In my journey to becoming a future educator, I have been blessed with the opportunity to work for this childcare center that shares a vision to promote and provide inspirational and equality care to all children who attend. The environment is surrounded with warmth, nurturing, and the motivation to grow into a lifelong learner. The staff truly cares about each unique individual child and they take the time to get to know the children, as well as there family. They go above and beyond to encourage the success of the child’s development and address the need of every individual child. Through my experience working with the children and staff, I have grown a great amount in learning how to furnish the best quality of care for each individual child. This center motivates children to believe in themselves and creates top notch future leaders in the field of education while working with children. Working for this childcare center allows for continuous positive growth in becoming the best educator you can be, by putting each individual child’s needs first. They hold values that should be expressed in all learning environment. I’m excited to see where this opportunity will take me as an educator.

My son has been at Bright Beginnings since he was 2. Hes now in the 3 year old classroom and is always very well taken care of.As parents, we worry about our littles and wish we could be with them all the time. We know thats not possible. So, trying to find someplace that will take care of them and put them 1st is always a task. With Ms. April, Janae and Rae watching my little I can work and not worry how hes doing. Thank you ladies for your hard work and love.

I really like this daycare. I really like the fact that through out the day we get notifications about what your child has ate, or when they went potty and they send you pictures of the activities there doing. This is the first time my son has been in daycare and he gets so happy to go in everyday and at times doesn’t even wanna leave 😅 lol. They communicate, let you come in and see your child if you want during the day, help parents out on Friday nights if they want a date night. I’m happy that my first time putting him in daycare wasn’t a nightmare. It was easy and everyone is nice 🙂

This daycare is wonderful! I have enrolled my kids in other day cares but this is the first center that I feel truly cares about my child. The teachers show great kindness and care for my daughter and I. They keep me in the loop all through out the day, sending pictures of her and all the activities she participates in. In the morning, it is not a struggle to get her to go, she wants to go play and learn with her friends and teachers. The staff is always positive the minute we walk through the door and holds the health and safety of my child above all else. She loves her teachers and so do I! It’s a dream come true finding a center that cares about my child just as much as I do! I would certainly recommend this center to others and let them see how truly amazing it is!

This company is great, when I was hired I felt as if I could ask questions without hesitation and the front desk ensures that we are being helped properly. Kids are going to act like kids and can be rambunctious at times but you arent alone in a classroom and other teachers will support in activities. Ive never had a problem with getting the hours I needed; I was hired on full time and easily get the 40 hours a week I requested. All in all this company is fun and offers good experience if you are still starting your career in childcare.

Ive had my kids at this Daycare for the last 2 years. I have witnessed the teachers show such kindness and care to them and myself. They go above and beyond to communicate and work with me in all aspects. They provide home cooked meals that my kids love. I am always greeted with a smile. They have also taken steps to be effective and efficient through the Covid Pandemic. I feel safe having my kids here. I would recommend this daycare very highly.

The staff here truly care for the children and familys. They treat their clients just like family with a warm welcome every morning. By far the greatest preschool I have seen. They take all the rules seriously along with the cleaning, it was super clean and the check in is easy. Such a great place!

Working at Bright Beginnings has so far been a lovely experience, its a easy and professional environment. The staff are great and I enjoy working beside them. We take the temperature of everyone who walks into the building and it is required to wear a mask, toys are sanitized at naptime and before leaving the building for the day. Health safety is important and it is taken very seriously.

My daughter Avery attends this school and its definitely top notch. She really likes one of the employees Mr. Anthony. He definitely seems to work very well with all the children. Would absolutely recommend to others.

The Teachers and support staff are amazing. I would recommend this childcare center to any parents looking for quality. There are even a full time chefs preparing the food for the children.

It is the most fun places your child could be all day! They learn, they play, do arts and crafts, they go on field trips, have special parties for the kids! They are taken care of in the best way possible from the front door check in to evening going home time! All rules are taken seriously!

