Today my review is going to Dr Gloria MD.A year and half she just saved my life. On March 2020 I went to Brazil and I took the medication for urine infection that’s was had there.However for some reason the medication gave me allergic reaction and this reaction caused an issue in my heart. My heart stayed big than normal.I had a strongly edema in my legs and arms and this Angel Dr Gloria, discovery quickly what’s going in my body.She takes care of my at the first response and then she refferal me to the Doctor Hector Lozano. He’s is a great and amazing cardiologic and they worked together to discovery my final diagnostic and fixed this issue.So, a super big thank you to this professional that worked only for saving life’s.Thank to Vip Walk in clinic because all staffs takes care of me and my family like a family also.I’m so grateful and blessed beyond the measure.Dr Gloria, don’t give up and still doing a great job that you doing sooo lovely, kindly and respectful !!!I love you so much and thank you to give my life backs !!!Bendiciones mi amor ♥️

I’ve been going to VIP Clinic for years and it was always a good experience but in the last visits I was helped by Yuliette Castillo and it was just INCREDIBLE! She’s very kind and focus on solving our problems asking for more exams. Today I had an exam I was always afraid of but she was unbelievably wonderful with me. I totally recommend it 👍🏻

I just came to Orlando and I had a bad bug bite infection and didn’t know where to go. I am happy I came here, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The wait was very fast 10 minutes and the doctor was very nice and helpful. They even helped me find a pharmacy nearby with a more affordable price for my antibiotics! 😊

Was met with a clean lobby, smiling staff and everyone following health guidelines due to the pandemic. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my questions and address my concerns in a way that I understood what he was talking about without me having to guess what he was saying, as it happens with many doctors when they start using medical jargons white talking to patients.

I am so thankful for this place and how they treated me. I came in with some health concerns that were bothering me and due to Covid 19 its been difficult to get appointments. This clinic took me in quickly, the doctor was absolutely amazing, answering all my questions, did not perform any unnecessary tests just what I need. Gave me sound advice that calmed me down and did blood work. The nurse was gentle and quick with the needle, didnt even feel it. if there was 6 stars they would get it. I cant believe Im saying this but forget my primary Im coming here from now on.

I am a VIP client for years. The doctors are awesome, and they have a lot of patience to explain your situation and the best treatment for your case. All the staff is very polite, since the front desk to the membership team. I would recommend the clinic to everyone.

The worst experience in Orlando ever. They just want your money. I’ve been trying to cancel the service for months and they are laughing on my face. Stay away from that!

I have been a membership since July 2018, always I have had a good service. Doctor Marie M Fleurimond is amazing!Shes a very sweet person, very professional and compassionate. Its difficult to find a Doctor with this characteristic anymore. Love her!!

So its a WALK IN and I call at 10:53 to verify their address since a previous review mentioned that the address was incorrect. Before giving me the address, the lady asked me if I have an appointment. I say no Im just calling to verify the address so I can come in before 12 AM (as their site states they are open until).The lady then tells me that they are not able to accommodate me that I must have an appointment and I can call back in the morning. Her name was Francy and she had an accent (for identifying purposes). So I asked her why are they closed if their site says 12 AM. She then proceeds to tell me they close at 8 PM. So either their site needs to be updated or she just straight up lied to me; neither of which I appreciate when Im in enough pain that I CANT WAIT TILL THE MORNING!!!!!!!Edit: Their Yelp info does NOT match what’s on Google. Doesn’t side very VIP to me.

Finally, in America, there is a 24/7 walk-in-clinic! My copay for a hospital is $300, and for an urgent care center its $100, and I often fall sick during weekend or holidays. I always end up going to this place! But they have never disappointed me!

DONT GO. If I could give this place no stars I would. I made an appointment for 10:30AM. Arrived on time to find no one at the front desk. No worries, I signed in and waited. There was one other person in the lobby. 15 minutes later, still no one comes up to the front. Another customer comes in and finally someone comes to the desk. That customer signs in and is given forms to fill out. I look at the technician who sees me but says nothing, a minute later someone else comes in and begins to sign in. The customer before me is then called to the back. I get up and before I could reach the desk, the techinican leaves. I wait another 5 minutes. then decide to go to the Walgreens clinic down the street. I agree with the previous negative reviews about this place. I would add that it seems they are a cheap. Ive been to other walk ins like this and this by far is the worse Ive seen.

This is the best clinic in Orlando, my daughter and I have a monthly plan, I have always been very well attended,But I want to report my experience with my mother-in-law, on May 1 We went to the clinic because it did not go very well, we paid a separate consultation, the doctor attended us extremely well and found that we should go to the hospital because the pressure was very discharge, good people I had the best service at the clinic before, during and after they were all wonderful with us, I want to thank the whole team, but especially Cris, who welcomed us in a way that we are not used to here in the USA, thank you VIP team, you guys are awesome!

Delays, they made an appointment for the afternoon to get there and reschedule because they do not take a blood test after lunch (even though I am fasting), on the first call they said that in the combo check up the return would be included for later to charge and to finish they were unable to do it my blood test. Thats right, the nurse punctured me twice and then sent me to another laboratory that they did quickly and at first. Really a bad experience and in the end it was not even cheaper than other places. Disappointed!

I had a very bad stomach pain, I went to the VIP clinic for the first time, the doctor was very attentive, like everyone at the clinic, and gave perfect recommendations. She even said that she suspected an appendicitis. I went to the hospital that she referred me to, the Advent Health Celebration (which is actually the best I have ever been to. Wonderful service). In the end I had to have surgery because it was appendicitis.I suggest the VIP clinic and I suggest the plan packages for those who live here too. This first consultation cost much less than I imagined.

Excellent service, I went for an appointment because of an itch, the doctor examined me from head to toe and found that I had very high blood pressure. I was medicated, thank God and then a doctor, I already started the treatment of pressure and itchiness in the leg. Nurse, attentive receptionist.

I am grateful to the Clinic for being well attended to in what I need and I feel at home. And even better with a water cooler and coffee, as in clinics in Brazil.
