If you can avoid this place, Please do!! As an existing patient I tried to schedule an appointment to see the doctor as I was feeling extremely ill with congestion and what I thought was a chest infection. They didn’t have an appointment available until the middle of the following month! No emergency appointments offered or anything. One month later I show up to my appointment and they moved the time of my appointment and they changed it from an in person appointment to a telehealth appointment! The front desk have no respect or regard for your time! I took the day off to finally see the doctor after about a month of being patient, coughing and feeling absolutely terrible just to be tossed to the side like my concerns about my health doesn’t matter! I was highly disappointed with my service at this Facility!!!!!!

I’ve come here to get a COVID test twice now and both times I had to wait days for my results. They keep saying it will be 30min-1hr or the same day, but I never get a call or an email. The first time I needed to find out my results so I could go to work and I didn’t get them back until 3 DAYS later. Now, I’m waiting on results again, but the office is closed. If you know your office is going to close at a certain time don’t promise results the same day and then not answer the phone. I came hours before closing time so there is no reason that I receive not even an email. This is completely unprofessional and I’m losing income because I have to keep waiting on these delayed results. The Ivey Lane location has disappointed me yet again.

So my sister and I came to this location as a walking for Dental services at 6:30am there was one person in front of us. The nurse that took our covic paper write down the number in which we arrived meaning I was 2nd my sister was 3rd but when we got to the door the secretary at the front desk skipped my sister for someone they knew that got there after us but they dint know we got there in the same car and we was together. Very unprofessional with this action. I hope they get discipline with theirs actions.

Great, low cost Clinic. Especially for those like me, that don’t have insurance. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. I saw an NP named Leslie. She’s new and she was so kind and gentle. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to all my concerns and questions. She nurses are nice and the phlebotomist was a Latina woman, I didn’t get her name but she helped me calmed me down when I was getting blood taken. She’s so good, gentle and kind. My dad also comes here he sees Colin an NP and my uncle sees Dr. Sarah. All great providers! :) thank you for your care and kindness!

I started going here since they opened the doors earlier this year. The staff is courteous and always greets you with a smile. Let me say this, I thank God for Dr. Pacheco, Jude and the rest of the dental staff. For years I was very self conscious about my smile because I had a chipped tooth. I didnt have the resources to get what I needed done. My first visit Dr. Pacheco was very patient and thorough with what my dental needs were. After a few visits it was time to fix my front tooth. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. After completing my procedure, Dr Pacheco handed me the mirror....and when I tell you I cried like a baby. Jude thought something was really wrong with me. I explained they were tears of joy and happiness. My appointment so happened to be a couple of weeks before Christmas. I can truly say this is one of the best Christmas gifts ever. Thank you again to all the staff at Orange Family Health. Dr. Pacheco youre the best!!! Happy Holidays #Determined2Survive
