Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Have had the last couple of checkups/prescriptions with Dr. King. He provides me with both detailed assessments of my eyes and prescriptions that are spot on. I would strongly suggest you try them if you are having any vision concerns.

This was my first time and I was treated like I was a Regular! The Doctor and Staff were both friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I asked. I felt very comfortable and they took time to explain things to me without haste which leads to believe that this is always their practice. I WILL use this office for all of mine and my familys vision needs in the future!!! Thank you all for the great job you do!!!

Dr. King and all staff at Premier were very friendly. Eyeglass Factory next door was helpful in assisting with my insurance and other questions. Very pleased! Nobody tried to talk me into anything unnecessary. I paid $30 for the appointment and 2 pair of progressive lenses. (One Versace and the other Safety with tint). I WILL be back (again)!

The only reason why they get a 4 star and not a 5 is because they need a better receptionist. Before I made an appointment I took a look at the reviews there and saw a couple of people saying that they were rude. I was hesitant about making an appointment but because I just moved here and neededand appointed I did. Let me tell you, they are not lying. The minute you open that door those faces make you want to leave. They look mad they have a really really bad attitude its scary.I dont even know how theyre still working there. I hope the owner takes a look a read this messages. Other than what I saw everything was good. The lady that took my eye pictures like I called it was very nice.

I was running a few minutes late but well under 30 min and she wouldnt allow me to see the Dr. and, Iexplained to the receptionist that I had 2 other appointments with the cancer center and the surgeon and that I couldnt reschedule and it was important that I get my glasses so I can see to drive and I dont know what my schedule was going to be due to scheduling for chemo and radiation, I was in tears because I really dont want or need anything else to go the wrong way for me, I feel like a house of cards are fixing to fall on top of me any second. I have took up for you guys when others have talked bad about you because Im a returning customer but after how I was treated I will never refer anyone anyone to your practice!

The waiting time is horrible, what is the point to schedule an appointment if you have to wait for more than hour in a room. We already had another appointment to go, so now my child have to come back in the next available appointment date to complete her vision exam, it couldnt be that busy if nurses/staff around are giggling and socializing; please take consideration of people time.

I had an amazing visit! Everyone was very kind & helpful while we were there. I love the new online charts system & everything was new & high tech. Dr. Martin was very knowledgeable & helped me feel very comfortable during the exam. I highly recommend them!

My visit went well. The room were wiped down after each use. There was just to many people in the waiting area at one time. 13 people including myself. I didnt feel comfortable at all.

Dr. King and everyone there are superb! I also was thrilled to find a cute affordable pair of frames for glasses and I appreciate the customer service there so much in fact, that I will get my contact lenses there pretty soon! I had a lovely experience! Your eyesight is a precious thing and these folks will give you first rate service.

I Would like to Share my Experience with the people at Premier Eye Clinic and how Caring they are I Had a Emergency And Needed a Pair of Eyes Glasses to Make it Back to New Orleans, I Was on the Gulf coast Attending a Family Funeral in which was a very Sad day for me.. And I had Lost my eyes Glasses in The Repast Because of comforting Sooo many Crying eyes Minds also never found my Glasses I Suffered Severe Eye Damage a few years ago were I Were Bifocals and that medication for my Eyes ... but To Shorten the Story My Sister Who works for singing river hospital had just visited the eye Clinic and Told me how Caring and loving the office and Staff were and that they make your Glasses in most cases While you wait... So I am extremely disappointed. I have been going to this eye clinic for years and I have never had an issue. I just called to set up an eye appointment for my son and the call was answered by “Kathy with a K”. She told me I could not make an appointment due to my son not having vision insurance?? I asked her how much the exam would be and she told me 93$ which is no issue. The whole time she was on the phone with me she sounded completely inconvenienced and irritated. I will NEVER go back to this eye clinic.

The clinic was not sanitary. I came in for a routine eye exam and was healthy. That evening my left eye began to swell and burn. I saw where the cornea was swollen and red and there was a mucus moving across my eye. I immediately called the doctor Phillip King Jr. And he prescribed eye drops. I had to miss work the following day and go back to let them see what kind of damage was done. The Dr did not wear gloves and the front desk did a poor job of disinfecting common areas especially pen to write with for check in. I do not recommend this place unless you want to contract conjunctivitis or WORSE!!!!!!

She was very cordial, thorough, patient, and professional as we completed the various tests during my appointment. I especially appreciated how she allowed ample time for me to focus my eyes in between each test. 1 star only because i couldnt leave 0.DO NOT GO HERE! I have used them for years but they are not what they used to be. I arrived 30 minutes early only to wait 2 hours to be seen then after was told I needed a neurologist referral. I waited at the counter patiently for another 30 minutes while this was being scheduled. I was told I could get in that day that it was in Mobile, AL. I didnt have a problem driving over there so I agreed. Once I see the doctor in Alabama I am just given another eye exam. When I ask about why we had to do another one I am informed that they are an eye surgeon and all he can do is refer me to a neurologist. So after 8 hours including an hours drive out of the way, 2 Co pays, and a specialist fee. I have yet to have my prescription filled nor have I been able to see a neurologist.

