Dr Demas and Family Dental Care are the BEST! They were my second opinion after being told I needed over $5000 worth of dental work at a different dentist. So thankful for Dr Demas and his team for guiding me on what dental work I actually needed done! Have since complete Invisalign at their office and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Front desk staff are always so friendly and have gracefully navigated Covid precautions. I had the worst of the worst experiences at a previous dentist office. A couple experiences accelerated a years long fear of going to the dentist. When i had a wisdom tooth break, i had immediate anxiety. Not about the tooth but about going to the dentist.*Queue Family Dental Care of Park Ridge*From the moment i stepped into the office, i was made to feel like my needs were addressed. Everyone was kind to start off with. Everyone made me feel comfortable and provided reassurance without laughing off my anxieties. Dr. Demas never invalidated my feelings and the extraction was painless and easy as compared to past experiences at other places. I was distracted my casual conversation and kind words. After the emergency, we have developed a plan to get my teeth back to where they need to be after my avoidance of the dentist.Thank you to this office for making me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone.

First time ever having a tooth extraction and boy was I nervous. My anxiety was out the roof, but these employees were extremely warm and fuzzy. Then the dentist came in so patient, optimistic, and kind. I recommend the Nitrous oxide he said for your nerves, and ensured me that Id be just fine. Ive had previous dental experiences that didnt go well and that was a huge concern. However, this dentist was AHHAMAZING!! If I had to get all my teeth extracted I would want him to do it. LOL!! Thank you! Its been little over a week and my mouth feels great.

My husband has early onset dementia. He has a hard time sitting for a period of time. Everyone at Family Dental was very accommodating. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Dr. Weinberg gave us a plan that was very doable for my husband. He was very patient, kind and understanding with him. Im so glad I found this office.

The waiting room has a very lovely homey feel the Receptionist was welcoming as soon as i walked in and the decor was nicely chosen.I really enjoyed my cleaning with Beverly, from the moment I met her it was a different experience she was very engaging and you could tell she knows what she’s doing.Dr.Demas was helpful with some concerns I had and I’ll definitely be following his advise.I did not feel like another patient that needed to get in and out, I felt very comfortable with everyone. It’s the little things in life that count and I felt they definitely care about them here.Thank you- A happy Customer :)

I moved into Park Ridge in early 2019 and found myself in need of a good dentist. After asking others for a recommendation, I decided to try Dr Demas. I can happily say I made a great choice.Dr Demas is a perfectionist in the work he does. After X-rays and a careful review, he provides a plan of action including costs displaying total costs minus insurance payments so there are no surprises.I, unfortunately have to go into the hospital often unexpectedly, and I am amazed at the flexibility provided by his office.Andrea does his scheduling and provides the flexibility on very short notice. I can’t believe how great she is even with helping me coordinate transportation to and from where I live.Gene does the temporary fittings and is the most talented, and again a perfectionist at what he does.The whole office including his assistant Maurine could not be more helpful.I recommend this dentist and his staff to my family members and my friends.

Absolutely wonderful dentist. Very professional and friendly staff. I chipped my Front tooth filling and I was the happiest to find out that even during COVID Dr. Demas and his team are not abandoning their patients but keep working.They obviously take all the precautions and I felt very safe going for my appointment.Thank you for keep taking care of your patients during COVID!!!

Ridgeview Family Dental is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Dr. Greg is highly skilled and responds to patients when an emergency arises. They are high tech and have equipment to assess and treat patients and offer a high level of care.

Great experience. They took me in on less than a day notice to fix a chipped front tooth. They also were extremely polite and accommodating when I arrived significantly late due to traffic jams in the morning. Their work was fast and efficient with results i am very pleased with. I would recommend their services to anyone I know or don’t know.

