Everyone was incredibly pleasant and reassuring. I felt very well cared for the whole time. Dr Kola was very kind and the anesthesiologist (I forget the name) made me feel very comfortable and advised me what he was doing at every step so I didn’t feel nervous. The surgical center processes a lot of people quickly but the nurses did not make feel neglected or harried at all and checked on me frequently after the procedure. Overall I was happy with the treatment I received.Minor/superficial complaint: they should redecorate. The bright orange paint and curtains and mixed with the puke green accents was horrifying.

I must have been tested by like 20 of the nicest people every assembled in one medical team. It was very comforting and doctor Moin who i saw very briefly was very informative. Overall great experience for a rather anxious encounter.

Not sure where to start, the worst experience with them 3 times now. It just gets worst. They verified at least 7 times, 4 different people on the phone how Doctor is in the network and he is not and then yes he is and no worries. They even did this back and forth hour before I needed to start my prep for the scope. Then billing comes and now Doctor is not in the network!? Made me to pay high out of network visit fee when went to get results!?Then Doctor Kola, 3 different answers when it comes to one scope. The report says polyps removed successfully. Doctor Kola said after procedure that “polyps removed but two bigger ones he did not, all others yes”. Then two weeks later the follow up visit, he said that “no I did not remove anything but I need to go back in and see if I could remove those two bigger ones”.Now looking to find a doctor and an office who knows what they are doing. Luckily there are many good options in Orlando!

My original consultation had to be rescheduled due to a lack of authorization on their part. I was eventually able to consult with Dr. Kola who was informative and helpful enough. I wasn’t too pleased with some of the gossiping remarks and gestures from some of the staff. Wrong place and time especially in an environment which serves to help people who are seeking medical attention. Aside from that I thank Dr. Kola and staff for any solutions they were able to provide.

I met Dr. Kola when I needed an emergency endoscopy for ulcers. He was kind friendly and most of all very good at the procedure he performed. He healed my ulcer and thats what I was hoping for.Since then, Dr Kola has performed a colonoscopy and another endoscopy and was very thorough and explained what he had found.I couldnt recommend him any higher! The woman who gave him 1 star is out to lunch.
