The staff is nice enough but I have been here for two hours and they have not taken me in yet. I just don’t understand why they would over book so much especially when they have people like me fast for the bloodwork. I would recommend you go somewhere else.Update: made it to three hours then they took me in.

In the 2.5 hours I was in the building I spent 5 minutes with a nurse and 10 with the doctor.My physical consisted of my weight and blood pressure being recorded. I was asked the same questions that I answered in the paperwork. I was not informed that blood work was part of this physical and fasting was required to get accurate results. When I asked what I would be charge to get my bloodwork done the check-out said I would have to pay the price of an additional appointment even though I was not notified of what was required for my physical.Pushy with her recommendations for treatment. I had asked if the superficial issue I had was something I should have greater concern for. Her response was ‘Well, if you’re coming in to see me you must be concerned so you should fill these prescriptions.’AVOID THIS DOCTOR: Candice RiveraThe nursing and customer service staff was fantastic.

HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES9 am appointment and expect to be seen by 12 noon and no I’m not exaggerating it has happened numerous times.Doctors are nice but they overbook their appointments so much.Their waiting rooms are huge and usually full.

Very happy! Bueno!Im a college student new to Orlando and this was my first doctors appointment by myself. Most (actually, all) of the doctors and patients were Spanish-speaking but the staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable and welcomed. I came for a referral to a specialist but my doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to treat me herself. Very pleased =]

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THE MANAGEMENT DONT HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW TO RUN A MEDICAL OFFICE AT ALL, TRUST ME I KNOW.

Went in and stood in front of the window for someone to greet me. The MA looked right at me and yet she didnt open the window to acknowledge me. Spent another 5 minutes waiting until I got tired, went back up to the window and said to the lady hello, Im a new patient. She opened the window and I told her how I was a new patient and I would like to fill out the forms and be checked in. She didnt say oh Im sorry or hi how are you. She took my ID and insurance and i filled out the forms. I waited 2 HOURS before i even went to the back to see the doctor. Then waited another ten minutes before she walked in. While I was with the doctor I explained that I was having ear ache and trouble hearing she prescribed me some drops. She asked me the location of the pharmacy and she even read it back to me to confirm. Well guess WHO FORGOT to send my prescription to the pharmacy. Its been a week since Ive seen her and I still havent gotten through to the office. I saw the doctor for probably about 15 minutes and then went out to schedule our next appointment even though everything in me said not to. The MA was rude, she even sucked her teeth at me. I swear I thought I was being prankd because never have I seen such unprofessional behavior. I DO NOT recommend this doctor and her rude staff to anyone. I am currently looking for a new doctor.

They genuinely do the best they can with what they are provided. They are always so nice and apologetic if things go awry. My doctor is a bit rushy and Im not 100% in her but the staff is great nevertheless. Which is comfortable bc the BVL clinic was atrocious

NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!! this places as you see and read the reviews its horrible, the wait time to see the doctor its crazy 2 or more plus if you have an emergency and want to see the doctor you cant becaythey are too busy taking extra patients/walk in and you got stuck and have to find another help or go to the ER like a I did to get extra charges for something that she, my doctor could have see me when the front desk people saw me with the amount of pain. The only day sorry we have too many people today and send me away. Beside stick with hospital bills I went back to her because I need a refill of my medicine that she told me I need to taken for life. After wait over 2 hours just to make sure my prescription for enroll in the automatic refill, after my 90 day supply was about to run out I noticed there is not more refills and needs doctor aproval for new ones. The pharmacy contacted them to get the approval but never got an answer I called them and asked them to tell the doctor to put my refills back or approved it with the pharmacy, the told me I have to make another appointment to see her in order to get the refills. I got so upset because I already was without the medication for few days and I demand to get that straight right away before I call the news and the department of health for their carless. The did refil one prescription for only 30 days leaving me with the same situation. When you need a medicine for life doctors ouer the prescription in automatic refill so the patient never runs out of it.But not this places. After I paid and wait for over 2 to make sure the prescription for in automatic refill and she told me it will, guess what, they dont do it because they want you to come back every 3 month to suck your money and time . Seriously still working on getting them to shut down because the place its very unclean, unsanitary, a lot of elderly people also waiting hours to see the doctor because she takes some many patients instead of give a quality time. Very unprofessional.Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar para nada. No solo pierdes dinero, tiempo y te dejan sin tu prescripción de las medicinas que tienes que tomar de por vida porque después que pagas una cita específicamente para que las prescripciones a tu medicina lleguen automáticamente cada ves que se venzan y la doctora te dice si, ya están así no te preocupes, pero tan pronto se te va a vencer la medicina te das cuenta que ni ha llegado la siguiente orde llamas a la farmacia y ahí te dicen que necesita aprobación de la doctora porque no están automático. Llamas a la oficina para informarle de la situación y ahí te dicen tienes que hacer una cita para que la doctora te las vuelva a dar. Esa es una de mis tantas quejas. En conclusión no pierdan su tiempo y dinero en este lugar. Es sucio, muchas demoras y mal servicio.

This office should be inspected and closed. Treatment is awful, waits are always 2-3 hours. Dr Annell Soto dont care is there is 20 patients waiting because they obviously triple book she like to talk on the phone with her mom dad and other family members while others wait on her.The Dr. dont like to referd out patient is like they are money hungry and they want all the money to stay in the office. She make it impossible for me to get a refer to my Endocrinologo and my pain managment.She denied me of my right to go see specialist than been treating me for years because she feels she is the super doctor that can replace my Endocrinologo, my pain manegment and my sociologist.Front desk staff abandon front office often for long periods of time leaving patients in line wondering is there is someone working here.I was there today with a migraine from 2 - 5 pmTotally ignored standing at the window and the from office came out to let me know I should go see a internist instead of Dr. Annell. She proceed to star talking about my medical problems or issue in front of all other patients waiting. Hippa violation when I mention hippa violation she then ask me to leave the office or she was going to call the police. That was the office manager waooooo how profesional!Always read reviews before selecting a PCP doctor as you can see there is many complains about this place and the staff.

This place sucks big time! They shouldnt be call a family practice. My husband was prescribed a antibiotic for a recurrent urinary track infection on a friday afternoon. When we went to pick the meds from pharmacy. The pharmacist informed us the insurance wont cover it due to a very high dose, its either a doctors mistake or the doctor need to explain why is prescribing such a high dose to get it approved. Well they have a terrible after hours call system and a even worst on call doctor who DOESNT TAKE CALLS ABOUT PRESCRIPTIONS!!!! What in the h... You have a on call system and doctor who cant help you with a ANTIBIOTIC related issue!! You dont need to be a rocket scientist or a doctor to know infections worsen day by day .... So by this practice and by this doctor on call you can wait a whole weekend without medication until they want to solve it. What they dont wait much about, its to take your money!!! My insurance claim its probably sent, procceced and paid by now but I cant have a simple issue resolved.

My husband took our daughters there for the first time & was told that they dont do shots there and we have to go to the state health department for that. Time for a new doctor!

This place is horrible never go there . The Doctor is very unprofessional she always prescribe wrong meds and give wrong information she doesn’t seem to understand much last time she prescribed me a medication that has a serious interaction with one that I am taking . This place should be closed they play with peoples health .
