The gentleman at the front desk is great, very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Edwards is fantastic. Shes thorough and patient and listens. She ordered lab work for me based on some pretty serious issues Im having. And when I came to get my labs they told me it would be $50, ok no big deal. But Im a single mom, 1 income and I could have only paid $25 that day and the other $25 a few days later. They refused to do my lab work even though theres a sign that says services will be rendered despite an ability to pay and I was offering to pay half. But alas I left mad because they wouldnt do it. I had to wait 5 more days for my labs. Got them done finally. But I just didnt understand if the guy at the desk said yes I could do a payment plan, and I was offering to pay half why the lady doing the billing wouldnt allow me to get my labs the day i needed them not 5 days later. Otherwise great office.

I had a scheduled apt for 430 and I arrived at 330. I was issued the new patient paperwork and advised to keep it until they called me. I really wasnt expected to be called until my appointment time however 430 rolled around and still no one called me. Im looking around the waiting room and can see others who came in after me were called so I got up to see what was going on and was told I had 1 provider ahead of me. I said you mean 1 patient ahead and he goes yeah. 441 still nothing and then he calls my name at the front desk I got up and he says no one called you yet I said no I just came up there and spoke to you to see what was going on. At this point it was almost 5pm and about to storm outside I told him to cancel my appointment and my insurance better not be charged because I saw NO ONE. The customer service is poor, attention to detail is terrible I will not be rescheduling there. I called the next day to billing to ensure my insurance is not charged in which she did confirm and when I advised her what happened she apologized and connected me with the Manager in which I got her voicemail and still awaiting a call back. Definitely not how you do business period.

I took my son here today (9-1-2020) for his 1st appointment as a new patient. I must say, even though we were there for over 2 hours (shots, physical, referrals), I am beyond impressed with how they treated my son. My daughter will be going there next week as well as our oldest son. Absolutely terrible. Yet The front desk women was nice. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment, was seen by some lady who asked me a ton of questions. Then I waited an hour and a half just for a so called doctor to come in and tell me he does not have time to do any tests on me. Meanwhile Ive been there since 10am and that was the reason for my appointment. He told me to come back another day to do my tests, okay but why did I come today? I didnt even get a physical! And I had to pay a lousy fee just to see this man who didnt know anything about covid and the symptoms I was having. I wasted my whole morning trying to get blood work done just for them to not perform a physical or any tests. Garbage establishment.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely trash service. I went in with chest pains and they said it was nothing. Left with a huge bill stating I received medical counseling and coordination with care and a detailed history. She did nothing and it was 5 minutes. I wouldn’t go back if in no situation. Just look at the reviews and be smart about choosing your doctor. If you want help, don’t go here!!!!

Terrible. Spent two hours on hold just to make an appointment and have them never answer so I made one online and provided all my information and insurance just for them to call me during work and leave a voicemail saying that I didnt (less than 30 minutes before they closed) and i had to call them back the day of and when I did, they never picked up and left me on hold forever. At this point I dont even want to go in for an appointment if I cant talk to someone.

Terrible was there this morning I didn’t had an appointment but it’s a walk in so we went I. With my husband to take our son sick and told me to register and told me to tell my husband to wait outside and I was observing so my husband went out and didn’t even argue or say anything I saw another couple the wife is going to see a dentist and and after to talk to her told her the guy with her can wait outside I can understand with what’s going on now with the pandemic but dam with 3spanish people sit on all chairs didn’t tell only one can be there in the waiting room the spanish guy on the desk was not fair to everyone and now u see this politics wats going on then the old couple came and a retired veterans came in looking for a chair can’t find a chair which is the husband of the patient and she was actually needing help the Spanish guy turn around looking for a chair but never tell the Spanish people with Juana when it was called that only one person can be there Jst the patient today feb 22 2021 so now again it depends on who you are and who’s on the desk I actually started not to like to come since they change my sons doctor I love her dDr. Bejani but for me I thought since I’m use to going there for my son my husband and myself

