The staff, nurses, and doctors on the day of my procedure were great! Once they put you out there isn’t much to remember but I definitely felt comfortable and cared for.

I’ve been to many doctors, hospitals, etc in the past 10+yrs and this is by far the best place. From start to finish, each and every employee that I spoke with was nice, helpful and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Sheela Haraith is an exceptional doctor that knows what he’s doing and I know I’m getting the best care when I have his help. Dr Sheela has been nothing short of life saving. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis last August and it’s been a really hard journey, to say the least. Having a Dr. that makes you feel safe and heard makes every difference in the world. He listens to every concern and acts on each concern immediately. Dr. Sheela was 3 hours late to my procedure. I “had to be there at 12”, procedure was set to start at 1, he showed up at 3... then he barely apologized. Basically said “oops my bad”... Then in the recovery room, my boyfriend was there patiently waiting this whole time for me. Dr. Sheela enters the room and immediately proceeds to make a very rude, insulting joke toward him which made everyone uncomfortable. Like really? The first thing you do when you see the nice, kind man who brought me to my procedure and waited patiently for hours because you were late is insult him?.. And no real apology once again. The procedure was only 30 min and went fine, but I really don’t appreciate how this doctor handled things and his extremeee tardiness.

I had an appointment today at 12:30pm and I had to called them at 12:40pm, due to no one call me yet (virtual app) the lady who answered the phone, statex they attempted to call me in 2 occasions early in the morning. Explain the lady that my phone hasnt ring all day and I didnt have any missed call from them. She said that they have to reschedule my appointment because the dr left for the day. Then the phone call dropped.

I recently moved from ct and I absolutely loved them. Very professional and highly experienced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Dr. Sheela has been my GI for quite some time now. I have quite a few GI issues and he always makes me feel better physically and in general on a whole because he has such a great demeanor. Makes going to the doctor or even having to have a procedure much easier to deal with.

Wish I can give this Doctor a no star, his the most unprofessional person/ doctor I have ever encounter. Not only is he rude but he treats his staff like garbage. It’s all about the money for him, how can a doctor be able to see 4 pt in 15 minutes, and believe me when I tell you he was less then 3 minutes with my mother in the room. Am glad there’s other doctors in this facility because this doctor lacks on everything.

This doctor did not treat my daughter at all well. He is rude and arrogant. Seems to be more interested in his own financial gain. Tapped my daughters stomach a few times, charged $250.00 and then said he couldn’t do anything for her and said to go back to ER. My daughter suffered a lot of pain and extreme nausea due to his uncaring attitude.

What a great staff. Dr Sheela and his staff made my first experience a good one! They were reassuring and Very attentive. I will not be afraid of this procedure as long as Dr Sheela and his staff are my caretakers. Thank you

Dr. Seela was completely unapologetic about my botched colonoscopy during which I was wide awake. His bedside manner was shockingly condescending and rude. I’m currently in need of a new gastroenterologist and someone brought up the Sheela practice again. Do not give them your trust or your business, can’t overstate what a horrible experience I had with them.

Where do I begin.. zero stars would be best fit for this place... all I have to say if your truly sick and scared.. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY! I kept telling my doc (sheela)there are more things going on in my body. Remind you I have had UC since I was in 2nd grade, at 24 colon cancer and full removal of large intestine. Let’s just say I KNOW MY BODY! And I kept telling Dc. Sheela I feel my body is not getting better with the meds he gave me.... three months later I finally leave this place bc of my oncologist not happy and recommended me elsewhere. To find out I had a mass grow on my liver from the time I first saw the doc to oct. instead of going to yell at his horrible rude staff or punch him in the face since at one point he told me I was not feeling worse and to give meds more time(meds that all my docs now scratch their heads why I was ever put on it) instead I will leave this review in hopes most people don’t go and show the docs that we are their bosses and pay their bills! With that said I hope I get thru a possible cancer and the newest PSC disease I was just diagnosed with this summer... good luck if you choose to go to this office.. but I think you will understand quickly when all you can do to get a hold of anyone there is VIA txt.. NO ONE DOES THEIR JOBs well there! Rude, hateful, and docs nonhelpful bc they don’t listen to the Patient they just treat what they know;or what they think they know. I think they liked my ins being maxed out bc they would just schedule two doc appointments a month to do nothing or listen to me at those appointments 👍🏼 Good luck to those that are sick and need true help.
