Dr. Suarez is amazing. Kind, engaging, friendly, doesnt give you BS, explains exactly what is going on in your body and why. He has helped me immensely. If you are open and willing to hear what you can do to help yourself and better your life, and not just expect another pill to cure everything, go see Dr. Suarez.

Love this Doctor. Funny, practical and real. Introduced via Telemed for Covid Treatment, met in person today for follow up. Staff very nice, spotless modern offices. As a person who uses natural medicine I feel he is the a good example of how east meets west medicine . BTW, Ivermectin was my treatment and I was improved within 48hrs .😀 Also recommended supplements to support the body during illness .

Room full of patients including myself and he was having a whole conversation instead of seeing patients making everyone wait and getting backed up. Came on time for my appt and still and hour later he was carrying on with his conversation. I do not recommend coming here . The reviews are true .

One star is too much. This is one of the worst doctors officesI have been to. He will do nothing to address the issues you are having and make you suffer both physically and emotionally. He tried to push medication on me that would have made me very ill, I refused, but he kept pushing so he could make money. .... If you are into waiting 3 hours for the doctor to show up and then not getting treated, this is the place for you! IMO, you should stay as far away from this place as possible.

Isaw Dr. Suarez for eleven years. He is a little unorthodox, but is the best Dr. I have had. I had to leave recently because of insurance. I miss seeing him and his bright smile and the interesting conversation. He also gave great medical advice.

My first experience was wonderful, doctor was on time and I was happy. Then, the second appointment, he was VERY late. I asked the reception, what was the delay and they didn’t tell me. Asked agin, and off-course they didn’t tell me so I wanted to talk to the office manager. While I was waiting, the doctor came in and he told me he had some emergency with two patients at the hospital. Why didn’t reception tell me in the first place! I love this doctor but the ladies at the front desk are not too friendly I admit, the office manager did come in while I was waiting for the doctor to let me know the doctor was at the hospital. Next time I’ll ask the the office manager instead of talking to the front staff.But again, I love the doctor, is the front staff that is not that friendly.

Lazy incompetent office staff been a patient for 20 years I am done. Wait for doctor is 2 hours plus would rather talk to cute pharmaceutical reps Then see his patients on time.

Clearly this office was given a 4 star 🌟 LIES!!!! Please don’t waste your time here. Find another doctor, because this doctor doesn’t respect patients time and his Staff members. I’m currently here at his office waiting for him to come in the room and it’s been damn near 2 hours. 🤯😡😡

My husband and I are new patients with Dr Suarez. He seems to be very knowledgeable and thorough; however, he is chronically late. So far, we have had 4 appointments with him - each time he averages about an hour late. In fact, I am waiting with my husband now for his 11:30am appointment and its 12:45pm (and counting) and we still have not seen Dr Suarez. He may be a great doctor, but he needs to be more considerate of his patients time. Most of us have to take time off from work for these appointments - he may need to consider hiring help or not accepting additional patients.Additionally, during our first appointment he got very comfortable - used alot of profanity and talked politics and race, which was unprofessional.We will certainly be searching for a new Primary Care Physician.

Absolute Worst Doctors Office I have Ever Visted. The Doctor was Unbelievably Rude and Disrespectful after making me wait 1.5 Hours. Go Elsewhere

I had the same issue with the receptionist as one of the previous reviewers. I recently moved to winter park and my old PCP was in Doctor Phillips, so I scheduled a 9:15 appointment as a new patient with this doctor. 30 minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting in the reception area. When I go up and ask what the delay was for, I was told the doctor wasn’t even in the building and was still at the hospital down the street. Half an hour after my scheduled appointment, had I not gone up and asked, I would still have been waiting there no wiser to the situation. When asked why the receptionist wouldn’t let me know the doctor was running late or that he wasn’t even in the building instead of letting me just sit there, her response was “well I just did”. Correct, you did, after I came up and had to ask what the issue was. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if the doctor isn’t even there? When asked how much longer it would be, the receptionist said she doesn’t know because he had patients yesterday at the hospital. So I’m at a 9:15am appointment that I had to take off of work for, and we have no idea when I’m actually going to be seen by the doctor? When I voiced that concern to the receptionist, she LITERALLY rolled her eyes and said she was “sorry” that it was taking longer than expected and could reschedule me at the end of next month. That’s right, not the end of the month I was in, but the end of the next month, which given how this office does appointments, there seems to be a 50/50 chance that the doctor might not even be there. Complete disrespect for the patient’s time. Will never go back and strongly suggest you do not waste your time here. Plenty of other good doctors in Orlando.

Saved my life yes the wait is sometimes about an hour but he sees patients in the hospital. Well worth the wait.