Updated Review:I have updated from 1 to 3 starsAfter three and a half hours or so of contacting multiple lines and trying to get ahold of ANYBODY at this point, I dialed the number in the response and got ahold of the patient coordinator. They were very friendly and was able to help me finally get into contact with the Doctor.Heres the thing, I did not physically enter the building on Alafaya. I had a telehealth appointment so I only spoke with the attending and doctor over the phone. They were both super friendly as well. I had no intention of addressing another health concern I was still having, but we ended up doing so anyways. But given I was not physically there, I can not speak on the receptionist, cleanliness or organization of the facility.I believe in honest, rounded reviews. Therefore I can not simply give them a 5 simple because everyone I spoke with was friendly and everything finally got sorted. I dealt with a lot of frustration and a lot of issues along the way. But please remember I am specifically speaking about a TELEHEALTH appointment only, and not a physical one.I wanted to leave this review up, for the reason Im about to mention. The whole practice is currently undergoing a transition in their systems and its been whats making everything such a mess. I did not have a pleasant, smooth experience this time, but I do hope that not everyones experience is the same. Hopefully this transition will allow for a smoother experience in the long run once its completed.Original Review:[I had a telehealth appointment this morning at 8:00am. I did thr online check-in and prepayment at 7:15 this morning. Provided that according to google they open at 8:00am, I should have been the very first appointment. All I needed was a review of my blood test and urinalysis results which shouldnt have taken the doctor more than ten minutes to discuss with me. I have NO IDEA why it should EVER take this long this early in the morning. Perhaps there was an issue with their new system and they werent alerted. Ive called the call center and had them transfer me to alafaya and I left a message there as well. It is near impossible to get ahold of who you want with True Health.I dont even know how to go about getting a refund if this doctor never calls me. These results are important and Im beyond peeved Im waiting so long with no way to talk to someone or be provided updates on why its taking so long.]

Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional! The receptionist had a very bad attitude, not welcoming at all. They were having personal conversation and very blunt about their weekend plans. Some were even playing games on their cell phones. I was so confused! Is this a professional environment? The doctor showed no interest, my daughter was born premature and in my opinion did get the service she deserved. The doctor was more interested in my spiritual beliefs more than anything. First time visiting this office and I was not given any instruction she just told me I could leave and to follow-up in one month but before discharged from the hospital I was told that we should follow-up every two weeks. If this wasnt enough when walking up to schedule the next appointment the same receptionist seemed annoyed! So disappointing!!

Hello. Yesterday I was in this place and they gave my daughter vaccines of only 2 months old, the nurse was rude, did not have delicacy with a baby, I saw when she grabbed her tightly and simply gave her injections without any compassion of HER WAS A BABY. My daughter cried all night and in the morning she woke up with a bruised and inflamed bruise, she wouldnt have to be like that. This is not going to stay that way.

The doctor is nice and helpful, she really gained my trust during our short conversation and was very engaged.The office staff during my visit was very rude and dismissive. They offered very little assistance in helping a new patient (me) understand their strange protocol with labs and referrals.The wait time was long but expected.My true problem is the lack of communication and urgency.1. I was told a referral would be mailed to me about 48hrs after my visit. This was never done. I called to reschedule an appointment and BECAUSE I ASKED, I was then informed that the referral was there and I can pick it up. (This is 3 weeks after my initial visit, someone could have called to let me know)2. I was told that my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy and would be ready to pick up when I needed it. This never happened, no prescription was ever sent through. Once I realized this, I called to have it done, no problem...AGAIN it was never submitted.Now it is the weekend, I took my last dose, no refill is available. I used the urgent assistance line yesterday, no help. Called again today, and received a call back from a condescending lady who tried to give me the run around.I’m still awaiting my prescription to be sent.

The most rudest people work here. They dont even acknowledge you by looking up. I cant stand this place. The girl who takes bp doesnt have a clue how to do it correctly. She doesnt have me sit in a chair with my feet on the floor with my arm up. Plus she never smiles and talks. She looks like she hates her job. Same with the people up front.

The Doctor and back office staff are wonderful. The front desk, reception, and phone service leave something to be desired. My recommendation to anyone using this office would be that you bypass any attempt with calling by phone and message for an email response. The written correspondence is more effective and expeditious. If it were not for the phone and front office inefficiency I would give this office 5 stars.