My son absolutely loves going here. Every morning I ask him if hes ready for school and he jumps up out of bed. He loves his teachers and hes been soaking up the lessons like a sponge.

My son loves this place! His teachers are always so caring and would go above and beyond to meet his needs, and my needs as well. The teachers here have so much love for the children! This place is amazing!

Bright Beginnings...Where do I start. My son has been going here over a month now and he loves it. The staff is very professional and they really take care of the kids. My son comes home and talk hos teacher Mrs Sunshine who I believed is the director. All the staff when I walk in is always in a positive mood. All I can say is that my son is happy as all outdoor going to Bright Beginnings. My son speech has excel since he been there and very excited to go every morning. His loves Mrs Sunshine and I love that he loves his school, the staff and his favorite Mrs Sunshine. Keep up the good work Bright Beginnings. You are bless to have all those wonderful children come to the school. They all are bless to have teachers that cares and take care them while we as parents are at work and school. My son is in good hands.

I have worked here for about a year and a half now. This center is absolutely fantastic, the director always has an open ear and is always ready to make changes for the better. She very much cherishes her employees and the children.

I have 6+ years of childcare experience and this is by far one of the beat childcare facilities I’ve had the pleasure of working at, not only is the staff very friendly and warming they do their best to make sure that every child is taken care of as well as the parent, I would recommend anyone to come and work for this company

Ive been going here for about 6mos. I love how involved they are with the children and how committed they are to the community. They kids always get to go to fun field trips and they do many arts and crafts with the infants. Recently I have very much appreciated their commitment to staying open during the covid 19 pandemic. Since March they had made lots of Safty procedures to help ensure the safety of the staff and children such as temperatures checks before walking into the building, hand-wash requirement right after entering, face masks requirements, questionnaire. They dont allow anyone with runny noses, or slight coughs in. They have been closed only for 1 week for extra cleaning. As a single mom, I very much appreciate the whole team for staying open so that I can still go to work and taking extra procedures to help help product my child as much as possible.

This company has heart! The employees work really hard to provide a great customer experience. I over heard one of the teachers tell her kids of course I love you. The caregivers here really give it there all. Each family is important to them.

This a cute place with a lot of heart! Dont believe everything you read! Each morning, Mrs. Bonnie offers to make me a cup of coffee while I check my kids in. My children are fed a hot breakfast, prepared by Ms. Lydia. And after a long day of work, I am able to sit down and eat a gourmet dinner, prepared by Chef Justin with my children. As a single mom raising to kids, I am lucky enough to have such supportive care givers. I can email my childrens teachers at any point during the day. Ms. Laura has even taken pictures of my children doing activities & sent them to me so I know what my daughter is doing. There are cameras all over the center & the facility is wide open you can see everything that goes on in every classroom. When I can I spend time with my children at the childcare. If I ever have a question, Ms. Donna is quick to get me answers. My kids will not leave without giving their teachers a hug. Ms. Heather is always there form the morning when I see her til the evening when we sometimes sit together with our children eating dinner.

I went from a poop daycare/preschool to bright beginnings. I love this place. I highly recommend. Everyone is so welcoming and amazing. They treat your kids good and like family. James is amazing at making sure your kids feel very welcomed and loved. Seriously I couldnt be happier with this place. They have fun events for your kids to enjoy and attend. The girls are great here as well . (:

