I have been to other locations of Quest Diagnostics for blood tests but I had no choice this morning because it was the closest one on my way to work. I will definitely try the other locations next time. Maybe the woman doing my tests was having a bad case of the Mondays.

Been going to this place a while now. If you make an appointment online before, they get you in very quickly. I’m also not an easy poke, but they do a good job here. I’ve also met some nice techs here, such as Rita and another lady who I can’t remember the name for right now. If you’re friendly with them, they’ll be friendly with you. Thanks Quest, easier than going to the hospital to draw blood.

Walked in for a blood test, the wait was around 10 minutes and the blood work took less than 5 minutes to complete.Very quick and the staff was nice.

1st visit: wait was probably 10 minutes and Rita(I believe that was her name) was very nice, efficient, and gentle. From this visit it would be 5 stars.2nd visit: Dorita was rushing and she didnt even bother to find a vein on me. She stuck the needle all the way in without warning and immediately started fishing. She pulled out and pushed in at least 3-4 times. It was painful to the point I jumped. She then said oh, it hurts? Im very upset at this encounter.

The staff was really warm and welcoming. I was in and out in 5mins. The process was quick and easy.

Today I called several time before someone finally picked up the phone. When I attempted to walk-in two women were walking out 3:15. I asked if I could set up an appointment for a drug test. They quickly and very rudely said they were closed. I said you close 4pm! They were very nasty and told to come tomorrow. I did not appreciate the way I was treated and I go to another location. You need to hire customer focused employees at this site!!!

Very dirty even during the pandemic. Nothing was being sanitized. I was placed in a room along with blood samples and a urine sample that were just sitting out on the counter (disgusting). Staff was rude, unfriendly, and made me feel as though my presence was an inconvenience for them. I would definitely never return.

Been here 6 times for bloodwork and it’s often a good experience! Walk ins go quick if you go early in the morning and their staff has been very fast while drawing the blood.

Worst staff, does not care about patients. Feels like they want to get their hours done and go home. Very unorganized. Better to go to some professional and well behaved place. Staffs need to learn how to interact with children and to show them some love and care! Taking your baby to this place will be your childs worst night mare!!! Be cautious to all parents!!

Went here twice before Covid for walk-ins and both times were smooth. I came in and out.Now, I have a general question and tried to call but it is impossible to get through the phone system!!!! It’s so frustrating. “Unable to transfer your call.” So how can I get a hold of anyone for my questions??

Poorly staffed, unreasonable wait, dirty waiting room. My wait time on the screen started as 25 minutes, then jumped to 55 minutes, then stayed there for another 30 minutes. Find another location.

The staff was very nice, I was in and out very quickly. Their phone system is a bit frustrating however, very hard to get a hold of someone.

I went for a pre employment drug test on October 15th. It is now October 23rd and my employer still has not received the results so I can start working. Terrible thing that they hold drug test results. I never in my life waited so long for drug test results to go to work.they are holding it back on purpose

Rude staff.I had an appointment. I was first on the list to be called. One of the staff then picked me in the system but didn’t call me as she was working on someone else. I was waiting when the next in line where being called.When she called she didn’t even make an effort to pronounce my name. Just came to the hall and said I can’t even pronounce this name and then I’ve to get up and go with her. Ridiculous.She Didn’t even have me verify the label on the blood tubes.

I agree with others the staff is rude , they need to step up their game or will find themselves closing soon. Very unprofessional if you can’t give customer service don’t work in those services. Upper Management needs to step in and take in charge .

Jaquline is amazing! I am terrified of getting blood drawn and she was super professional and friendly. I got emotional only because I was scared and she helped calm me down and wiped my tears away, literally. I felt truly cared for even though it was something as simple as getting blood drawn. If I ever have to have blood drawn again I will be sure to come to this location. And I recommend this location to everyone.

Walked in with my 15mo old this morning with no appointment. There was less than 10min wait time and the staff there is amazing!!

Great staff, was in and out in 10 minutes. The negative reviews are outdated information, staff consists of two people, not one like a lot of Quest Diagnostics locations. Easy to find and handicap accessible.

This is too complicated to get an appt ... save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Had an incredible experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. Worked with an employee named Charles to draw blood for various immunization titers. Super helpful. He went well above and beyond to help me.

Very rude behavior from the nurse! i was there yesterday for a drug test and there was a lady called Jacqueline. omg she is terrible! after calling me she didnt even let me sit, rather she made me open the cabinet and get the specimen cup. even matching the appointment number in her computer, everything done by me! i dont know why these guys are there where we customers have to do their stuff which is very embarrassing! she was completely in a harsh mode which is very unprofessional. not going there for the second time for sure.

The first time I came here they were friendly and efficient. Apparently that was an anomaly. In the next four visits they have been increasingly rude and even with an appointment I still have to wait 30 minutes when there are only two others in the waiting room. Yes, I need to find somewhere else to go.

The assistants are so rude. They are acting like the clients are criminals. There is no respect at all. I have been in many labs but this location is not really normal. One lady yells at all the people like its a jail.

Do not go to any of these locations!! They do not answer phones! And can’t get your results. No doctors can even get results!, how in the hell are these people still in business!!!

I don’t know why this place is open, poor customer service. The people that work in this location are rude I was frustrated with the entire process. Absolutely hate the people that work there! If you need to get a drug screening for employment reasons save yourselves and go to a different location.