Had a visit back in September to get my birth control and another prescription. They had me take a pregnancy test, like normal, then said they would send both prescriptions to my pharmacy. This was on a Thursday morning. By Monday afternoon, my pharmacy had still not recieved anything after me making multiple calls to this office. I went back and they told me that I never took a pregnancy test and that I had to have blood work done for the other prescription so they wouldnt give me either one. Today I got a bill in the mail (5 months later) charging me for a full office visit and pregnancy test! I called to dispute it, was transferred, left a voicemail, and havent heard back. Run away from this place!

Came here for Covid 19 test at 6:30 am. First impression 0 stars ! Lady who I am assuming is not a nurse talk to us like we are a rag doll.Second, CDC website says it is free , healthcare workers are priority; she said it is not free, asked insurance card. No priority for any healthcare worker and she said she is not doing everyone. (?). Confused.Apparently Rude staff members are the reason for bad reviews.

One of the best experiences Ive had at a doctors office. I am a student at UCF and just moved here and needed a new primary care doctor while Im at college. They were all so nice, patient, and just all around great. Not long wait times, definitely make an appointment though! Doctors are nice and so is all the staff. Definitely glad I found such a good doctors office!

This is the worst clinic I have been to... There is no coordination and communication between setting up appointments for doctors appointment. The office is trying to project an image of professionalism and integrity, but its employees are a bunch of losers, They keep on talking each other while a lot of patients are waiting. The Dr. Seem to be ok, The receptionists on the other hand have difficulty doing there job in-between playing on there phone and loosing documents. Its sad to say in this case 2 times referrals never make it to the Dr. Until I made a appointment to see the Dr and hand deliver it myself. The receptionists dont seem to care. I cant speak for everyone but maybe if you wear your Sunday best you will get better service. Never had an issue with the staff or getting seen by the doctor. I always make an appointment a couple weeks in advance. I tried to do the walk in thing, but your going to be waiting for a while. They are extremely busy due to the low cost of seeing the doctor. Make sure to book in advance so you dont have to wait. Staff and doctors are all 5 stars in my book!

Doctors and nurse practitioner are nice all the staff cares is pushing in the next patient. No care no respect no answers. I have been coming here for 10 years it has gone down hill in a BIG way.Time to change doctors, and its ba shameecause I like mine but I cant seem to get to her. My last visit I did not even get a one-on-one with her without the nurse kicking me out. Felt very uncomfortable ☹️. And here its been two weeks and I still havent got my referrals that I asked for.

Wasnt able to wait on hold to ask about appointments, and they were really booked up anyway. But i walked in and asked about it, and they said I was able to simply wait on standby and they would see if they could work me in if there were any cancellations. I really wasnt there long at all, they walked me through some hiccups with my insurance and helped me get it taken care of. Front staff was great, the nurse I was with was fantastic. The doctor himself was a little odd, but I was just thankful to be seen. Clean, quick, helpful.

I tried this place for more than three years and I am still not happy with their services. The last time I went I was very sick they refuse taking care of me. I end up calling an ambulance that pick me up right outside. I know I need different services but I am agonizing. Bad service. Right know I have been waiting on line for somebody to answer the phone and make an appointment. Today as usual I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes but if I go without an appointment they will not take you. So frustrating...

Go elsewhere. I only picked this place out because its near my apartment and covered by my companys insurance -- but honestly, this is just a waste of your time.The client base is similar to that of a walk-in clinic, with unaccounted children running around screaming and people talking loudly on their cellphones. Reception staff is horrible, in my case I had to restate the purpose of my visit multiple times over 45 minutes to get the lady behind the desk to understand that I was only here to drop off a sample.Even better? After waiting another 15 minutes and depositing the sample, I get a phone call about 4~ hours later from one of the receptionists claiming that a nurse mistakenly threw away my sample and that Id need to call back to reschedule an appointment. Are you kidding?The only saving grace of this place is that the doctors seem pretty competent -- nothing to write home about, but once I was actually speaking with one the checkup went pretty smoothly. This doesnt make up for the horrible experience I had, but maybe youll have better luck. Dont risk it, though.

