So angry right now. My Mother had a blood test here last week, and the bruise on her arm is the size of three golf balls. Some medications DO make you bruise, they say, but NOT like that ! She called, but they were very unfeeling about it. Its the one on Luther Lane. Im not thru with them yet. Her arm is stiff and the bruise is horrible ! Ive filed complaints with the supervisor and the BBB. Looking for the proper Health Department to report it to. Never seen ANYTHING like this. Will ATTACH pictures later.

It’s like the staff are having a competition for who is the most incompetent. They should be ashamed of how bad they are at what they do

Very good staff never had a problem with them missing a vein . Yes it can get busy but so do grocery stores . On the other hand I have been there and waiting times have been less than two minutes. Again the employees are well trained and good at what they do , 5 stars from a long time customer.

Came in for a 3 hour Gestational Diabetes Test (Pregnancy Diabetes Test) First you have to go in fasted 8 hours and you can’t drink anything.They took 4 HOURS! They were not on time taking my blood. 2nd to last hour I almost didn’t make it, was queasy and shaky.Instead of putting a IV Valve in my arm the pinned me 2x in each arm! So ridiculous.If you have to take this test tell your doctor this maybe she can do something!
