Called the office in February to talk about side effects from my anxiety meds, they said I’d need to have a call back from the clinical staff (no problem) to this day, I still have no call back. Always feel rushed, and have to schedule a new appointment for each medication when needing refills. Pharmacy always has to call me saying they get no response from the Dr for refills, and the pharmacy calls me to tell me. Never a call from the Dr. When calling the office to see if I could see the other Dr in the office since Dr Brouilette was booked, they said they do not SHARE patients, like I’m contracted. All they care about is how many people can they get in the door. Definitely finding a new Dr.

Ive been seeing this doctor for 2 years, maybe even longer at this point and I feel rushed every time I am there. I have arthritis, herniated disks, abnormal posture due to my spine being curved the opposite direction than it should be.... as well as several other issues, none of which have been diagnosed by him.. And he treats me like a drug addict every time I ask for anything to help me with pain. I am sick of feeling like this from the person I chose to be my primary care physician. He does not care about me or how I feel. I have absolutely no history of drug abuse. Im laying in bed right now in excruciating pain.I hate that I have a doctor and Im laying in bed in the pain that I am in and I know that he does not care. He does not care to even know me enough to try to find other ways to help me. He gave me a few tramadol to deal with the rib injury that I have; i went to the ER earlier this week with it. So I guess I can thank him for that... and the guilt trip he sent me on as he told he would give me some. This is not how Healthcare should be, not in the country we live in. I know I am blessed to have what I have and I am so grateful for that. If this doctor is as s$%#t as he is on an PPO I will continue to pray for everyone else that deals with lesser insurance because I can only imagine how frustrating that is. Greatest country in the world, huh?

Doctor doesn’t wear his mask over his nose, making me feel uncomfortable with how many people he sees a day. Since I’ve started seeing him I have felt very rushed and with originally being from the west coast and moving for college and seeing good reviews I expected better.

Great doctor. Pays attention to details and does what is best for your health. Also, they have been very easy to schedule follow-up appointments and get me in quick. Thank you!

Always a pleasant experience dealing with Dr. Brouilltte and his staff. Brittany is very professional and efficient and Doctor Brouillette is simply fantastic. I feel very blessed to have access to such quality healthcare professionals.

I am so happy I found this office. We previously saw another doctor in Baldwin and were disappointed when she shut her office but found someone even better!I highly recommend the new female doctor in the practice, Dr. Hilary Hawkins!She is friendly, thorough and honest!

Everyone in the office is terrific. Appointments are kept on time. No waiting. The doctor takes his time and is very patient and caring. I highly recommend.

Update: I’ve been with this practice for several years at this point. Dr. Brouillette is patient, attentive, caring and easy to work with. I am very appreciative of this practice as he has helped me tremendously with my amalgam of problems this year from eye infection to thyroid issues. If I had one concern, I do wish they didn’t transfer the calls to Orlando Health’s central answering instead of the front desk.I had two doctors move and one doctor retire. I had such a great experience with Dr. Brouillette! He is easy to work with and gets right down to business, which is exactly what I want in a family doctor.

Patient for over 10 years... 10 minutes late for appointment and told to reschedule. I have always waited to see Doctor, yet 10 minutes too much for him.... There was no other patients in waiting room at 9:25... not surprised.

Loved my experience with Dr. Brouillette. Staff was friendly. I got in 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time, and Dr. Brouillette has great bedside manners.

Ive been a client of Dr. Brouillette for at least 2 years and have appreciated his services. Today, after arriving 15 minutes late to my appointment because of a traffic accident en route, I was told he would not see me. The issue I have with him is no different than with other doctors. I have never had an appointment with Dr. Brouillette where I havent had to wait at least 15 minutes to see him. Yet, when Im late, he refuses to see me!!!

I was very disappointed by the way this office handled my annual physical. This was my first appointment with Dr. Brouillette. It took 3 phone calls and 2 weeks to receive the results of my blood work. When I received the results over the phone, I asked for a paper copy to be mailed to my residence. After 2 more weeks I had to drive back to the office to get a copy. I needed a copy of the results because my total cholesterol was slightly high. I did not get an explanation of what was high or what I was supposed to do about it. The Dr. was fine, the office was clean and modern, but the lack of support after my initial visit will keep me from going back to this office.

I started going to this office in 2009. Dr. Brouillette is always very thourough and helpful. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and modern. I will definately continue to use Dr. Brouillette as my primary physician.

Very knowledgeable and cares about the patient.
