I can only compare this team here as if they were a great rock band, with good solid chemistry, and passionate about what they do. Help people with their dental needs. Amazing place. Orthodontist is outstanding, no what matter what I need, they have an amazing team that gets it done. Very gentle when handing teeth. Dr. Layla Baidas is amazing! Having bad prior experiences with other dentists kept me away for a few years. Everyone was amazing in helping me come in for a appt and Dr. Baidas listened to all my concerns and had the softest touch and care while in there. Prior experiences made it feel like demolition/construction was taking place in my mouth. Fillings, deep cleaning, and crown worked on. Again great work!

Getting my wisdom teeth out was quick, fun, and easy experience here at Awesome Dentistry! Everyone was warm and friendly and you can even watch TV in any of the office rooms. They have a lot of scheduling availability and can fit you in at any time. I was not even in any pain. If I still had wisdom teeth to remove, I’d get them out here.

My husband needed major dental work. We tried a different dentist last year...big mistake! He scheduled an initial consult and was so impressed he scheduled to have work get started. The dentists and oral surgeons explained the procedures thoroughly. It is refreshing to work with people that have their patients best interest at heart. He is now ready to move on to stage 2. We cany wait to see the finished product. Thank you for the smile my husband has now and the one to come.

I am so happy that we became patients at this establishment under urgent circumstances. My boyfriend had a horrible gum infection, nerve showing & was in excruciating pain. After calling several other dentists, leaving voicemails after hours requesting that they contact me, Jocelyn was our saving Grace. An emergency operation had to be done & Jocelyn & Tony got us in IMMEDIATELY after hours. They both provided excellent customer care with the best quality of service. I had a great experience with Jocelyn and the whole staff at Awesome Dentistry. They take care of all my family dentist needs with professionalism and respect. I have been using this office for 3 plus years now and everytime I come in I am well taken care of. And Jocelyn always has a sense of urgency to take care of us. I appreciate the effort especially during this pandemic to make sure everything is clean and refreshed for everyone after every visit and feel safe at the office. I chose this dentist because it is close to my house and they claimed to be in my insurance network. I was told that even though the dentist who was supposed to be in my network was no longer working there, they are still in my network if I saw another dentist. Well, the examination and treatment was hurried and I got a huge bill with large out of pocket payments because it was submitted as out of network! Called multiple times to resolve the issue to get a refund. No response. Filed a formal complaint with the insurance company. Beware if you have dental insurance.

I havent been going to Awesome Dentistry very long, but everytime I have been there, I am greeted with friendly warm and kind smiles, and my dentist is doing a great job, on the long road to having 3 teeth replaced..

The customer service at his place is phenomenal!!!! Jocelyn was extremely warm, and welcoming when I arrived. She treated me as if she had known me for years. Both the general dentist and the orthodontist were amazing. Just wanted to warn everyone about this place. Jocelyn, the owner, is not actually a dentist. Despite her telling me this, she still told the actual dentists what to do. I went there in July with a toothache, and she took a few x-rays. She sent me home with a toothache and prescribed me with antibiotics and painkillers, which is illegal for her to make those decisions since she is not a dentist. She was throwing around random implants and very unnecessary things and adding them onto my bill. She charged me $10,000 for the things that I have not had done yet, which is also illegal. I went for a second opinion to another dentist, and he told me that whatever she was telling me I needed to have done was unnecessary.The entire thing was very shady. She has 3 locations, only has 1 phone number, and controls all the appointments and phone calls despite having a receptionist and people working for her. On the first visit, she told me to leave a good review, which to me is very strange because it was before anything had been done.Be careful coming here, it seems like theyre trying to scam people by adding unnecessary procedures. I also wouldnt trust someone that isnt even qualified to make medical decisions to prescribe medication and tell me what I need done to my teeth.

