If I could leave -100 Stars I would. First my kids have been assigned to this doctor since September of 2020 and have yet of as today September 21, 2021 to get an appt to see her. Four kids by the way. Every time it says theyre not accepting new patients and I have made multiple appointments and theyve been cancelled on me due to not taking new patients even went to an appointment and then was told that morning, with my kids, that they are not taking new patients. Total waste of my day as a working mom.NOW. Just today I called with an Emergency. Just needing a referral because my youngest has broken her arm. She has displaced both her ulna and radius and all I needed was a simple referral so she could go to an orthopedic surgeon and I could not get that because the doctor was not in nor would they let me see anyone else. Nor would they help me because now theyre not taking my insurance so I was told I need to call elsewhere then Im hung up on.This place is horrible. I cant believe anyone takes their child or adult of any age here.

Dr.Pritchett is a good doctor. I just moved with her 3 months ago as my family doctor.The staff we really crazy ,I called to schedule a sick visit , the front desk said she doesnt have any open appointment till one month,that Wes the craziest thing I had ever heard

Dr. Pritchett is kind and thorough, but the scheduling staff are not very helpful sometimes. I typically wait for two to three months or Im told to go to urgent care for health concerns. I recommend Dr. Pritchett 110%, but I find it too hard to make appointments.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Pritchett today and she was such a pleasure! In a time when most people complain about being rushed out the door by their primary care physicians, I was delighted to find a doctor who really seems to enjoy learning about her patients. I never felt at all rushed and she answered all of my questions.The wait time for an appointment was about two months, but she was definitely worth the wait!

She gives a kind appearance but is really a loose Cannon if you disagree with her.

I absolutely love Dr. Prittchett! I’ve been going to her for over 5 years and I would never choose another doctor, she’s caring and compassionate. She has helped me tough so much in my journey.

I really like Dr. Prichett! She has such great manners and makes me feel very comfortable. she is caring and a great person. I have been going to her for 3 years now and will not see any one else. I Highly recommend her!

I think so highly of this doctor. She had an amazing bedside manner. She is polite and non judgmental. She does her best to care for the patient as much as she can by going out of her way. She made me feel comfortable and I give her the highest recommendation.

Dr. Pritchett is a good physician, but the staff truly needs some customer service training. HORRIBLE!! I had a couple of issues in the past and considered changing physicians, but decided to try again. Mistake! Same dispositions and forget listening to what the patient is saying...not happening. It saddens me but I think I will move forward, and would not recommend the office.

I had scheduled my new patient appointment with Dr. Pritchett as I heard wonders from this FL Hospital Medical office. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with their scheduling process. When I scheduled this appointment, the only availability was for 1 month away. No problem, I understand new patients usually have to wait a little longer to be seen for the first time. I anxiously waited the whole month as I really needed to see a physician. One day before my appointment, I received a call stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict. Again, no problem, I work at a medical office myself and understand situations like this can occur. When I called back, I was appalled to find out that their next availability was another 2 months out. Not only did I already waited one month, now I am told I need to wait another 2! When I incurred about the unfairness of this situation as a patient, I was told that this was a decision made through a protocol change by Dr. Pritchett that she could only see 2 well visits in the morning and 2 well visits in the afternoon. I have worked in medical office management for several years, and we never created a protocol that would have such a negative effect on patients. Needless to say, patients are not their priority. I now have a bad taste in my mouth about this facility and doctor, even if an exception were to be made at this point, I do not want such a physician as my PCP. If she does not care about her patients needs and time, how will she ever care for me as a patient? Truly disappointing and will never recommend this office to anyone. By the way, front desk staff and management were not responsive as I never received a call back about my concern, and had to reach out to them myself. When discussing this with the manager, all i heard repeatedly was that this is how it is and there is nothing she could do! Then went on to say that she understood where I was coming from.... clearly she didnt, because if she did, there would be something she could have done!
