Today was my first time visiting Loukas Dentistry for a routine cleaning it and it was probably the most fun and most thorough cleaning and consultation I’ve had in a while (and who says that about a dentist visit?). From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was extremely friendly and made me feel as if I had been a patient of theirs for years. Roseanna is such a sweetheart and very helpful when it came to making the appointment, following-up with me and my insurance and my explaining coverage. Elena did a fantastic job with my cleaning! She was very sweet and engaging and was extremely knowledgeable about her craft. Instead of simply telling me how to take the best care of my teeth, she showed me which honestly makes all of the difference. She also assisted with scheduling my next appointments. Lastly, Dr. Thanasi Loukas was great as well! He, too, was very friendly and thorough and walked me through step by step every detail that he felt was important for me to know and be aware of regarding my oral health and hygiene. He also provided a care plan and options of next steps. Mrs. Loukas also went out of her way to say hi and welcome me which was very pleasant! The entire group left a wonderful impression on me and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

Loukas Dentistry is a family run dental center. Everyone is exceedingly nice & knowledgeable. I have been a patient for over 20 years. The care provided is exceptional. The staff here is fantastic! Dr. T is very thorough and accommodating. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they made me feel comfortable and not like Im just another patient on their list of things to do. The office is very clean and modern. I love this office, highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful atmosphere. Loved that you could see your own X-rays on the room TV. It really helped with Doctor T’s explanations on how we would proceed with my treatment.

After avoiding the dentist from past experiences, I can finally say I enjoy going to the dentist! If you are looking for a professional dentist, who truly cares and pays close attention to details, I highly recommend Loukas Dentistry to everyone. Dr. T is the best. He has done already a few procedures for me and all of them have turned out perfect. He always explains what he will be doing before the procedure and while he is doing it, and also checking on you during the work. He answers all your questions throughly and makes sure everything is understood, along with a look at a future plan. He makes sure he is there for you out of office times incase of an emergency following procedures. Not only does he care about the dental work, but I love that he also engages in conversation before getting started. Peggy is also wonderful. Anytime I have worked with her, she always makes me feel comfortable and knows exactly what she is doing. Even when I am not working with her, I enjoy that she takes the time to say hello, along with Dr. Maria, who is so sweet whenever I see her. The whole staff is so pleasant and always makes me feel welcomed. From the moment I walk in and as I am leaving, Rosanna is always delightful and so friendly. She knows that I have a trickier schedule, so she is great at accommodating it and also explains all the billing done in detail. She knows that when I am getting a bigger procedure done, I can get a little nervous but she always helps to comfort me. :) And for my teeth cleanings, Elena has been great with feedback on showing me how I should be brushing and flossing, and any areas that I could use more improvement than others. You would think that you are brushing correctly all this time, but I have put her feedback into great use and added them into my daily routine. I really love coming to this office. No matter how big or small my procedure will be - I know I will be in great hands at Loukas Dentistry. Thank you for all you do!!!

Dr. Loukas is a one-of-a-kind dentist. We’ve been looking for a dentist who is personable and truly cares about you as a person, rather than just a number. He’s the real deal. He does all that he can to help. He was willing to drop everything on a holiday weekend to help my husband with his infected tooth. Truly grateful for all that he has done and continues to do. Worst dentist ever. Like a butcher shop.That guy there is not patient, very rammy. If you have good insurance, you’ll have 100 appointments.

Dr T is awesome!! Friendly, skilled, patient, and efficient. He gladly answers my 1000 questions. :) The entire staff is so nice and great to work with. I very much appreciate never having to wait in the waiting room for more than 5-10 minutes every time I come in. Highly recommend!!

I had a dental concern that got worse quickly. I was able to schedule an appointment with the dentist the same day I was feeling my sympthoms.The dentist listened, was approachable and provided insight throughout the treatment about what was going on. He is knowledgeable and provided a great bedside manner. Overall it was a great experience.

Dr. T is hands down the best dentist Ive ever had. At almost 27 years old, it has definitely taken me quite some time to find a dentist that Im comfortable with. These are the most professional and efficient dentists you will find in the Chicagoland area. The level of personalized care and attention to detail is profound. I have had everything from cleanings to recently a crown. The staff is fantastic and personable. Dr. Maria and Dr. Thanasi are very well trained dentists and they exemplify the artistry of their craft. From simple cleanings and check ups to cosmetic work, the quality of their work is off the charts!

I had a great experience going to this office! I had so much anxiety about removing my wisdom tooth, but when I walked in for my appointment, Dr. Loukas and Rosanna helped calm me down. The staff is very nice & they are very caring. Whenever I had a question, I knew Rosanna or Dr. Loukas were there to answer. (He even took the time to call and check up on me after my procedure). I love this office! They have made my smile 100% better and I never dreaded a single visit. Doctors are patient and knowledgeable. They helped me out in the middle of the night when I was in excruciating pain thanks to their 24 hour emergency line I got in first thing the next morning. I Recommend seeing them if you live within 30 miles cause it is worth the ride.

The work they do is good, however I was not warned or even informed that a procedure might not be covered under my insurance when they did it, they did not even tell me the price. I feel I was scammed and trying to get this cleared up has been a hassle via email. Rosanna has been rude in her tone and now they want me to come back in for a filling? And they will waive the money they scammed out of me? Because that doesnt sound like a scam at all. Why would I come back for you to do this again and backdoor me. I wont be returning nor will I be recommending anyone.

If you havent been to Loukas General Dentistry, you are missing out. Thanasi was my dentist and he gave me a lot of great insight and education to how to floss and brush properly. After following his recommendation, my gums stopped bleeding and it actually makes me feel healthier. The environment is cool, the vibe is cool, the TVs in every seat is cool (you need to be distracted no matter what dentist you go to) and their entire team is super friendly and professional.Definitely check them out!

I cannot even count the number of years that I spent looking for good dentist.  My back teeth needed some crowns and it didn’t fit well and some problems.  I felt that my smile was noticeably unhealthy.  My former dentist kept giving me more of the same and I was told that I needed other unnecessary work.  I decided to go to a new dentist with the hopes of improving my teeth and to recover what damage had already been done.I google some dentist in my area and this is how I came across Loukas dentistry. One of the best dentist experiences Ive ever had.

Dr. Loukas and his staff are exceptional, friendly, knowledgable and very accommodating to a patients needs. The office is always a friendly environment, the work stations are top-notch and always very clean. Dr. Loukas answered every one of questions regarding my numerous dental issues (root canal, crown and countless filings). Finally, the tvs in each patient room are a wonderful touch.
