I see negative reviews on Dr. Donald. I must say, I really like him and he listens to me when I tell him how I am feelling. He is totally opposite for me from what I am seeing....He is the doctor for my whole family and we all are pleased with him. I can only speak for my family. We have been seeing him for many years now

Dr Donald is not a pleasant Dr to deal with whatsoever, he is isnt caring, compassionate or the least bit concerned with the way you feel. He will insult your choice of career (which was very uncalled for). Im not sure if he knows very much about his own career at that.. every question I asked him he had to look up on whatever that hand held device is that he carries around. He was very uneducated on the medication I was on, to the point he had to look it up on the hand held device and tell me that according to it he couldnt adjust the amount of medication I was taking ????? He is probably one of the most arrogant doctors I have ever been to ..we could all be doctors if we walked around with hand held devices that told us what it thought we should do.. he is not personal whatsoever he never asked questions on his own he only asked the questions that device told him to... Im not making these assumptions over one or two visits I unfortunately was a patient of his for almost 3 years now... and i agree I should have changed doctors a Lloonngg time ago, I know that now because the doctor I am seeing now is 100% different he is an actual doctor that speaks knowledge from his head and ask sincere questions. It is not like me to put a negative reviews on anyone but there are so many better doctors out there then Dr Donald dont do like I did and waste entirely to much time dealing with a bad one..

Hubby went to see him with a cold, he was in and out without much waiting and seemed very nice to us.

Only giving 1 because its as low as I can. Bring my mom to see him ,but he is never efficient with time. The past 3 visits including today have at least waited an hour and a half on him. Very inconsiderate!