No no no!!!! Don’t waste your time. The doc looks dirty and he isn’t even dressed. He looks like he just woke up. The rooms are disgusting and the customer service is horrible. The MA’s were nice but that’s about it. I had to ask for everything. If it’s a physical doesn’t that mean blood work?? No I guess not to them. I literally waited over an hour and a half to get a referral. I will never ever go back. The health department makes you wait but at least they do everything!!!

For years, I would see my specialists when required, for medication changes, updates, etc., and True Health (different names in between) would prescribe refills, but not alter or change medications, and occasionally request I see my specialists (2). Suddenly a new Practitioner refused to do so. I went from $180 every few months to $360 a month in Dr. visits alone. In 30 days. Thanks True Health.

The staff: if you are friends with them they put you the first one to see the doctor if not youre there the whole day. They dont have customer service or patience with the the patients not even when you call. Call and they will call you or answer when the world ends.I have no complain with my Dr. she has 10 stars if it wasnt for her I would change to another clinic right now.Oct 25- Today I came back here after long time and yes Im changing my PCP Im sorry for my Doctor that is going to keep working in that trashy place. I had the worst experience! They messed up with my refill authorization. I went to see the doctor on August 28,2019 to get a refill authorization for my birth control pills, paid for bloodwork and visit and they said they will send the authorization to my pharmacy so since I have pills left I was not concerned to verify if my prescription was placed then today I called my pharmacy and they said that they havent got any refill authorization and yesterday I took my last pill. How comes that they messed up my refill authorization like this?? It has been almost a month since I went to see a doctor there. I really expect you guys contact me tomorrow early morning and get my prescription no later than tomorrow. Terrible office and i would not give any start at all if that was an option. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE!

I made an 8 a.m. appointment over 2 weeks ago for fasting labs and a pap smear. I arrived at 7:45 at 8:30 my name is called and Im told that there are no orders in for my lab work, and that the doctor wants the pap smear done before the blood work. When I made my appointment I was under the impression that both were today and if that is not accurate that should fall on the person scheduling not the patient. I am then told that I was not getting the pap today either. When I asked what my appointment was for then I was told that I would need to be rescheduled for the pap smear or could wait to be seen as a walk in (mind you Ive been in the building a while and saw ~5 people sign as in walkins, so Id be waiting a while). So now Im expected to wait even though I scheduled an appointment. So to be clear, I took the morning off to go to my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, fasted for my labs, and got a babysitter for my child just to be told that I could wait an undetermined amount of time to see the doctor that I MADE AN APPOINTMENT to see. I am now out the hours of work I missed, the cost of a babysitter and am a little ticked that I wasnt able to eat on top of the fact that I will need to reschedule the appointment and miss more work. In all honesty I should have been accommodated and seen today for both my pap and lab work as the scheduling issue and lack of lab orders are definitely not the fault of the patients.

This place is a joke. My partner tried for MONTHS to get seen for alarming symptoms, only to ultimately be hospitalized and diagnosed with cancer. (To be clear, he was NEVER SEEN HERE. They are his PRIMARY CARE FACILITY and could not get him in before he was hospitalized.)Every time we call, were on hold for 45 minutes or more - and thats when they dont hang up on us. They do not return phone calls.One day, we had an appointment set for 10:00am, and we received a call the night before telling us - not asking, telling - that the appointment had been moved to 10:30am. Luckily, we were available. So we headed over to the office the next morning and arrived at 10:15am. At the front desk, we are told that the appointment was cancelled and marked as a no-show because we werent there at 10:00am. They asked if we would like to reschedule - absolutely not, thank you very much.They also have a tendency to send out referrals that havent actually been approved or activated - meaning they give you the paper referral, saying its fine, and then you are turned down at the medical facility you go to when they run it at their office.If you can help it, go to a different office, and avoid True Health altogether. Their front office staff is rude and incompetent. I cant review the doctors because we never even got that far.

