Great experience considering the circumstances. I had a procedure done at this location and Alicia was excellent. Explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and was consistently checking on me throughout the entire procedure. I was very happy to have her assist in my care. Thank you Alicia! The ultrasound tech and physician were also both excellent and provided outstanding care.

Every employee is so caring, gentle and sweet. When I got my first mammogram, Sam was super sweet and gentle. She moved slowly to adjust my body as needed and ensured I felt comfortable. Then during my biopsy, the woman that was my “hand holder” was incredible. Her job is to distract and comfort you during a scary awkward procedure, and she did it beautifully. I was actually smiling and laughing when telling my friend about it later that day. I’m so happy I went here for these procedures. They definitely take their work seriously and treat you like a person, not a number.I will say my first experience about two years ago, the MD brushed off my concern, but every experience since then had been incredible.

This is the second Biopsy and these woman are amazing. During the procedure things didnt go as planned and they were fast an effective to get me back and upright. They are so comforting and inform me every step of the way and they truly care. They pay attention to signs you arent feeling well and act fast. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience at this place and I highly recommend it!!! I’m 8 months pregnant and I needed to have a biopsy & mammogram done. I tried going through the suggestions my insurance provided. All the offices referred me to the Orlando regional hospital. The procedure was 16K and did not include the cost of the doctor or anesthesia. I was surprised on the cost, and the way they demanded payment. After calling many places I found this place, women’s center of radiology and I couldn’t be happier.The cost was a fraction of what the hospital was charging me because I was not paying for the hospital facilities. But the cost was not the only thing... the service was so fantastic I have never been treated with such care. From the front desk, to Susan who I believe is the scheduler, the doctor and nurses.EVERYONE was fantastic. I couldn’t be happier that I found this place, I’m telling my mom, aunts, cousins... and you should try them too.I never really review anything but this place was so great I feel other people should know and I hope my review helps you!

Just had a biopsy done. The radiology tech rana and medical assistant allysia where awesome. I was seen right away and everyone was friendly , professional and made me feel at ease. I’m glad I found this place.

For the last seven or eight years this is where Ive been going to receive all things radiology (mammograms, ultrasound MRI and sonogram). The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They always answer all my questions in laymans terms, so that I can understand. They speak and dress professionally as expected.

Excellent center from start to finish. First in Fl to get 3D mammograms. All equipment is state of the art and radiologists go above and beyond to confirm result by being very careful with diagnosis. Me personally, I would want a Dr. to take their time with comparison and reading my exam and recommending further modalities if necessary. I learned that even though you would have a negative mammogram and sonogram, an MRI can pick up other things they cant. I like that piece-of-mind. Closure. So regarding some of the complaints I read above, maybe it was you that had the issue but are quick to judge. Maybe your issue was a script problem or anything else because I feel honestly this center is amazing and I put my full trust in them as a patient over twenty years, I will never go anywhere else. Maybe you think other centers get you in and out, well maybe they dont have a large volume like womens center. They triage people at ease. Worth the wait for sure.

Their policy requires that if you are not 40 or older you have to have referral from your pcp regardless if your insurance requires it or if you have previously been see by them. Their appointment scheduling staff is extremely rude and and dismissive. Would not recommend them.

Horrible service and very disrespectful employees. I tried to give this place a second chance since last year they were not nice at all. Anyways, I tried again so, Last week I called to schedule a Breast MRI and the scheduler called me back and treated me very poorly. There was an issue with my Drs. referral and the scheduler was in a rude tone and no intention to help me even though I tried to explain her this was not my fault. She did not wanted to schedule the appointment for the MRI service. I did not feel comfortable, so today I called to cancel the appointment, but to my surprise the front desk lady informed me that my appointment was canceled. How can you cancel an appointment without notifying the patient? I am very upset and I won’t refer this place to anyone. Their attitude is totally wrong, specially for woman’s that are there to receive good service and feel comfortable.

