I showed up on time for an appointment. Of course they have a bunch of pages of paperwork to fill out, so they told me I would have to reschedule. Instead of letting me fill out their paperwork afterward. How about I get a different primary care and give you this well deserved one-star review.

Came in for a regular checkup. It’s nice to getting a phone reminder and text reminder for my appointment. No issues at the front desk. The staff was friendly and put me at ease before seeing the doctor. I didn’t have to wait very long for my visit. Doctor was direct and to the point with a no nonsense manner. I appreciate the level of care for my preventative exam. I’d recommend coming here, and I appreciate the “sick call” walk-in times in the morning.As a heads-up, the signs for the parking lot from Quadrangle Blvd are hard to spot and you may overlook the entrance to park if you’re not familiar with it.

I feel so incredibly frustrated and defeated by this facility.They incorrectly coded a routine well-woman PAP smear to my insurance and I have been fighting for the past 4 months to get it corrected. I have sent e-mails and placed countless phone calls yet I still cant seem to get a resolution or a follow-up from anybody.There are $250 worth of charges that should have been covered under my insurance.As an alumni and Orlando resident I hoped to establish myself as a patient here; they certainly know how to lose long-term business!The bill is about to be sent to collections so heres my final effort to get this corrected.

UCF Health is a wonderful facility with top notch doctors. My primary care doctor (Joyce Paulson) is wonderful! She takes so much time at appointments to make sure that everything is covered and I understand.I also see the endocrinologist, cardiologist and dermatologist at the facility. And, I have had surgery with Dr. Neychev. All my experiences with these doctors have been extremely good. I appreciate it...thank you!!

Nice people. Quick. Please do not play Christian radio stations in your lobby. Im sure there are some neutral options available. This is very off-putting to those of us who arent Christian.

If you actually want to be seen as scheduled I would avoid UCF Health East, or at least APRN Laura Fontanez. I had an appointment with Laura, who had me wait an hour before refusing to see me in person. She instead requested that I leave and conduct a zoom call with her from my car. This request was made after I was put in a room and the intake nurse completed all steps to obtain my information, temperature, bp, etc. Given the reason for my visit, a zoom call was futile. The woman at the front desk, Denise, was the only saving grace. I would NEVER attempt to schedule an appointment with Laura. Given her lack of desire to care for her patient(s), I think she may have chosen the wrong line of work.

Wow. In my years of going in and out of different practices, doctor’s, health care providers, nurses, and hospitals, nothing draws a comparison to the level of care I have received at this place. Just walking in, the atmosphere is so welcoming. The workers at the front desk are always so pleasant. I have been here at least 10 times now, and have never had even close to a negative experience.My Primary Care Provider, Mrs. Cynthia Hongamen, along with her nurses, are some of the the most caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable healthcare workers I have ever seen in practice. They genuinely care to make you better. I am currently in nursing school, so I have a good amount of experience with other health care workers, and I still stand firm when I say that UCF health (especially my HCP) is one of the best places to go to if you are looking for doctors that will actually listen and care to make you better.I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with this practice. Mrs. Hongamen & her staff have helped me to get my life on track, and have helped me so much in this past two years. The staff is amazing with follow up appointments, making sure each and every single one of their patients are safe, and their (the patient’s) concerns are heard and understood.If you are nervous/anxious of going to a doctor’s office, or need a real genuine place to better/monitor your health, please do not hesitate giving UCF Health a call. It is the most pleasant experience I have ever had in regards to a Medical Practice, especially the wonderful experience I have received from my HCP, Mrs. Hongamen.

I have gradually transferred my health care needs to UCF Health. The providers and staff are first class. The doctor’s I have seen are brilliant and very, very nice. I feel they never talk above nor beneath me, but explain my health care plan in a way that is clear and easy for me to understand. The office staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I love this place! I see several Drs here and each of them and their staff take the time to listen and treat. Im not just another number/patient. Ive even started my daughter coming here. The office staff is also very friendly and greet me with a smile. If anyone asks, I always recommend this office.