We have had a business to business partnership with Bright beginnings for quite a few years now . Currently they are producing children and adulg masks for my organization .to help make the children more comfortable and actually proud if the masks they wear ,which has been vert successful in giving tve kids a reason to keep them on and has made it fun for them..This is just one of the many ways they take the extra step in providing outstanding care for children ..Always findibg wsys to look afterbthe whole cgilds developement ! Bright Beginnings is one of the Best Daycares in Arizona !! Every single staff there is amazing! They care about one another and they really care about the kids. Like Ms.Laura and Maria the twos teacher. they are the BEST !! coming to them as a staff or parent .. what ever you are trying to ask or need help on anything they are always there to help you. same thing goes for Ms.Debbie the fours teacher. She is always on her A game and she is always helping others and that means a lot . she is an Awesome teacher ! If your reading this and you are looking for a daycare .. come to Bright Beginnings !! your kids will always be safe and be well taken care of and will always HAVE A BLAST! They will come home every night telling you how fun it was at bright beginnings and what they learn. Bright Beginnings is a really good daycare, and dont even get me started with the Director !! The Director Theresa is so wonderful ! She is friendly and is always making sure her staff is always doing a wonderful job ! Same goes for Ms.Donna and Mr.James they are the best, And the best part about it is our Chef Justin .The way he cooks for the kids and staff is unbelievable! It is always delicious, the food is always healthy and tastes really good. You will not have to worry about them eating late or waiting in tell you get home because they got it cover, Your child will be walking out with a full stomach. Trust me :)The whole entire crew is amazing from the infant all the way to the School age !! THEY ROCK !!!

I do recommend this place to any parents. 2 of my kids go to Bright Beginnings in Peoria for the past 2 years. They notify me if there is anything wrong or any kind of update with my kids. The Teachers are great with both of my children and their individual special needs. They keep me involved with what they are learning. My Daughter is now able to write and spell her name. I am grateful for this school and being flexible with my schedule when needed.

This place is a trustworthy place to take children for all ages toddler through grade school that always stay in communications with staff and parents. Thank you

My little guy is so happy here and the staff is amazing.. We were welcomed with open arms after being dis enrolled by Kids Accadamy and being told he was a burden to her staff by the owner !,We went in search of a new day care and came across Bright Beginnings what a fabulous find we couldnt be happier.. The staff is great and they are taking such great care of him but even better is he is so much happier here when we pick him up he is laughing and all smiles ,waves goodbye and in the best of moods you can tell from his actions he had a good day ... I cant thank them enough for the excellent care that are providing ..

Keep your kids away from this place!Big giant mess. Nobody follows rules, extremely unorganized, and very unprofessional place.My son was bit by other kids in two separate instances. No incident report was created and nobody saw what happened. Really? They apparently dont pay any attention to the children.But what concerns me the most is that my son has egg and dairy allergy. Ive given them drs note as well as talked to every possible adult there including teachers, kitchen staff, and administrative staff not to give him egg and dairy. Nope, they gave my son milk everyday he was there. And denied it even though it was on the report. The lady said she must have written in by accident since there are so many children. Well, I wouldnt have questioned if I didnt notice the rash and stomach problems he was having since hes been there.I told them we are not taking him there anymore and of course they refused to do anything about it. After hiring a lawyer, they refund me for a week he was there along with the registration fee since they were negligent and put my son in danger by feeding him dairy even though they were told numerous times that he was allergic to it.They sent me the check for the registration and the week he was there that I paid for. BUT now they send me email and received a call that they sent the full amount of registration fee, week he was there and another 2 weeks for not giving a notice totaling $538 to COLLECTIONS!!!!!!!!Stay away from this place. They just want your money and neglect your kids.

This has got to be the worst facility in the state of Arizona. The classrooms are always hot, the owner is childish and talks bad about her staff to other staff members (shes spoke to me about other infant teachers). Being out of ratio and over capacity is a daily thing. If you are reading the reviews considering working there, keep in mind that the majority of them are from teachers. (The owner told us all we needed to review the center to get the ratings up.) I spoke to the owner about a teacher that hit and cursed at the infants and also called one with a clef pallet Voldemourt, she did nothing about it. She isnt there for the care of the children, shes there for the amount of money they bring in. The amount of roaches is disgusting. When you advise her of something, then bring it up again she will act brand new as if you never told her. This facility is so disgusting, the Board of Health needs to come in and shut them down. I cant believe I ever stepped foot in that door. Also, the most important thing, the checks. Dont believe her if she says you have a raise, its a lie, and dont count on your check to cash the day after payday. It wont.