I had not been to the dentist in over ten years and I was really scared to go. The staff here made me feel at ease, they had a very kind, genuine bed-side manner, and they answered all of my questions about payments and procedures thoroughly until I felt like I understood what to expect. Called one morning because Ive been in pain for some time. I talked to Jocelyn and she helped me get in to be seen and worked with my insurance company so I could have work done right away. Ive been to many other dentists who shove you out the door when you dont have a lot of money. This place makes you feel like family. So my whole family will be coming here now. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this dentists office. Not only will they work with you but they have the best staff possible. I am so glad that I met Awesome Dentistrys consultant. I was so impressed with her, Jocelyn, because I noticed that she knows a lot about dentistry. My problem was my lower teeth which were very black and filthy. I was advised by her to make a complimentary appointment with one of her cosmetic dentists to look at my problem. She immediately scheduled me to see Dr. Jain the next day. Dr. Jain gave her best advise as to how I can get my teeth white again. She suggested to put 8 veneers because my teeth were stained and receded. They showed me videos of the whole process, and then Jocelyn talked me about the financial aspect of this procedure, and I was shocked because was affordable. To make short, the results were absolutely amazing, and I feel so confident with my smile and looks. I rate this office more than 5 stars, they really care!!

I went there a couple of months ago. The staff is extremely friendly. The office is clean and modern. The Dentist I had, was alright at best. I feel that her dentistry skills were not that good. She told me I had four cavities. Which I am still skeptical if I had that many because I go every six months to a year. But, I had them do the work because I figured it would be no big deal. But, it took over 2 hours to fill three cavities. Which to me seemed very slow. But to this day, my teeth have not felt the same. I went from no pain to my teeth being sensitive. Also, I felt that the price was expensive.

Had pain in wisdom teeth. I was able to get in to get checked out and schedule a procedure to have them removed. They explained the process well and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. Everyone on their staff was friendly. Would recommend this place for dental needs. m very satisfied with the work that dr. Jain did for me! A really great job! Nd painless.

I found Awesome Dentistry when I had an after hours dental emergency the first year they opened. It has been several years now .... and I am a frequent flyer & dedicated patient. I will go no where else. I am one of those tough patients with problematic teeth due to more than one autoimmune disease. With that also comes hyperalgesia (super increased pain sensitivity) and a blood disorder. So finding a good dentist is ‘mandatory.’ The staff here goes out of their way to make sure I am comfortable & pain free - this is not easy at all. They have found incredibly imaginative ways for me to pay on my meager income. They also adjust as my needs change - and truly they are always changing. Their group of dentists are super well-informed & dedicated to your entire health. In the past at other dentists, I was forced to endure root canals without full anesthesia as my body reacts differently & had become immune. Dr. Kufta & Dr. Danesh make it totally painless. All done with ease and and a smile on their face. This entire staff works as a unit - tightly held together by Jocelyn. There is no manager or treatment coordinator to be found that can match her work. She is dedicated. She has put together an amazing group of people that come to you. From cleaning to surgery... braces to implants... they do it all in house. Flawlessly. I highly recommend you visit Awesome Dentistry for your dental needs. You won’t be disappointed!

This place really has their act together. I feel bad showing up at 5:16 to my 5:15 appointment. From their consistent appointment confirmations, to their beautifully designed office, Awesome Dentistry seems like every dentist’s dream. I’ve seen a few shady dentist offices around- I genuinely appreciate the immaculate environment.I came in for Invisalign and they told me the process was going to be grueling. They said it takes weeks to go back and forth for approvals, that technicalities cause delays, and that the trays would take up to 1.5 years to complete. They also told me putting the trays in for the first time was an hour long process.None of that happened. At the beginning, my molds came out perfect on the first attempt for the top and bottom. Awesome! It did take about 5 weeks for the trays to come in, but I’m not complaining. When I came back to have them put in, it took less than 10 minutes. I spent more time asking my Dr. Questions than it took her to put the fixing points on my teeth and pop in the trays.I wish I had found this place years ago. They’re so attentive when I call with a question, and have lifetimes of experience behind them. The backbone of the company, the woman at the front desk, literally knows everything. Everything about dentistry, as well as you. Its like she recalls every detail you’ve ever told her, and asks how you’re doing when you come in. You feel very welcome and comfortable there.This was so much more than I could have expected from a dentist lol. Great experience, wish I had come here before.

