The only concern I have with the pediatric office is due to covid, theyre only allowing 1 parent in. Which is great. However with our new babys first visit, my husband and I were both allowed in the back. The second visit they wouldnt allow my husband in and that frustrated both of us. I feel like we have taken great strides in having partners get involved with their childs wellbeing and now with covid we have taken 2 steps back. I just wish this wasnt the case at least for the first year. Otherwise great office and fantastic care.

I like Dr Clement but geeez it would be nice if they picked up their phone. I tried calling twice 15 minutes on hold each time.

Met with Dr. Li today. She actually took time to listen to my challenges, and reassured me that we cant fix everything at once. However, we will climb the mountain one step at a time to resolve my issues. She prioritized my list and again gave me reassurance. I will state that my appointment was at a particular time and 50 minutes later, I was called back. Typical doctor office. All staff that I encountered was extremely helpful, and genuinely kind.What you might want to know is that this facility doesnt play regarding missed, or late, appointments. I have a couple of friends who use this office, and they both warned me about the policy. Well, the policies are listed on the wall, in the waiting room, so, there is no reason for whining. Strict policies may be hard to handle, but its not fair to hold up someone elses appointment because of timing problems, or no show. Someone who may have needed urgent care could have taken the spot. Plus, it is a business.

I really appreciate Dr. Annette Cabiac as my primary doctor. She really does take the time to listen to any concerns you may have and is very thorough and professional. I also had seen Dr. Clement once who fit me in the next day after realizing I had the initial stage of shingles. He immediately prescribed an antivirus that stopped the shingles and coincidentally cured a cold virus that Id had for a month. I had been going to this office for 30 years when I had originally seen Dr. Joan Kidd and she was also incredible with a warm bedside manner.

Our doctor we have been seeing for many years and we like her fine. My kids see the pediatric office downstairs as well. However, i just learned that there are NO DOCTORS open on Saturday at all and some of them are totally closed on Fridays as well! So now, if you get sick between Thursday and Sunday nights, you are screwed and have to pay the hefty copay at a clinic!!

Dr Ferguson is very honest and real. At first it caught me off guard, but I realize its what I needed in a dr, not someone to speak to me Like Im 8yo. :). Been with her for over 5 years.

Dr Cabiac is awesome! Her staff is awful! I have been lied to!?

It took 3 days to actually get ahold of someone to set an appointment and when I finally did...the 1st available was over a month away. I decided to go ahead and do it only to be told they were going to cancel it because I didnt have my insurance card info with me at that moment. I told her I would call as soon as I got home and give the info but that wasnt good enough for her. There are far too many options out there for me to start a relationship like this. Wish I could give you 0 stars but that wasnt an option. I was just coming for a physical but some people are dealing with your garbage when they are ill...shame on you...be better!

Dr. Eyma is the best doctor I have had in my entire life. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Going to the doctor can be scary but Dr. Eyma and her staff make you feel welcome, calm and safe. Thank you for being a good doctor.

Dr Annette Cabiac Internal Med. She and her Staff is Awesome. Im a patient for years. She takes time with her patients and listen to your problems. She is my primary doctor..good job.

Always a pleasant doctors visit, friendly and caring Staff. And Dr Clement is great.

I had an appointment here February 13th, 2019. I saw Dr. Jianyu Li and she & her office team were absolutely amazing. Due to the weather conditions, I ran 20 minutes late for my appointment, take this seriously because this office is very time structured! I had to reschedule my appointment, but the receptionist was so nice helping me get a second one set up that took place within hours. After coming back for my next appointment time, I was immediately taken back and the Doctors nurse was very attentive to any concerns I had regarding my health. I only did a general check up so my time with Dr.Li was limited, but she was very sweet and understanding with everything I discussed with her. The staff makes a Doctors office, and having come off of a horrible primary care team previously, this group lives up to my very high expectations. I highly recommend them!

Dr Cabiac is wonderful.... she is our primary for the whole family and always takes time to listen and not just write Rxs!

Worst Doctor Ive been to in my life. Prescribes ibuprofen for pains that I had for over 3 months. After expressing my concerns on a follow up visit I made on my own not even scheduled by my doctor he told me just take your pills. If you want to waste your time with pre med students, have your doctor dismiss your health concerns, and just get prescribed a generic ibuprofen then Dr Clement is definitely the way you want to go.
