much over the last year. We are lucky to have family to watch her and primarily were sending her to tutor time to get her ready for school, but wow are we impressed! Her teachers and staff are amazing and I love that they teach the kids respect and love as well as academics. She has excelled so much and is having so much fun. We even started sending her to pre-k more days per week than we anticipated because she was begging to go. The amazing staff at Tutor Time has helped our kiddo blossom into an outgoing, smart, polite, little girl.

For the last two years I have had one or more of my children attending here, while at first the care was exceptional for my oldest who was in preschool, I put my youngest who was just about to turn 1 here. He did great at first teachers were accommodating with his allergy limitations and communicated very well. He moved up classrooms and it very much felt like everything fell apart, we started getting attitude from the staff over behavior issues which were not an issue before, and before we know it we were getting calls to pick up our child on a daily basis after only being in class for a matter of minutes. They were not willing to work with us on behavioral matters although we were doing everything possible on our end. In the end we chose to leave this school and it’s uncaring and rude attitude behind and move our child to a new school which institutes a positive environment and rewards good behavior instead of sending children home after behavior they find disruptive like tutor time does. The director here blatantly lies to people’s faces and the employees don’t watch your children when they play, they are always on there phones. I only gave 2 stars because a couple of there teachers are actually amazing.

I can not speak well enough about this place. My daughters last daycare remarked about how she didnt really participate or talk with the other toddlers (she is almost two). In the past few weeks that she has been there, Ive seen her blossom into a bubbly, excited toddler and am told every day about how she participates and talks more than the other kids. Theres a sense of calm and order in this place, from the moment I drop her off to the moment I pick her up; the checking in process is easy ... parents arent right on top of one another, and in the rooms the kids are engaged and interacting with their teachers. They arent just sitting there crying and ignored, which Ive seen all too much.Julie, the director, has shared photos and stories of my daughter with me and I know that she is hands on with the teachers, kids and in the classroom. The toddler teachers have been very communicative, and I see their interactions and can tell that they genuinely care about each childs well-being, development and independence. As a mom, its hard to leave my daughter in the care of someone else, but this place has given me a peace of mind that Ive not had at other places, and for that, I can not recommend this place highly enough.
