Every staff member here has been great. But, you cant leave messages after hours – which is frustrating and odd.Youre already taking time out of your work day to be a part of the study for the appointments, now make sure you use your work hours to call and be put on hold as well.I understand I volunteered for this, but it always seems needlessly difficult to talk to anyone here.

At first I felt like I wasnt getting the proper info but I guess its because its a blind study. Lets see what happens. They treat you fairly nice and feed you good when you stay over.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS RESEARCH COMPANY!! They are liars & do not communicate results with patients. I was told I would get a call after one week of screening, but never did. I called today only to be told by Natasha the research is full. Thats a lie because the nurse & recruiter wouldve said that before scheduling my screening! The nurse & I even chose a meal plan for the study. These people are HORRIBLE WITH COMMUNICATION!
