I attend UCUMC and have just spent the last thirty minutes listening to how grateful people are for this amazing man. His team is fantastic.His patients, sing his praises.Hes so busy so you might have a wait but hes worth it.Highly recommended!

I agree that you have to wait so long to see the Dr. He ask an MRI for my knee, he said when he saw the result that it was a tandinite, and it wasnt for other doctors who saw the result. Who belief? Of course talking immediately about cortisone and operation replacement knee. I dont want that of course.Make your own experience.

My husband was suffering with hip pain after 2 injections. The office was not picking up calls. My husband went there, and they refused to see him. He had to go to the ER who couldn’t do anything except give pain meds since the doctor had not uploaded his records. Called again 2 days ago but they still haven’t returned our call.

Have had both knees replaced by Dr. Heard and it was a life changing experience. One in 2009 and one in 2010. Had osteoarthritis in both knees, could barely move or sleep the pain was so bad. Yes the physical therapies were really rough, but worth it. If one knee went out today I would chose Dr Heard to take care of me again.

A waste of two and a half hours sitting waiting in a room with all other patients comparing how long they had to wait, regular patients compare their wait times like campaign medals. Before I booked I read other reviews about how bad this clinic was for timekeeping and rudeness but tried it anyway. The Dr may be qualified in Orthopedics but obviously has not learned to tell the time. Why would you trust your medical care to a Doctor who obviously has no respect for his patients. I have no idea if he is any good as I never saw him in the end. I left, 2hrs and 40 mins after my appointment time as I prefer a practitioner who thinks about the patients needs.

My appointment was at 3:45 , it’s 4:53 and I’m still waiting!! Horrible!!

We had made an appoint with Dr. Heard because he was in our network providers,waited 2 weeks for appointment, They had my wifes information for 2 weeks,when we got there we were filling the paperwork out ( we had taken dayoff to see the doctor) We were at the office at 8am, 20 minutes in filling out paperwork, Front desk lady named KAT she told My wife wedont accept Humana Premier, She was EXTREMELY rude ( She need a long vacation or maybe even retire) We were told by HUMANA DR have singed with Humana and are required accept that plan and told us to file complaint if they would not accept it.,talked to office manager Ann, she was suppose to get back to us, never heard from her, They ae so unorganized and rude at front desk, wonder if Dr.s are even aware of it or Do they allow that behavior. This was at Michigan Ave Office

Excellent the attention of Dr. Charles Heard very motivated to improve his patients, he attended my husband for a pain in the shoulder and it went very well, improved quickly.