After wasting 1 and a half hour of my time on insurance information chick they told me I’m not fully covered. I told them its ok ill pay because its already too late. After another hour the doctor finally opened the door then she went back to ware a mask. She asked me tow questions then she said we don’t treat pregnant. This is racism. Soooo, after waiting 20 min on the phone to set an appt, i got fed up and hung up. Looks like im gonna have to drive there to get someone to take my appt. I cant say if this is a good company. I went all way talking off from work and they say the appointment is not available in system and they are not ready to help me this day, instead they wan to give appointment another day which would take again one more off from work. Very frustrated with this service. I went in last July when I found out I was pregnant. I had just moved from Massachusetts and didnt have insurance yet. They charged me a sliding scale fee for services and I paid everything up front. Now, 11 months later, I receive another bill saying I owe more money. I called the billing department and the woman said I had to pay it or it would get sent to collections. I asked to speak to a manager, got transferred to voicemail, left a message, and never heard back from anyone. Horrible customer service and billing practices!

SUPER LONG WAIT!!!... my appointment was at 9:00 got there at 8:50am with my newborn ... was called at 11:30! Then to make a follow up was standing there for about 6 minutes before the girl acknowledged me , then I was also waiting for a referral and told me it will be mailed . Only good thing about this doctors office is the doctors. The receptionists are horrible and rude. The wait time is ridiculous. We had an appointment at 10:00 they saw a patient that had an appointment at 11:30 appt at 10:00 and now guess who still waiting. Staff id not punctual at all. Dr Kaeser is a great Dr and an awesome person. The front desk staff are rude and talk down to you. If the front desk girl would have rolled her eyes one more time I swear. they are so busy gossiping about each other that they cant seem to get people moving through there. it would be much more effecient if they got a front end staff that actually cared about their job instead of what kind of donuts there is and gossipping about each other.

Just waited 7 mins standing at the front desk to be acknowledged. Then I was asked if we had an appointment I say yes but theres no place to sign in, no paper. Then a paper to sign in is slid over to me with no pen so I ask if shes got a pen and she pulls the other clip board over by the pen chain and acts like Im being rude. Havent been here in a while but I give the front a 2 star. The doctors are good here as long as they can keep them. Did not even know how to give me a referral for an MRI. The front desk is absolutely terrible and rude. They have no patience. Wouldn’t take my sister in for a Walk In because she is “17”. I don’t know what kind of excuse that is because we had legal guardians there anyways. Doctors are fine but the staff is horrible.

The office staff and nurses and doctors are excellent considering they put up with rude entitled people sometimes. I have been going here for over 15 years.I take my kids to Dr. Octaviani (who truly has a heart for kids) but me and my husband go to the Alafaya to see Dr. Janmeja who is very smart and knowledgeable, which isnt to say Sanfords arent good but there is a higher turnover in Sanford location.Im not saying i have never encountered rudeness or being overlooked but for the most part the staff is kind, caring and works hard for little pay. No one gets paid enough to put up with impatient, ill mannered people.im thankful for true health because even when I dont have medicaid i can still see them by paying a low copay. I get the same great care either way. There is my two cents spend it the way you want.

Was misdiagnosed for 8 months when I went in As a walk in appointment to be told they couldn’t see me so I went to the emergency room where I spent 8 days and had emergency surgery. Went back again and when I told them theryd misdiagnosed me was told that’s the past and we’ll move forward from here. Needless to say even though I have no insurance I found another doctor.

Doctors were fine. The woman assisting the dentist clearly hated her job. (I believe her name was xiomara) clearly has no children and doesnt know how to work with them. Absolutely no patience. Kids ask questions and talk alot, theyre curious. Apparently thats a problem. Ignorant woman.