After being a loyal customers over many years, I git most horrible experience in my life! I move to different state and my mail was lost. Billing department don’t even care to call me and let me know that they send papers to collection department just for couple hundred dollars ? Really is that how you treat many years customers. Is that so difficult to pick up a phone and give a Curtis call, rude rude rude! If it’s here be 0 star or most negative star I will put it, you do not treat women so bad just because they moving out of state, life happened, situation changed but just to call for patient and ask if they ok after many years of being there customer it’s must be. Terrible ! Stay away from toxic place like this

This office is fantastic. This was my first mammogram/ultrasound ordered by my doctor and I was very nervous. All of the techs were very informative and led me through the process. The best part was a doctor reviewed my images while I was there and I was given my results right away. That was a huge stress off my shoulders. They even quoted me $250 less than another popular imaging center. I would recommend this office to everyone!! Thank you so much for making this a seamless visit for a newbie! :)

Recently i had go to do a biopsy, i was very nervous but Ashley and Sam made me feel extremely comfortable and calm through all process. I wish all doctors visits were that easy.

Where do I begin. By far this has been a scary and trying experience, but this office has made me feel so welcome, comfortable and was always there to answer any questions I had. The office was very clean and they also provided us with snacks and refreshments while we waited. I would like to apologise to a nurse in particular Mrs. D cause I kept calling and calling but she was always there to help me. Thank you Mrs. D. This office provided great customer service, quick on getting your results processed and the follow up is like nothing I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this place 😁

I would highly recommend Womens Center For Radiology on North Mills Ave in Orlando. Dr. Miller was beyond compassionate and made me feel calm during my biopsy. She is very thorough and informative. She never rushed me. She was very patient with all my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience with the entire staff, this includes the front desk. The front desk was very organized and very friendly. They made sure I understood everything. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. My ultrasound tech was the best! She was so sweet and worried about how I was feeling the whole time. She knew I was very nervous and helped me through it. I cannot say enough about this place. Thank you to Dr. Miller and her exceptional staff! You will be glad you went there. Highly recommend it!

The staff was very caring and gentle. They kept us updated on our timing and went above and beyond with snacks and blankets to keep us warm between testing. They genuinely love their work and the patients. Highly recommend this great group of ladies and office.

All staff and doctors were kind and understanding. Thay took time to explain procedures and make sure I was calm and comfortable before each procedure. The waiting room times can be long, but its worth it for the personal service and sense of caring treatment.

Dr. Curry is a dedicated professional and acted swiftly to help me. I am forever grateful to her proactive actions on my behalf. Thank you SO much!

While they do a great job I shouldnt have to be here three hours. Or if I do, warn me ahead of time. 45 minutes before Im even called back is unacceptable.

I’d enjoyed the customer service than anything. Clean environment and refreshments along with tons of books and tv time until you’re ready. Everyone are so patient, and willing to go an extra mile to assist you even when you’re nervously.

The front office is incompetent! They sent me the mammogram and sonogram results for another woman including name and DOB. The only thing the other woman and I have in common is our first name... different last names, different DOBs, and different addresses.Disclosure of health information is a HIPAA (Health Information Portability & Accountability Act) violation. I plan to file complaints with HHS and Florida Department of Health).Its a shame that one cant fix stupid.

Scheduled me for an ultrasound when I had an presciption for an MRI. Argued with me about it whike holding the prescription for the MRI in hand. No apology. I got childcare and everything. The dumbest group of people Ive ever met. Decided to reschedule with a different place!

That’s the worst place to be for mammogram no manners the receptionist doesn’t know what to do unless other one help her and when I had followed by my Gyn Dr they don’t even send her my result until my Dr called them and they told her oh sorry for that everything is fine so I was back home and my Gyn Dr called me same day to told me we just receiving your result by fax and there is a problem we need you to do an ultrasound for the right breast wow I was surprised I said u told me everything was fine she said that’s what they told us by phone but when we got the fax we found something else they don’t even mention itReally I don’t recommend this place .
