Photo #1 firts day: 30 min after, the eyelashes start to fall, I paid $99 plus $10 tips! Photo #2 second day: This morning the eyelashes kept falling!!!!! Don’t waste your money!!! Photo #3 third day: I want my money back! Photo #4 &5 fourth day: I don’t have eyelashes! I called to get the money back and they literally told me: report it to the bank because the owner is not going to give you back the money! So, I did it!!

I paid $99 for individual lashes just for me to wake up she they all start falling out. This is completely unprofessional then they tried to blame it on the “weather” this is completely unacceptable never go here

When I arrived here they didn’t have the appointment I made on the books which was a bit irritating, but it happens. What really upset me was the prices went up in person vs what I was told over the phone. By ALOT. I told them it wasn’t the prices I was given and nobody rectified that. I paid 100$ for a facial that wasn’t all that great and lasted about 30 mins. My face felt very sticky and had mask still stick on it when I left. When I got my lashes tinted/lifted they looked exactly the same as when I came in, except I had black dye over my eyelids. Overall I paid 225$ for these two services not including the tip. Mind you to have false lashes put on costs as much as the lash lift which makes no sense.I was extremely upset about these things as I work hard for my money and really wanted to pamper myself. It seemed as though they were rushing, and unorganized, and I definitely didn’t get what I was paying for.

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I am on my second year package and I came in today to have my lashes filled without realizing it was time for my payment and the owner was there and told the girl she cannot fill my lashes. I could very well make the payment next time as I just didn’t realize it had already been a month of going. I paid have upfront and had to pay half within a month. Mind you I’m paying for a year package. For the owner to say she cannot fill my lashes as if I’m not there every week to pay it next time is absolutely mind blowing. Especially since I have been going there for almost 2 years already. Extremely disappointing, I completely understand why they cannot keep any staff there as well. Damn shame.

I felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. They were applying lashes just for the hell of it. I find that the lashes are all clustered on top of one another and overlapping everywhere. It didn’t look natural and definitely didn’t look like a style whatsoever. They wouldn’t give me a refund all they did was add more lashes to make it look more neat but I’m definitely not coming back. These people aren’t professional don’t let the nice decorations in the shop fool you into thinking it’s a fancy and affordable place for lashes and brows. Don’t waste your time coming here. Please don’t let someone do this to your lashes and think it’s “ok” or looks “good” it doesn’t look attractive. It’s unhealthy for your real lashes. This was what I payed 80 something bucks for.

I went in for lash extensions at 1:30 and didn’t finish up with my appointment until 5:00. Sitting for that long was a bit irritating. From a preference standpoint, I didn’t like my lash. It wasn’t an every day lash, more like a fancy outfit, club lash which was a disappointment because I’m going to change it before work on Monday. Also, after running my fingers through my lash they begin to come out - $150 wasted. Needless to say the over all experience was poor for it to be my first time.. new customers visit at your own risk.

The lashes fell the same day with proper care and I had to return the next day but they also fell in two days. Spend $130 on the trash. I have been years using lashes and this never happened before.

This was my first time getting lashes and I spoke to the lady about the options of classic and volume and and decided on volume. The girl said it would be the new client price of $79 and started the lashes. Another lady came from the back and askedher if she was doing classic and she told her I wanted volume. They spoke back and forth in Spanish assuming I couldnt understand them and instead of talking to me, the lady ignored what I asked for and gave me classic and she didnt even fill my eyelashes to the end of my eye so I look crazy. I gave her a $20 tip because thats what I had already planned to do. Ive always been a big advocate on tipping well on services and didnt want to change who I am. Apparently money was more important to them than gaining a new client and potential clients I could have brought. They will not see me again and I do not recommend them. Its a disgrace to speak about someone in front of them when you assume they dont understand. Just disgraceful.

The only reason I came back to this place is because I already paid for the half year, but I will NOT be returning. The staff is unprofessional and rude. They do not remember to book appointments appropriately and do NOT arrive to work on time. Today I was here for a 12pm appointment after the first appointment where my lashes were messed up completely and 20 mins later they have not started my appointment. Normally Daniela does a good job with my lashes but she did not do a professional job this last time and I had to take them out the same day. I am now back for them to redo the lashes... and they are late. The place is clean and nicely decorated, but they need professional workers who are not on their phone or talking to other people during your appointment or who arrive on time. When my membership is up, I will not be a return customer.