If I could give less than one star I would. This preschool/daycare is a JOKE. The first month we had so many issues where we would pay and they would say we didnt. James obviously doesnt know anything because he has given me and my sons grandmother incorrect information on multiple occasions. My son came home with a bruise one time that looked like someone with a bigger hand (an adult) grabbed him hard but I was told nothing about it, he told a teacher one time he had to go potty and the teacher refused to get up and open the door so he peed himself. Not only that but on multiple occasions Ive picked my son up and he smelled like piss but he was just damp so I would take him home and undress him and smell the clothes and they literally reek of urine, as if hes been sitting in soiled clothes until they started to dry and no one bothered to change him. My son now has the WORST rash on his behind because of this. I dont recommend this place to ANYONE. Stay far away from this place. Not to mention there was a cop there getting information on the teachers and they go through teachers like used diapers. You never know whos watching your child because there seems to be a new teacher every other week and the old one gone.

This place is awful. I see they deleted my old review but this time you wont. This company should be shut down. My daughter went here for a few months. They hire and fire more teachers than you can imagine. On 2 different occasions my child had a bruise on her face in the same spot. It looked like a thumb print from someone grabbing her face.. Thats not the bad tho. In September it was 90+ degrees outside. My child was 18 months old. They forgot her outside. My wife came to pick her up and they couldnt find her. Then a teacher went outside and there she was. She was hot, flushed and we had to take her to the hospital. When I came down to the school the managers apologized over and over. I said we are done here and I wanted out of my contract. The managers there Britany and another woman said no problem and it was done. Now, 2 years later they have sent me to collections for the 2 week fee. Well, let me explain something to you. I have all the paperwork. I can prove you over charged. So, I will see you in court.

In the begging they will have you fooled this place is a joke I would not recommend this place to anyone first off they abuse the children teachers put their hands on kids as well as verbally abuse them I cant count how many issues I had with this place from my son getting nannys arm to them releasing my daughter to her father when it was his parenting time and many in between things I know a handful of teachers who quit because of it there is always new staff in this place and the boss lady is anything but a boss they feed foods to kids who have certain allergies and they hide everything under the rug I would never ever allow these people to watch my kids again this is a disgusting day care which is over crowded and under staffed of course they cant keep good employees in a place like this!!! Beware they put on a good front but this day care is beyond horrible its probably one of the most horrible ones Ive seen