I’m new patient tried to make an appointment after getting Referal send to them from my dr .the appointment maker is the most unprofessional have no clue what’s happening I have to send her the records 3 times And after this hassle she said there no reason to see the dr .i was planning to see dr Rema Gupta I think dr Gupta need to check and see what’s going on in her office don’t hire stupid people .

I currently see four doctors, including my primary care physician. at this location. I can honestly say that for the first time in 69 years, I actually now look forward to visiting my doctors here. The waiting area is open and airy, unlike most doctors office waiting rooms.The doctors and staff are friendly and professional. This is the best doctors office I have ever experienced. I see Dr. Castiglioni and she is amazing. I never leave an appointment with any questions or concerns. She spends time with me and really cares about my health. She is so personable. The staff at UCF Pegasus are wonderful. You walk in and are greeted by the kindest front desk staff. The medical assistants are all happy to see you. Its a clean, warm environment. Many doctors offices are sterile, but not this one. Im convinced that every employee at UCF Pegasus loves their job. They really do show it. Im so impressed with this place.

Love this doctors office. They are always so friendly, kind and the doctors actually make time to talk with you and listen. My husband now sees them too and he loves it as well. My usual wait time to go back once I check-in is 5 mins or less. All of the different doctors I see are now at UCF Health.

I can not find one single thing wrong with UCF Health (formerly Pegasus)! All of my medical team, except 2 Doctors, practice here and many of my family members have been &/or still are patients here as well. Everyone that works here proves day in and day out that they are part of a practice that represents the medical school which is on its way to becoming one of the top schools in the country! Ive gone here on and off since they opened and in the past I have liked this place, however after todays experience I will no longer be bringing my business here and I dont think you should either. The lady at the front desk refused to accept my credit card unless I handed it to her. My CC was already on the desk between her and the card reader machine, but apparently that wasnt acceptable to her and she pushed my card across the desk towards me and said Ill take it when you hand it to me. Instead of getting upset and and causing a scene I simply left. I will not go back to this practice again. There are better doctors offices with friendlier staff that Id prefer to give my business to.

Both my general practitioner and my rheumatologist are with the practice which makes record sharing and appointments very easy. Im happy with both. They listen well and take my concerns seriously.

My husband and I love this place. From the people on the phone to the desk staff to the medical and allied staff to the ambiance and the convenience... we fell into a great group practice. We have seen several of their care providers in the two years since we moved here. Admittedly, when we came to Orlando, we thought a lot about finding great health care. We had gone to Bostons best. But we soon discovered that the care providers at UCF that matched our expectations. They are teachers at the UCF medical school... they keep up with medicine.

I’m happy with my PCP here & the front desk. The rheumatology dept has had scheduling problems for a long time. High turnover of doctors & my doctor has canceled on me twice. I probably won’t be able to get in to see her before the yr is over. Also, if you have any trouble walking be very careful. The ramp going up to the front door is painted & is very slippery when it gets wet.

I am editing this review as their response indicates that I either did not arrive between 8-9am or I was not an established patient. Here is exactly what happened that day:1.) I am an established patient and have been for years.2.) I called at approximately 8:20 to see if they had walk in availability at the lake nona location. I was told they did not so I said I would be heading to the location near UCF.3.) I arrived at 8:58am, told the receptionist I was here for a walk in appointment. After spending a while going through each doctors calendar she told me no doctor had any availability to see me. I then said isnt there walk in availability between 8-9am? She said yes and I said well it is 8:59am now? She then went on to tell me that it is very limited availability and on a first-come first-serve basis and suggested I go to the minute clinic down the road.So, either the person on the phone shouldve told me it was first-come first-serve and very limited when I told them I was going to the UCF location or the receptionist shouldve fit me in. Even if I arrived a few minutes past 9am I shouldve been seen as a common courtesy.

