When I had a dental emergency last year, at the beginning of the COVID pandemic when almost every dental office was closed, Dr. Henriod and his assistant Christina opened the office to help me. I came in for a consultation after undergoing treatment for two years with a different periodontist (who could no longer help me). I am looking for answers, and I am pleased to have met Dr. Henriod and his staff on my journey. I have a very complicated issue, which is extremely emotional for me. Everything about this practice is a breath of fresh air. Starting with the high ceiling and huge windows in the waiting area which feels so much more homey than the typical medical or dental office. The people who work the front desk are also uncommonly friendly and informal in a way that makes you feel like a long-time patient from the first time you visit. And Dr. Henriod is terrific. Doesnt rush...or rush you. Explains things clearly and comprehensively, a much appreciated quality when someones going to be poking around inside my head! I have been very, very impressed and would recommend this group to anyone.

This was my first visit with Dr. J. Henriod for my consultation after being X-rayed with modern technology (x-ray equipment ) totally painless and very quick.Dr. Henriod was very thorough and patient with all my questions, putting me totally at ease. I felt totally confident with the doctors professional and calming demeanor and knowledge that I made my next appointment in a short time.Office staff was very helpful and friendly in answering other questions that I needed answers to and I did my homework before I met with Dr. Henriod. I talked with several friends who highly recommended his office because they had used his services before this time.My husband is writing this review for me as my English is limited and he sat in the waiting room and overheard conversations from at least 10 customers. Update: I did go with Dr. Henriod and the extraction went well and so far do good. Hoping after the bone graft heals I wont need a sinus lift. His place is very clean still and so far they have been pretty much on time.---This is preliminary because I havent started any work yet. Im still deciding. But man, what a nice place to visit. People are friendly. No pressure. Pretty state of the art and they just really focus on the implant. Didnt feel any pressure and understood my financial condition. No upsell and free consultation. Im really hoping work picks up and I can save up for an implant. But the great thing is that he was honest about timing. I went to another periodontist and she said I needed to do it ASAP and wanted to charge me $500 for the CT scan before we even started. Dr. Henriod did it at no cost and took his time to make sure I knew all my options.

A perfect experience. Left the office grinning ear to ear. Went in for a molar extraction, not without some trepidation because of prior experience elsewhere. Everything went off smoothly, like clockwork, and experienced absolutely no pain or discomfort.

Dr Miller is an exceptional dentist. A screw from an implant was loose and bothering me. I called The office, and they accommodated me and got me in immediately. It was not so easy to remove the screw, and Dr Miller persisted until it was done properly. I a, so impressed that a dentist would put his patient first, and do his work properly. Every time I have gone to the office, everyone is so kind, friendly and professional. Truly a one of a kind office!

First time in and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. I found out I need a lot of work done but I did not feel condemned or heavily pressured like other dental offices. They made the information easy to digest and because of the lack of greed (for want of a better word) I will certainly be returning to get my work done here.

I have to give zero star for this Dr. Heriod Joe B DDS. He did my Implant in year 2016. Unfortunately, It failed. It was very frustrated experience . It was pain and the crown can NOT be added on top of this implants. so the other Dentist had to remove the implants. It took so much money and time but failed. I was the patient at North County Dental Group in powerway....The worst thing is that my current dentist was trying to connect Dr. Heriod Joe B DDS. to get the detailed info about my implements. However, there is no response from this Dentist...

Mr. Henriod saved my teeth! He is kind and diagnosed my history just by looking at what is currently happening inside my mouth. Joel is an amazing Dentist ! I sat in the chair waiting for the pain of the dreded needle and it was nothing !! He started telling me about the high tech looking Red R2D2 that he was using to numb me and before I knew it my mouth was numbing. Then he drilled the holes into my jaw bone in twenty minutes and I was out the door in less than one hour !

Upon my arrival for a consultation, I was greeted pleasantly by a very cheery receptionist who was very courteous and respectful. She informed the dental assistants of my presence. Shortly thereafter Dr Tyler Hendry was just as down to earth introducing himself and apparently already read about my reason for the visit. He then proceeded to explain what he believes need to be done and examined not just the problem area, but thoroughly looked at each tooth. The dental assistant was then instructed to perform a panoramic x-ray of my mouth. Ater the procedure, I was called back by Dr. Hendry into his office and explained in detail what he observed, the diagnosis, what needs to be done, explained varying options, and prognosis. Dr. Hendry was accommodating enough to respond to my multiple queries and to answer my multiple concerns as well. He did not any time evaded my assertions. Finally, I was asked to wait for his administrative staff to explain the financial aspects. Viria went into detail on what Dr Hendry and myself agreed to is necessary in resolving my problems. Viria also addressed my issues just like eplaining to family. My visit to Pasadena Periodontists was a very wonderful experience, in toto. I left with high spirits even though I have to contend with the financial aspects. Thank you all.