I went to this dental office several times when they were located on Washington St. They were awesome! The office lady was so very helpful. The hygienist was awesome and I referred several people to this office including my son. Then they moved and they have a terrible office receptionist who failed to let me know that they moved, had me filling out paperwork again and then topped it off by saying, I know it’s a bad morning “. Won’t be back

We returned to Family Dental Care in Park Ridge 2.5 years ago after moving back in the area. Everyone there is courteous, helpful and efficient. Appointments start and end on time so I can easily schedule them over the lunch hour. Hygienists and Dr Demas do a thorough job. The people at the front desk are always able to answer my billing questions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your current dentist, try them. You wont be disappointed and your kids will not kick and scream when its time to go. My sons first visit was at 20 months. He is now 12 and hated the other dental offices we went to when we moved away.

The office was new and clean. The receptionist was kind and handled the busy waiting area well. The hygienist was very personable, did a great job and gave good tips on future dental care. The doctor came in for a quick visit and encouraged me to keep up my appointments.

Dr. D is the best! The staff is very friendly and professional. I did a Zoom Whitening here that turned out great. Id definitely refer them to friends/family in the future.

My husband and I have had routine dental care here and were satisfied. I started having my small children seen here and thats where things went downhill. My kids were afraid of the first hygentist, she was too stern with them (they were barely 4 and 2 at the time). We changed hygentists and the second one was great, we asked to stick with her. Today we showed up for their appointments and a new hygentist called us back (I wasnt sure why I didnt get the same one I requested from last time). She didnt chat with my girls at all before putting them in the chair, which made them nervous (they are 5 and 3 now). They were perfect for their cleanings, but wouldnt do the flouride, which I was fine with. I told the hygentist it wasnt worth upsetting them. She proceeded to tell my 5yo that if she didnt take the flouride she could never come back here again. My daughter was obviously upset. I called and spoke to the dentist about this and she said that my kids were put with a hygentist that handled uncooperative children...which my children have NEVER been. She also said that the hygentist put a note in my file that said parent doesnt want children restrained for flouride treatment. Um, so I guess thats true, I dont feel that I should have my preschoolers RESTRAINED for flouride treatments on baby teeth...are they kidding?! I guess they get what they wanted, we will never go back here.

The staff made me feel very welcomed (new patient) and my appointment started right when it was scheduled. Dr. Diaz is amazing! Seriously, I wanted to hang out longer and who says that about going to the dentist??? I would highly recommend Family Dental Care and Dr. Diaz. Just book your appointment already!!!

THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FAMILY DENTAL CARE. NADAJust sharing my afternoonUpon approaching the front door after my husband dropped me off, I encountered a sign saying due to construction, I should walk around to the back and use the stairs? WHOA! Being handicapped, I cannot walk very far, much less around the entire building to the back door in 90 degrees. Well, I took my time trying not to lose my balance and made it. Meanwhile, my husband is looking for me. He didnt see that sign because he parked in back after dropping me off in the front, and took the stairs.Hello - STAIRS - 2 flights up - I havent taken stairs in over 6 months since back lumbar surgery, Fibro and OA. Well, I made it this far, so I took the stairs one at a time using both feet and clinging to the banister. Sweating profusely, I made it to the office to find my husband sitting there asking me where I was? I was not a happy camper.Having forgotten about taking the antibiotics, I was given 4 and swallowed them. I also needed my cane and a pain pill badly.Like I said, this experience has absolutely NOTHING to do with Family Dental.

Wow, i was referred to Dr Demas at Family Dental Care Park Ridge from a friend. I checked out his reviews online and some of the before and photos that are on his website. I knew that i had some dark spots (cavities) on my teeth that were starting to hurt. I was a little nervous since i hadnt been to a dentist in a while, but from the moment i walked in, i have a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and the office is beautiful. Dr Demas and his hygienist went over a few intra-oral photos of some of the cavities and said i needed some fillings. On the day of the appointment, Dr Demas took me step by step how the fillings were going to be done. The whole visit was painless and great. He even took before and after photos for me to see how my teeth look like now. Man, the fillings feel great and look so real that i cant even tell what is the filling and what is the tooth. I highly recommend Dr Demas and his entire staff at Family Dental Care Park Ridge and i will definitely keep going for my 6 month check ups.