I have 7 kids that attend this daycare for the last 7 months, and 1 teen who volunteers here during the summer. I will tell you this, As I sit here and read all the reviews that are reflecting negatively on the center or staff, My family and I have a different review. A review of actual bonds my children share with each teacher, A review of the character of the employees.*They have HOT MEALS 3x a day if you are there that long, Home cooked meals by Ms. Bonnie, I get hungry at drop off on my way to work with her Chorizo & Eggs!!1. My 1 year old, is with Ms. Heather and Ms. Briana most days and I love the way Heather interacts with him and all the kids in general. She is very strict about her schedule with the kids, and diapers! Heather will focus on the babies motor skills, learning new things, teaching them how to clean up toys, walking.. she helped my son learn to walk!2. My 2 year old, is with Ms. Kaytie…. Oh Ms Kaytie, She genuinely LOVES my son. She is EXCITED to see him every single day, granted 2 year olds are not the most well behaved, She loves them regardless. Kaytie shows these kids structure. She will go above and beyond for her babies.3. My 3 year old, Is with Ms. Brittanie and Ms. Lisa. These 2 ladies have a special understanding for 3 year olds. The extra mile Brittanie goes through for these kids is just mind blowing. She will bring things in for them, just because she loves them and wants to see them have a special day. She truly cares about our kids and what makes them thrive and happy. Lisa, she is stern and will not let the kids just act like wild animals, She is serious yet she loves each and every one of them.4. My 4 & 5 year olds are in between Ms. Justice (Toya..Preschool) and Keshia (School agers room) I will say this about Ms. Justice.. This beautiful woman went out of her own pocket to go OVER THE TOP for the kids Preschool Graduation. Ms. Justice will work with your children and prepare them for Kinder, She is a firm believer in EVERY CHILD WILL SUCCEED! She will NEVER give up on them, She is persistent as to teaching them everything and then some on what they need to know to successfully pass kindergarten!5. My 6 & 7 year olds, are in the school age class with Ms. Keshia..Ms. Keshia, I do not know how she handles 20+ wild, rambunctious kids. She is calm and collected, her consequences for actions involve a moment of reflection.. so the child can truly understand what they did that was wrong, why it was wrong and how they can make a better choice next time. Keshia always has something going on for the kids, whether it be a field trip, fun lessons, movie day, learning about new things, quote of the week, etc. She always has these kids engaged and has the wheels moving in their minds. With this being said, Ive witnessed some of these older kids and THEY ARE NOT EASY TO GET UNDER CONTROL. Lack of Parenting 100%, that these teachers deal with EVERY SINGLE DAY.Staff: Victoria, She is hands down amazing. The love she has for the kids truly shows when she interacts with them. She went from the 1s into the office now. When Victoria is there, my son is completely spoiled rotten and she treats him as if he was her own.There are more staff members, I dont recall names because I dont have infants or they are on a different shift from my drop off/pick up times.Honestly, I have peace of mind when I drop my kids off. Why. Despite these reviews?They have CAMERAS. WORKING CAMERAS, that you can view at ANY TIME!They have a security system, in place, at ALL TIMES.I have a bond formed with my childrens teachers. I KNOW EVERYTHING that happens to my children and the classrooms. I am INVOLVED and PRESENT with my children and the welfare they receive while out of my care.I can honestly say, I trust these teachers I mentioned above, with my childs LIFE at any given TIME.When a new teacher is hired, and you dont have a good feeling, or something is constantly an issue with them, speak UP and go above.. I PROMISE THEY LISTEN and it will be taken care of IMMEDIETLY

I love Bright Beginnings because it doesnt feel just like a school it feels like a family the teachers really care about the students and so does the management which is different usually at other places that Ive gone management all about money but it doesnt feel that way or seem that way at bright beginnings and my son loves to go to school and hes 2

WORST PLACE EVER! Pulled my son out early because the teachers are terrible my son had constant bite marks scratches bruises and when asked about it they would write fake incident reports and just tell me to sign. It’s been 2 years and I got a letter that I owe them 300 and I was sent to collects do not waste your time or money

I’ve had nothing but good comments for this place. when i’m dropping off my son, i get good mornings from all the staff. Then Ms. Kayla is always greeting me and my son, she makes my son welcome and happy every morning, he always talking about kayla at home. My son eats really good gourmet meals better than my cooking, dinner always looks so good & they offer me dinner when i come to pick up. Everyone always has friendly faces. Ms Laura & Ms Maria are always on top of everything always updating me about my son & posting pictures of him & his friends. Thanks Bright Beginings!

I went to tour this preschool and was so disgusted!! At first I loved how you had to be paged in for security reasons that made me feel comfortable. As pushed the button and had to wait 10 min before someone came to open the door. When the staff member came she clearly saw i was holding a car seat, instead of holding the door she flung it open and walked away. She never said hello welcome or how can I help you, so the security system was pointless. As I walked myself in she went back to her room and left me standing there, there were two other workers talking in another room and no one in the office. I waited and then asked the girl is there anyone to help me? She sighed like I was bothering her rolled her eyes and walked over to the other two workers. She told them something and then said she is here for a tour. One of the girls said what no one is in the office to do it Im on the lunch so I dont know what to tell you. The girl then looked at me and said do you really need a tour? I told her nope I got everything I needed and walked out. The daycare was dark, all the windows were shut and none of the kids looked happy or were playing. If this is what a perspective parent saw I can only image how the kids are being treated.

My kids have been going here for about 9 months and they have became like family to my children my daughter cries to go to daycare on my days off the teachers have built an individual bond with both of my kids I love this place!!!

My sons will be attending here soon.