HORRIBLE- I went in for an appointment while I was standing at the checkin desk waiting for the receptionist to scan my drivers license, another woman walked up and the receptionist just took care of her leaving me standing there. I went to the back for my examination and the woman at the desk never returned my license to me, needless to say they LOST it! The receptionist LIED and told her superiors she gave me the license back EXCEPT she had someone else take over and never spoke to me again that day much less walked up and gave me my license back. She was so busy crying with this patient that walked up and RUDELY interupped her while she was working with me and the RUDE receptionist just left me hanging there waiting for someone else to finish up with the recptionist duties. THAT WOMAN LOST MY LICENSE AND TRIED TO LIE AND SAY SHE RETURNED IT TO ME EXCEPT SHE DID NO SUCH THING AND I GET TO PAY (TO GET A NEW COPY OF MY LICENSE) FOR THAT RUDE RECPTIONISTS INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!!!When I called the main office to report the incident the lady on the phone told me the manager would be in, in 30 minutes to either call her back and she would call the manager or drive up there it was probably in the managers desk. when I drove there a half hour later the manager was OFF TODAY. so I got the wrong info from their main office as well I would NOT recommend ANYONE to this office or the entire True Health network, since they give out wrong info and lose peoples importnat documents then lie about it!!!!ADDENDUM: MORE BAD REVIEWS I have reported True Health office staff to Molina Healthcare and medicaid managed care. I was given a referral to go to a specialty doctor, by True Health and the doctor does not accept Molina so I spent 3 weeks trying to get the same referral for a different doctor and True Health said it had been faxed, I get to the Drs office an hour and a half from my house waited for 30 minutes to see the Dr and get in the patient room only to find out True Health never sent the referral or the result from my tests that got me sent there in the first place. I had to call the records dept from my phone while sitting in the Drs offices and wasted my time from 1:50PM until 6 PM and all the specialty Dr could do without the missing paperwork was height weight blood pressure and temp and I could have saved gas and tolls by emailing them this info so the time set aside for my proceedure was wasted and I could not get the proceedure done due to having to sit on hold for 35 minutes to talk to True Healthrecords dept for them to fax the info needed so I had to reschedule my appt for a month from now to do exactly what I went there for yesterday. True Health associates are the laziest incometent people I have ever seen in any office anywhere! I had to sit on hold for 51 minutes waiting to speak to someone about referrals for Drs that dont even take my healthcare plan, after hanging up the phone I drove to True Health since no one there can answer phones and there was 1 patient in the office waiting area and that lazy receptionist refused to answer the phones even though she was sitting at her desk doing absolutely NOTHING!! I have contacted everyone associated with this office to try to get them cut out of the healthcare primary care business since the only ones that actually do their jobs there are the doctors themselves if you wait for the office staff to do anything you might die waiting or have to do their job and yours too!!!! STAY AWAY FROM TRUE HEALTH IF YOU WANT COMPETENT HEALTHCARE AND CHOOSE TO BE TREATED THE WAY YOU SHOULD BE AT A DOCTORS OFFICE DONT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING AS PRECIOS AS YOUR HEALTH!!!!!!

I talked to someone twice asking me for a fax number I gave it to them call back 45 min later and now they dont fax what?? I talked to you twice. Also I went there once while pregnant and the obgyn doctor tried talking me out of birth plan and where I should give birth and tried stalling appointment!! This place is full of crappy coworkers and are so rude on the phone. Dont talk to me like Im stupid.

I hate this place..how do you put a number on Google for people to contact to make appointment yet never pick up the damn phone...4 days straight I have not yet talk to someone in regards to my appointments...then just Friday I received a letter stating they dropped me due to not going to my appointment..maybe if the people you hired answered the customer calls I wouldnt have been in this situation

Do NOT get a COVID test from here. They will charge you $25 for a rapid test. They didn’t tell me the price until after I filled out the patient paperwork, at which point, I had invested a lot of time. It was not like this before, so you can imagine my surprise. I would have appreciated it if they had mentioned this to me from the get-go, or at the very least put up a sign stating their pricing.

Terrible a horrible treatment when you call for an appointment for my girl who has to extract a little tooth. A certain Ibet made me call Medicai having her imf of my girls insurance. Because she is not a new patient. Today she called and she answered me again and he had the imf I did not have to give it to him just to verify the data because I told him that I am going to make a complaint. for imcompetent and bad person. Knowing that I told him that I had called several times for the same thing. People like that should not have this type of work with the public.

Worst experience. They canceled the appointment in my face because I was 5 minutes late and those 5 minutes were because the nurse at the door was slow to take my temperature and ask us questions at all. All the staff from the front, especially the pregnant girl, are rude with a lack of tact and humiliate people, the worst treatment we receive in this office.