Burned my eyes when getting my lashes removed. She said I wasn’t the first to say this either. They need to change products but at least it got the job done

Took 3 hours .They pack the lash extension on its horrible one eye most of them fell my other eye the lashes wont fall.The eyebrow waxy eyebrows look exactly the same super uneven i just notice it.After effect wont get them again nothanks

I did had my lashes done about a week ago and I’m unsatisfied because one of my eyes is sort of intact than the other one, I had taken care of them but the lashes kept falling in just 2 days after getting them done. That was very disappointing because all the money I paid and the time to had them put on, the longest time ever, the lash tech took 3 to 4 hours to do my lashes, that is insane.

Made an appointment a week in advance for a full set of lashes. Was told my tech wasn’t there yet and would call me when she arrived. Waited an hour for my appointment and finally left. This place is a joke and the salon looked really dirty so I think they did me a favor.

Laura is amazing. She is knowledgeable and quick. Ive stopped going for my lashes as i noticed they fell out fairly quickly (barely 2 weeks) however I will continue going for my brows. I do the tint with wax and they always turn out amazing! Ive gotten so many compliments about how healthy and thick my brows are now which I loooove. The place is very clean and comfortable and the music is always great.

The manager did it all and she took her time to explain the process, she was very friendly and professional. Have been there three times and am extremely happy with their services and products. Horrible experience. Waste $200 for an extremely disappointed result. Had my eye lash extension done here today. I thought I would be blind after the technician put some lash removal liquid on. My eyes were watering, itching, sore. I had to sit up completely crying for help as I was feeling so scared (I am not new to lash extension. I have always had them done for the last 4 years). I kept asking her if she had put too much on. After that she reassured me everything would be fine, I continued to let her do her job hoping I would have at least medium quality. Could not believe in my eyes how terrible my lashes look. They were uneven, too many gaps, look like I have just been back from swimming. I can not understand how the owner can continue to maintain the business as I dont think the clients will ever come back with this type of quality.

Honestly really disappointed. The place looked so nice and the people were really nice as well. The initial lady said she could squeeze me and a friend in so she took our $180 (not including tip) and we came back about an hour later. We were told it would take 30 minutes (I don’t know if that’s per eye or total) but it took 3 1/2 hours. The lady that said she was a lash expert and would be doing the lashes but instead we got some newer girls. My friend left with both her eyes irritated, red and sore because her lady kept poking her in the eye. By the time we got home we were both already starting to lose lashes but we thought it was part of the glue setting process (it was our first time) and that’s why we could t get the lashes wet for 24 hours. But even after 24 hours every time I would brush the lashes or try to make them all uniform they just fell out. It hasn’t even been a week and all of my lashes (I got the largest amount so 160 lashes) are already gone...so much for them lasting the three weeks as advertised. Really upset cause we spent so much money and I feel like we spent more time in the chair having the lashes applied than we did actually having the lashes.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was apprehensive at first because I had bad experience with getting my eyebrows done at the mall but my eyebrows came out excellent. Laura takes direction well and was able to give me my desire look for my eyebrows. She was understood that I was growing my eyebrows out and she was still able to keep my eyebrows thick, shaped and nicely clean. The atmosphere was relax and chill. I can truly say I found my new eyebrow lady.

Very nice staff. Pretty store. Everyone loved my lashes. Sadly, the glue they use was too much for me and they just peeled off the next day. I got the least expensive lashes. So when you read these bad reviews, they may have gotten a type of lash that wasn’t right for them. I don’t blame the store. I blame my eye! I loved them and I’m hoping there’s a better type of extensions that won’t cause my eye to swell and itch. For $25, it wasn’t a bad deal even if they only lasted a day.

First off any rating or review less than a 5 star were probably just miserable people themselves because I’ve been coming here since they first opened and have never had a bad experience. Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and caring. The minute you walk in the store they’re attentive to all your needs and understand you. If you’re unsatisfied they try anything in their power to make you happy but please read the receipt because it clearly states no refunds. But honestly I genuinely recommend this place. They really treat all their customers even the difficult ones with care and respect.

I have a package and have been coming ro them for a while. They always over book and do not care that you have been waiting or are laying on a hard surface for 2 hours while they stop and help other people who walk in. I will not be renewing my package when it is up. Highly frustrated and disappointed.

Do NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, If I could add zero stars I would.. This is a nice place yet the people are very phony any the services are over priced. The lashes are trash didn’t even last me a whole day, when I went back after spending over $160 they blamed me saying I must’ve washed my face wrong. I live 2 hours away so if the lashes didn’t set by then that’s bad product. I literally drove back for a refund which they didn’t apply until I told the owner I was going to do a bad review. She then gave me half my money and tried convincing me not to post a bad review but I have to because people work hard for their money and this place is a fraud. Any review over 2 stars I’m convinced they are either friends of the owner or was paid to post because this place is a total joke ugh. I’m just disgusted I wasting my time and my money.