Ive been going there since soon after it opened. There is no better medical office. Their doctors are all professors at the medical school and are cutting edge in their knowledge and practice. At the same time they are very human. There is no doctor as god complex there. All are very approachable and personal.The service I have received, over the years, is remarkable. I could list many instances where the doctors and staff have gone way beyond even the highest expectations.

I switch from Physicians Associates and love it. The doctors are great, Ive seen two different ones (The first one I got there, wasnt available one time I went in so I got someone else.) and both were fantastic, they gave me options about different medications I could use, including over the counter ones! They took the time to discuss what the downfalls and benefits to each one I could choose from. It has been the best doctors office Ive been to in Central Florida. They also recently got where you can do a bunch of stuff online if you want.

Highly recommend Dr Mehul Patel and staff. Very compassionate and professional. He follows up on post surgery care.

I have been working with Dr M Patel & his staff in Lake Nona for about 2 months. I had both eyes cateracts removed. They were beyond amazing. Taking my calls no matter how many questions I had, calming my anxiety about my eye surgery and ALWAYS had professional yet fun personalities. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Mehul Patel & his staff to everyone.

I have hives and as a recommendation from my UHC nurse and went to see LAURA FONTANEZ, APRN. She left me with my hand hanging because she didnt want to shake my hand showing me that she didnt have a clue of what hives are. I didnt want to be as disrespectful as she was with me, and i stayed the entire consultation. Every time that i wanted to talk she interrupted me like she didnt care about what questions or comments like i was the one that didnt know about this illness. I will not recommend this lady to anybody. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

DR. Obi Adigweme did bilateral knee replacement surgery on my father, Gary. He is the first doctor that contacted my father personally for pre-op and post-op care. We have great confidence in his knowledge. The staff has been very helpful working with my father. Thank you Dr. Obi.

I just came from the office at Lake Nona. I had an appointment scheduled since the beginning of the year. They called me cancelling that appointment because the doctor would not be in the office that day and rescheduled me for today. I was looking forward to the appointment because I am having what it seems to be a severe case of psoriasis; my skin is sore, inflamed, and itchy from my ankles to my back. I arrived at the office and was informed that my appointment was last week (it wasnt) and that the doctor was not even in the office today. This is very frustrating. Another aspect that really bothers me about UCF Health is that it each appointment takes at least two hours of my day. First you see the receptionist to check in, then sit and wait. The physician assistant brings you to the room and do the basic checkup. Then you wait... and wait... the doctor comes and asks the same questions the assistant had already asked you. After the doctor finishes, you still have to stay in the room and wait for the assistant to bring you the printouts of the prescriptions and referrals (if any). So you wait... After you receive the paperwork, it is still not time to go home. You have to wait for the scheduler to schedule your appointments with the other doctors. The facility is great, but they are too corporate.

Do not ever come here. Every time I come in for an apt, they don’t take me back until 30-45 minutes after the apt time. Then other times I have a serious apt such as with a cardiologist and they tell me the day of that the apt is cancelled because the cardiologist can’t come in and can’t even properly reschedule the appointment. Extremely unprofessional here, take your business somewhere else.

No care for individuals time, long wait times on site and forget about reaching out someone over the phone AM or PM sis the same thing. ... I rather go to Orlando Health

Everyone I have encountered at UCF Health east Orlando is magnificent! The environment is clean, professional, and timely.

I hate to write this review because the doctors that I experienced were very through and thoughtful.I was recently in a car accident and was covered under the No Fault Insurance. I was knocked unconscious as a result of being struck and first responders removed me from my vehicle. I followed up from the ER at Pegasus Health and was ready for my next visit. A few days before my second follow up I received a call saying that I had a past bill in collections that I was unaware. I asked why mention a past bill if my car accident is filed under a separate account. Pegasus had no problem accepting money from my insurance company but would no longer see me. I was spoken to very rudely and my lawyer told me that Pegasus had no right to deny the continuation of my treatment based on a seperate filling. Each time I ask to speak to a manager no one was available nor was there a call back when he or she became available.

