First time. Is it to that facility I waited one hour and a little more and no one called for me .. I left without any appointment. Second visit I waited 40 minutes when I told them am leaving they asked me to go in .Not good at all .

Ive been going here for about a year for bladder cancer. I could not be more pleased with the care I have received. The Drs and staff are both friendly and very knowledgeable. Ive never had to wait very long.

This place gave me Toviaz samples for overactive bladder without checking to see if it was covered on my insurance. It turns out it was extremely expensive even with insurance. I ran out of the samples they gave me and I went to the office to try to get more but they didnt have any. They were supposed to call me back later that day with a script for another med that was cheaper but never did. I sent emails to the doctor on the portal and they went for a week before responding to them. I finally gave up on this doctor and got a script from my PCP instead.For these reasons, Im out. I do not recommend this facility even though its brand new and very nice looking. Dont be fooled.

Dont expect to be seen on time, specially if you are returning after a procedure.