Well. Considering that I am aware that some patients will have ailments that require proper sterilization (as in everywhere that people exist...) I am astonished that this office turned me away based on my big picture health. Ive not experienced ignorance like this in so long it is new again. Next this office will reject some races or genders. Do patients in a lobby catch transgender if they dont bleach the seating daily? Seems unlikely. So anyway I am spreading knowledge like a virus. Haha! You cant catch gay and you cant get hiv from your dentist if they properly sterilize. So it shouldnt matter. Why does it here?

This rating is exclusively for the office. I followed one of the doctor-specialist I knew from the past and she happened to be working one day at AD now. The doctor was amazing as always. However, the office was the opposite. All the dental helpers were from an agency, it seemed like there were in training instead of work, not familiar with the surroundings and equipment. Curiously, the office manager Jocelyn was ruling the staff, she was frequently entering rooms, giving medical directions (!), touching the devices, making comments how they were not gentle enough with the equipment, it was a visible chaos. I was surprised how the staff could operate in such an environment, they were visibly stressed out and upset. My situation was peculiar, my face was swollen and I really needed to see that specific doctor I trusted. I had a dental insurance that was transferred to AD on time for that one visit and I confirmed they would pay for the visit if claim was filed under that office. In spite of this, the office manager told me that shes got concerns that they would not cover the visit, then she whispered, so that the staff couldnt hear that she needed to charge me the total amount of $1795. She promised to reimburse me. I had no choice and paid. She couldnt print out the bill that day, the printer was not working (!) and the system was crashing on her (!). It took 6 days to get the bill, I had to request it twice, the 2nd time via e-mail. She said she submitted the claim same day. After 2 weeks I called Aetna first time, they said no claim was received. I followed up with Jocelyn multiple times, she said she called them and showed the screenshot ect. The claim should be there. After a month I called Aetna again, still no claim. They told me it was against the Aetna contract to charge a customer upfront. They also offered to call AD to check on the claim. Right after that phone call Jocelyn called and texted that I needed to call ASAP. She asked me with a high voice why I told Aetna about the fact that I was charged upfront and that now she was actually going to submit the claim with the actual doctor that treated me (I wont get any money, because she is not taking my insurance). If everything she said was true, it would be a 3rd submission of the claim, the 3rd time with a different doctor. This is still in progress. But I can say with confidence: overall poor front desk service, unprofessional, dishonest, almost fraudulent office practices, someone is saving money on staff and taking advantage of the customers by overcharging them when possible.

A complete waste of time, and I question their medical knowledge and sanitary practices.I just moved to the Chicago area and I had a filling fall out. So I called this office and scheduled and appointment, after waiting FORTY-FIVE minutes just for my new patient paperwork and another twenty minutes for any semblance of service I was rejected for having HIV... #1 Im undetectable, #2 ALL DENTISTS should act like EVERY SINGLE patient has HIV, Hepatitis, and LITERALLY EVERY other blood borne pathogen there is. Funny thing is: If I had LIED I wouldnt be typing this out with a raging toothache. I wouldnt get ANY work done here, if theyre incapable of sterilizing, using an auto clave, and basic sanitation procedures they dont belong anywhere near ANYONES mouth... PERIOD.Save your time, save your money and save yourself... Go elsewhere.

I wasn’t able to get into the dentist throughout the Covid pandemic. I had a couple of missing fillings, and I was expecting a lot of money and a lot of pain. Signature Smiles was able to get me right in, and they have all top of the line, high tech equipment. The doctor was very cognizant of my pain tolerance, and used extra care. It was one of the best experiences at the dentist that I’ve ever had. I’m actually looking back forward to coming back in six months