I was strolling through the mall and saw this beautiful place with such welcoming people so I made the decision to get the city girl lash extensions applied. I was so excited since this was my first time, I didn’t have a bad experience in the store itself but as soon as I left the lashes began to fall out, I plan to go back to the store and have them re done because I was told the would last 2-4 weeks and they haven’t even lasted 24 hours. I brushed them once and they just kept falling out. There were also some lashes just stuck to my eyelid rather than my actual lash.

The shop is specious and clean. I had my eyebrows micro bladed and lashes done here and I was well pleased. They used a hypoallergenic glue for my lashes and I didn’t break out like I normally do.

Ive been coming here every two weeks since February. Janelee was my regular lash tech, always amazing. She recently quit and I came in to get my normal fill. This was a three week volume fill. The girl doing my lashes spent all of 30 minutes on my three week old fill (normally takes 90+ minutes because I have a ton of natural lashes). She charged me prior to service, and I tipped her close to 40 percent which I always do since I know the time it takes to do my fills. After she completed the service and gave me the mirror I felt she could tell I was unhappy and asked if she could fix them. Already had to book a fill at a different place because they look so awful. Mind you I just got them done Monday night (48 hours ago). Very disappointed because I loved this place.

I love the way they do my lashes. It was my first time going to get my done like 3 months ago and Ive been back 3 times. I get many compliments on how real my eyelashes look in comparison to others and they feel so light weight. I dont feel a thing on my eyes. Nelly usually does mine every time so ask for her. She really goes out of her way to make u look fabulous. And Im picky so she passes with and A+.

Be clear about what you want they have cheaper lashes in there for your budget and they have the higher end lashes that I one by one and my girlfriend love them (she is high class) she used to go to amazing lash studio, buy here is less expensive but quality work. You pay for what you get. Pay les get less, pay more they last longer.

Purchased the Mink lash set with refills and I absolutely love it! The initial visit was welcoming, and the 1st refill visit was quick and easy without any pressure of upgrades or upselling. The staff is knowledgeable and everyone from my bosses to my friends have given accolades. I even wear less eye makeup now. Im glad I made the investment. Every visit is like a new experience that gives me a little bit more confidence when walking out . I super recommend it when making your way to the next shopping visit!

I have came to Fracassi Lashes about three times now I have referred about 3 people everyone I bring here absolutely loves it. Its so beautiful and clean and well organized everyone is very friendly. My favorite lash tech is Jannely she works so hard and puts in so much effort to make each and every single customer happy. Doing my lashes for the first time I was super nervous but I have grown to love my lashes and now am obsessed and can not live with out them. I love this spot and I love my Lash Tech Jannely she boost my confidence every single time I go Never going to anyone else for my lashes. EVER.

First, the store is gorgeous! I walked in to be greeted by very friendly staff. They answered all my questions - Im new to all this. I decided to go with micro blading my brows. Falicia is very professional and friendly. She put me right at ease throughout the process. She walked me through all the steps and what follow up I had to do, and what to expect with my newly fabulous brows.Would I do it again? In a heartbeat!Would I go to Fracassi Lashes? Absolutely!

Worst experience ever!I scheduled an appointment the day ahead. I came an nobody greeted me for 15 min. After 15 min I asked one of the girls who was working on another client what was going on. Got told to wait another 15 min. Since I drove a distance I just agreed to stay. Got seen an hour later! Staff was to busy talking to “dancers” that came in that day.When I layed down I explained the girl that I want full double mink lashes. She worked on me and took a 2 min break every 10 min to go to the back. Left me just laying there. After an hour they switched her with another girl which was apparently the co manager? I thought it would get better from there but the girl kept on stopping to text on her phone. Made me feel super uncomfortable.I was there for almost 3 hours and the result was terrible. Clustered kind of looking like “ spider legs” not full at all,even though I said beforehand I wanted full lashes. I wouldn’t recommend them. The ambient is pretty but that is it. Unprofessional and the end result looked like from a 20$ nail salon. I am willing to spend a good a good amount on nice lashes but fracassi is not the place

Just left the store after getting my brows plucked and tinted. Then I had to go back as my brows looked absolutely terrible. The girl made my brows a lot thicker and longer and the color didn’t even match my brows. I was completely devastated and made them scrub the tint off. Never again.

