Very good bedside manner. This Gentleman knew his calling. He is patient, kind and professional. He will always get back to you with any questions you may have. First, let me state - Dr. Eric Washington has surgically done a great job. Administratively this has been challenging at best. Whoever is responsible for the office protocols, process and patient interactions needs to be replaced. Given the total insurance revenue for services rendered on my behalf my impression is they dont care.

From the Front Desk to seeing Dr. Washington they made me feel like family. This was my first time visiting Bienville Orthopedic they definitely put a lasting memory on me. I appreciated more than anything Dr. Washington and his expertise!!!

Of course I feel well taken of at Bienville medical (the doctors are very competent), but its the little things that you dont find nowadays at a large doctors office that are so important. The wait time for appointments is very little, the office staff is pleasant and friendly, the doctors (Ive seen 6 or 7 different ones at Bienville) all have GREAT bedside manners!

My recent visit to Bienville Orthopedic was a pleasant one. My wait time wasnt very long and everyone was very nice to be around. Dr. Washington was very thorough about my diagnosis and explained my xrays to me in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Washington for your Orthopedic needs.

Unfortunately I have to visit Bienville Orthopedics often. Not that I dont receive great care, just dont like going to doctors offices that often. However, that said, appointments with Dr Washington are always gratifying. He listens, checks the issue out, makes a decision on treatment and follows up. So far (and I have been seeing him off and on for over 10 years) he has been right on in every instance. Cant say enough good about him and highly recommend him for your ortho needs, whatever they may be. A very strong 5 stars.

He was polite but I didnt feel like he listened to me. When I tried to say something he would start talking like he didnt care and was trying to rush me. But he did what needed to be done in a polite, professional manner so I guess you cant have it all

Would have been a 5 star, but the wait was a bit long initially. However, once we were called to the back, the wait was not long at all for the procedures or for the doctor to come. Dr. Washington was very personable & professional. He seems to geniunely care for his patients. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Dr Washington is GREAT I had knee injury. He made me comfortable with steriod shot during holiday months. Then did my knee surgery it has been one week and I am doing very well. Being a retired RN I do feel nursing staff could be more friendly.

I was very happy with my experience! I was rushed in & out so quickly my brain went blank. I was going so fast, came directly from E.R . I signed in & watched a little girl literally roll around on the floor. I was called into a room where I waited for one minute, he then asked had I seen the 😠X-ray,I said no so we walked to go see it. After viewing I had numerous questions to ask about but he said he’d explain in 2weeks for checkup on healing process. I asked about a cast to keep it immobile. He said no I’ll see you in 2! I then asked what to take for the pain. Again he ignored me telling his nurse to schedule me for 2weeks! As I was leaving I saw the little girl again w full cast on arm & shoulder! I was shocked bc I know it won’t heal correctly. Every time I move it’s retearing the muscle/bone(hurts so bad but I was told to take Motrin for pain and it doesn’t help. Not to mention I have sickle cell & the break has shocked the rest of us by putting me into a crisis! I would never tell anyone to go to him’. He is horrible, doesn’t get to know his clients at all! I also had to buy my own sling bc he gave me nothing.WORST DOCTOR EVER

The staff were helpful and courteous, however, Dr. Washington was not. He did not explain my x-rays to me, gave me a shot and sent me on my way. No help whatsoever.

Dr Washington performed a right hip replacement and when I woke up the extreme pain I had been experiencing was in medical waste. I was left with the discomfort from the operation and after 5 weeks that is just about gone. Dr Washington and all the people that supported him including his office personnel, Singing River Hospital, Deaconess Home Care and Sing River PT have all done a great job.Carlie Blacklidge

Because I was on workman comp the treatment was awful. My injury was in 2007 it is now 2018 its worse. Dr. Black said my knee has shifted. Washington said he just cleaned my knee out. But he said my All and meniscus was torn. All he had to say to me was you know Im sending you back to work. Like I meant NOTHING.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Doctor Washingon. He was attentive and professional. I would definately recommend him to others.

I was in alot of pain when I went ...the nurse was purely professional.....the lady that did my x-rays was nice, and triEd to make me comfortable... Dr. Washington....looked at my x-rays and knew what was going on.Gave me meds to help with pain... these 3 weeks have really been hard...lots of pain...I had finished my pack yesterday...hopefully I will gradually get better....praying so anyway.

Dr. Washington is the best! I hurt my shoulder last July and didnt go to the dr until late September in Flowood, MS. My dr there only did xrays. I was told I had arthritis and just by talking to him about where my pain was I was told I also had a torn rotator cuff. I was sent home with exercises to do. They hurt to bad to do them so i didnt. I moved down here in December and was refered to Dr. Washington by a friend. He did xrays then sent me for an MRI. It showed arthritus and some tendonitis. I figured this pain was something Im just going to have to live with. He explained that sometimes a tear wont show up on MRI and the best thing would be arthroscopy surgery so he could look inside. I had a Labrum tear. He fixed it and i had to wear an abduction sling for 6 weeks. I am now in physical therapy. Im so happy that he didnt give up on me and pushed through for a true diagnoses. I highly recommend!
