Ive been a patient of this clinic even before Dr. Moosa. He took over the clinic and has been my primary for over 10 years. He is a great doctor who takes good care of his patients. One thing that I cannot deny is that the wait times are long. If you want a doctor to spend time with you, then you would expect that he takes time with others. He takes good care of my wife and I.

My parents, Mt. and Mrs. Love, have had wonderful experiences at Primecare Medical Center. The facility is always clean and smells great. Rachel, Lele, Cindy, Macy are caring staff members. Dr. Darakshan Is an exceptional professional. She does not allow my parents to leave without answering all of their questions and concerns. Thank you to Dr. Darakshan and to the prime care medical clinic staff. Thx

I rated this office a 1 star because of how low of a priority patients stand at this office. I took my mother to this office for some issues she was having and DR. DARAKSHAN did not want to listen to any of her concerns! Her level of professionalism is beyond me. My mother does not speak English very well and proceeded to ask her why hasn’t she learned English since we are in America? I need to report this to someone higher because the way we were treated is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!! I instantly called my mothers health insurance and requested a different health care provider ASAP

If you make an appointment, be prepared to wait at least 90mins to be place into a room. Once you’re in the back prepare to wait more, because they are all students in the back & there is always only one nurse who knows what to do, everyone else is clueless.Plus side, this is the only place in the area that accepts new patients & everyone is really nice. Just prepare yourself to loose your whole day in just waiting.

Although wait times have been long at times, the Dr. Is extremely knowledgeable. He continuously takes time for me. The staff is mostly students and the office has improved over the past two years.

My insurance picked this doctor for me. I been calling all day to set up my first appointment and the phone goes straight to a voicemail all day! I don’t know how they do business but I have never seen a doctor office not answer their phones! Very bad for their patients! I’m calling to change this doctor right now! And for everyone that is waiting to be seen. There is a patient law that states your wait can not be that long!!!

My experience here has improved everytime both in wait times and care. The doctor is well coordinated with my specialist and follow up have been great.

If you decide to come here. Make sure you are not in a hurry, in fact make sure you have nothing planned for the rest of your day. I had an appointment at 2:15 and wasnt seen until 3:45. There over the phone customer service is atrocious. There dont return calls. After waiting all that time the dr was rude and completely unapologetic. Do not waste your time unless you like wasting time. Id give them a zero if it was an option.

I love this place and their staff. My Doctor who is doctor Moosa is just awesome. Hes always after your well being. This is the place to come to if you care about your health.

I go here because it’s close to my home but it’s a waste of time u wait 3-4 hrs to see a doctor & they don’t even do anything but the typical stuff not really caring about your concerns & why your there to begin with. The nurses are great since they do most of the work but the doctors just want your money

My mum has been seeing both doctors for about 10 years, i dont mind the wait because the are the best doctors in Orlando, they are thorough with their patients and everyone is very friendly, my mum is very happy with their service

My son and I,, we both going to this Place for long time,, and yess , they need to improve the waiting time,,, but they are a Great Doctors and the staff are friendly and helpful... That’s why I give 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Since my first visit till now Ive always had to wait to go in to my appointment but it has gotten better over the years Dr Darakshan and Dr Moosa do their best to address my issues the staff has changed around a bit but all and all they seem to try to take care of my needs.

No good experience. Wait time over 2 hours. I do not why they make schedule if they are never on time and the dr. Take hour to show in the room.