One star the place is beautiful, but that’s all. Had my eye lash extensions done here.They were uneven and you can clearly see the glue looked horrible! Not to mention my lashes fell off the next day. Disappointed and what a waste of money.

I gave a 1 star because the place is nice and the staff is friendly.... But I do not recommend getting your eyebrows microbladed here. Truly unhappy, its been over a month since my touch-up the girl couldnt get the shape right. I didnt get the hair stroke appearance instead I have dark patches under my natural eyebrows. Now I have to pay someone else to get them corrected. Please do your research first and dont be affraid to ask questions.

I bought a lash certificate for my wife with the 2 week fill for her bday and she loved her lashes and the well treatment. They’re super sweet and helpful. They took care of her well and now my wife is a regular customer. Definitely recommend!

Horrible place to get your lashes done. The place itself is very nice when you walk in and the people are nice but they don’t know what they are doing. I got the dash glam clusters and paid $40. At first I was happy with them until I looked again in the mirror and realized she just clumped a bunch of glue. From a distance my lashes looked good but if you talked to me face to face, you could see the horrible job. They lasted about a month because I couldn’t get them off. I went back to get them removed thinking they were going to remove them. When I got there they put oil in my eyes with cotton balls and the lashes wouldn’t budge hence all the glue that they had. After about 10 minutes of just sitting there with the cotton balls in my eyes, they started pulling out my lashes and just adding more oil. They spilt oil all over my shirt and they kept pulling. I thought the clusters were coming out when I come to find out they pulled out 85% of my lashes! They had the audacity to tell me those were how my lashes were before I got the clusters done! Sick and tired of their horrible service I go to leave AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $10 FOR THE REMOVAL!!! If you read this don’t ever get your lashes done at this place you will regret it. Don’t be fooled by the way the place looks or because it’s inside the mall. AGAIN DONT COME TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!!!

Just got lash lift done here. Environment was good and the lady who did my lashes was very nice. Sadly when done my lashes had almost no lift to them and my left eye was more curled than the right looking very odd. Waste of my $150 :(

Dont get the laser hair removal. I purchased the Groupon for 6 sessions and it didnt stop the hair from growing back. Plus its a little laser in a suitcase type thing. Not a good professional type. They didnt offer me any further sessions either unless I paid another $75 for two sessions.

I was just going to get a normal wax but the eyebrow tints results are amazing. Highly recommend. Super friendly staff!!

I’m very conflicted on whether my experience here is normal or not. The lashes were okay in both experiences. The first time I went there was only one tech and she took several people during my appointment and it ended up being a 5 hour process to get lashes done. I was patient as I figured if they come out good they would be worth it. However, they were way too long and uncomfortable for my tastes. They were so long they touch the lower portion of my eyebrows. It felt cartoonish and wasn’t what I was expecting at all. I thought I could get used to it but a few days later they started to hurt which usually means they are too heavy or too much glue was used so I called to move my fill up to an earlier date. When I came in another tech worked on my lashes. She said the best thing to do was to remove the old set and do a new one. Fine understandable it made sense. She put the product on my lashes but got some in my eyes and so bad like needles scraping my eyes. I had no problem with the glue from the lashes but the remove was terrible. After she took the product off and then started yanking glue off my natural lashes with tweezers. I’m not sure if that’s normal to do here but she kept grabbing my skin by Accident. She only took an hour to do the new set which makes sense cause she put on a classic set instead of a volume set like I had before. I was so frustrated at this point I didn’t even care and was just happy they were shorter so i just left. But when I got to my car I saw that she had glue a few lashes to my eyelid instead of my lashes so I had to go back and have her fix it. They still hurt which again means too much glue was used or applied wrong.They also only use mink if you request it which I didn’t find out until she was half way done with my lashes.I don’t think I’ll be back since I gave them two tries now. But to be fair it’s not the first tech fault she was the only worker that day and was very nice so I gave 2 instead of one star.

Ugh I hate myself for spending $150 on lashes that have lasted four days and the I didn’t even get them wet. The glue is just no good for Florida weather. It’s like I walked outside and they al fell off. I am a regular of lash extensions at other places and my lashes will usually last five weeks. The lashes were super hard and plastic and very irritating to the eyes. The employees were very nice. Gosh I wish my $150 would have been worth it, that’s a lot of money.....

I bought a groupon to try this place out. I made a reservation and got there early. There was only one person working and I was seen about 35 ninutes after my reservation. The staff was friendly and professional . The Groupon was for double mink lashes( volume), but they were not as thick as I like. They are nice, but wouldnt recommend if you want thicker lashes.