I strongly suspect the 5 star reviews are mostly fake. Apparently someone at this place is trying to get the average up.The staff is awful which is a shame because I really like and trusted the doctor. The staff are always so rude and its completely uncalled for. The last lady I dealt with today was actually nice but as I was purchasing my sons contacts, they didnt have (of course) his brand which was $25. So she offered to sell me a different brand which was $29. I had exactly $26 in cash on me and didnt have my debit card with me. It was 8 am. I showed up right when they opened because my son was at school blind waiting on me to bring his contacts.INCREDIBLY, instead of taking the $26 and allowing me to bring back the $3 later in the day, she refused. So I waited until the bank opened at 9 and went back.This is a business and they deserve their money just like everyone else. But seriously, they are that hard up that they had to be worried about me stiffing them $3??? $3 effing dollars??? I honestly just wanted to get my kid his contacts as quickly as possible. I certainly wouldnt have not given them their $3. Its not like they didnt have my address/phone # AND an appointment in a few days to return. So ridiculous!!

PREMIER EYE CLINIC IS BY FAR THE BEST EYE DOCTOR OFFICE HERE ON THE COAST. WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, THEY GIVE YOU A CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO REMIND YOU OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE WAIT TIME WAS VERY REASONABLE AND THE WHOLE RECEPTIONIST STAFF FROM THE CHECK IN WINDOW TO THE CHECK OUT WINDOW WAS VERY HELPFUL! THE TECHNICIANS KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND VERY INFORMATIVE. DR HUNT WAS VERY NICE AND MY KIDS SEE DR SPENCER AND HE IS GREAT ALSO! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHATS GOING ON. I WENT NEXT DOOR TO THE EYEGLASS FACTORY AND SOMEONE HELPED ME RIGHT AWAY AND THEY WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT HOW THE GLASSES LOOKED ON MY FACE. PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND THEY ALSO SAID MY GLASSES WERE UNDER THEIR 1 YEAR WARRENTY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EYE DR THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME! HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS YOU !

My kids and I have been going here for years. If you want to get out quickly, make a morning appointment. People show up late and some appointments are long by necessity for eye health. This backs up later afternoon appointments. I always go early and we are in and out. One of the receptionists is definitely not the friendliest but that seems to be most places these days unfortunately.

Everything was fine as far as my exam. Got my glasses and was supposed to have transitions lenses. I was given regular lenses. Called to see what the problem was and one of the women told me that I had to pay for it when I knew my insurance covered it. I ended up going there and they said they made a mistake and had to reorder the lens and it wouldnt take long because the factory was in ocean springs. I hadnt got my new lenses yet and about to start going up there everyday until I get them because talking on the phone isnt helping at all

The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the lady that gave the initial exam was awesome and the doc was awesome. The person who handles insurance is completely useless. As a rule, my experience has been that people in this position are more than willing to help sort out insurance issues. Especially for new patients or when carriers change. The woman that handles this a Premier is just rude and offers absolutely no help at all. Another admin person even tried to get her to help me and she wouldnt do anything. Just useless. Sad she has to ruin what is otherwise a great eye clinic.

The staff is incompetent. The insurance billing was completely wrong costing my vision while Im stuck still waiting on an amended claim to be filed so I can see. The wait is ridiculously long only to be met with subpar service & a complete failure to do the only job the clinic specializes in.

They really dont even deserve one star. If there is another option for you to choose, go with another clinic. If I had known my insurance would be taken somewhere else, I would not have chosen this place. It has been a bad experience since I first called to make mine and my husbands appointments. The receptionists, sound dead on the phone, (to me its about customer service, and you should be excited about your job). Our appointments were at 2:30 and 2:45, we both arrived at 2:15. We did our paperwork then sat in the office until 4 when we were finally called back. Dr. Hunt (who to this day wouldnt have know his name, except they said it on the phone when I had a reminder) did not introduce himself or even ask our names....I know its in the chart, but back to that customer interaction. Then, we were forced to come back for a fitting exam to receive our prescriptions that was an additional $35 (that came out of our frame and contact allowance on insurance). After returning for the second time for this (un)necessary fitting, I assumed they would take it directly out of insurance and that is how I interpreted what the lady at the desk told us. She did mention we would have to use all of our insurance together, but to me, that meant for contacts and glasses (which I planned to purchase online cheaper). Two different people mentioned online was a bad idea because you lose some benefits but there is a website that will take your insurance (only one I found) at full value. My husband had decided to go with a different contact brand than the doctor wanted, so he just told us (after that first fitting) to call and let him know.....NOT to come in for ANOTHER fitting. Anyways, I just went in to pick up his prescription and they informed me he had a holding fee before they could change it because we never paid the $35 fitting fee....wasnt that supposed to come out of insurance??? After a LONG conversation and some people who could be close to ignorant, I have discovered yet again how important communication is. No one in the office talks with each other to solve these issues. We had three-four different ladies on our case that each had varying stories. The one I dealt with today, talked only about money and the offices money, which I dont find very appealing for them. We will be changing doctors next time....and unfortunately Im not sure this situation will be changed for the next person.

I lost a job because these peoples told me my glasses will be back in time to pass my eye examinations at ingalls went to them September 12 they told me my glasses will be back September 18 they will tell you anything to get your money I needed my glasses on the 19 these peoples dont care when you go down there to check on your glasses they say we will call you when youre glasses get here wal mart might be better than premier eye clinic if I can get a refund I will get it I paid out of my pocket I see a lot of people talk bad about this place why are they still in business I know one thing this is one places I am going to tell peoples to stay away from go somewhere else to get your👓👓👓👓 stay a way from this place 🚧🚧🚧🚧☠☠☠☠☠💩💩💩💩🤡🤡🤡🤡