I waited a while, but it was worth every minute. They have the most caring staff that I have ever seen, definitively love doctor Mariana B. Dangiolo.

The front office staff and those that interact in person with the patients are friendly and professional.My primary care provider is Cynthia Hongamen FNP-BC (Cindy). She has been my primary care provider for four years. There are physicians in the practice I could have chosen, however I chose her.About two years ago my blood work showed high blood platelet count. Cindy told me to see a hematologist. The next time I saw her she asked me if I had seen the hematologist. When I said no she told me, with a very different tone of voice, that I needed to do that.Two weeks later, I saw the hematologist/oncologist and discovered that I had a condition that if not treated could progress to acute myeloid Leukemia. It has been treated and the platelets are under control.I am in the process of notifying all of my medical providers (at age 71, there are a few) that she is the head of my medical team. She is the person who I depend on to help me figure out when specialists may give orders that conflict with those given by other specialists, for example.My grandmother was a nurse and I have three cousins who are physicians, so I know a bit about the field.Cindy is professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, smiles a lot and really cares about her patients. I recommend her with no reservations.

This place is pretty great. Very different from other practices, because they dont keep you waiting very long and they dont rush you or demand that you diagnose yourself. Dr. Salazar always takes the time to really talk to me and find out every detail of my symptoms. My husband sees Dr. Paulson and he likes her and trusts her.

Love the doctors actually listen and talk to you, not at you. Youre not waiting hours and its clean. Dr. Salazar is the best!

I have nothing but great things to say about UCF Health. Dr. Paulson is the doctor to see. She is wonderful, caring, and always listens to your concerns. She is a very knowledgable doctor and so understanding! Ive gone to other doctors where they dont listen or really concern themselves but not here. Their staff is wonderful! The office is beautiful and clean. I called because of earache the day of and they fit me in to be seen. There is no doubt this Dr. Paulson and staff are the best of the best!

Never a wait, super friendly and helpful staff. Theres very rarely an appointment that takes longer than it should so I can get back without taking time off. They also have some specialists in house, which is helpful, and they can do ultrasounds and xrays in house as well which is extremely convenient. I have never felt rushed by the doctors and can actually have a *dialog*... cant explain how valuable and rare that is. They have a web based platform too so I can get a message from the doctor him/herself without having to wait until the appointment if its something Im worried about, and the financial staff give you a call a few days ahead if the copay is sizeable so you can plan ahead. Even the front desk staff is 5 stars!

I would give them ZERO stars. They are just too corporate and the turn over of staff is BAD! The doctor electronically sent in a prescription for medication that he is not even treating me for. I got the bill and Theresa (business manager) and Heather (Nurse manager) will do nothing about their screw up. Its time for new doctors!!!!

I am very confused about the negative reviews of UCF Health. I have been seeing Dr. Paulson at this practice for almost 3 years, and I have nothing but great experiences to report from the front desk staff, nurse practitioner, billing clerk, scheduling assistant and of course Dr. Paulson herself.I have recommended several of my friends here and they are all very happy with this practice. They are prompt to see you during a scheduled appointment, and even more importantly to me to follow up after a visit. I have personally received calls from Dr. Paulson to make sure I was OK or to inform me about a test result. Her assistant has also followed up when she herself was unable to.As for the turnover complaint, I have noticed a couple of people moving thru - but if you pay attention closely youd understand why they are no longer there. I think as a whole UCF Health offers a tremendous service to the community and their level of personal, caring and leading edge patient care is something very needed.

Had to change doctors due to insurance. Glad I did ! I did see Dr. Castiglioni but unfortunatly she left to teach full time. The staff is very friendly and I know Im not going to wait for ever to see one of the Drs. Each Dr that I have seen has been very professional answering all my questions, Drs dont seem rushed to get to next patient. My cardiologist is Dr. Bernard Gros and he is great on answering all my questions or concerns. Oh by the way, they have great coffee!
