I am thrilled with the service I got here, before my career change I worked in a salon for over 5 years. I would recommend Hanh as one of the best hair stylists Ive had. As a college student I rarely get my hair done and decided to treat myself as a birthday gift and was not disappointed. Not inky did she take just the right length off and style it perfectly she also recommended me good hair care products to keep it healthy. Every stylist at the Hair Studio at Alafaya does an amazing job and you should definitely go there.

Very recommended place! I chose Hanna personally because she really know how to manage my hair. I had virgin black hair and afraid of doing any treatments. But one of my family friend recommend her to me and that was about 2018 and ever since then I always ask Hanna to do my hair.

The products she used were really nice and I identified them from the beauty salon si go to back home. The price was very reasonable. I didn’t have to wait; they were very punctual. I called the salon a few days before my appointment and asked about pricing and when I could get in, I asked for Tweety because I’ve seen her work and looked like she was good at her job. She got me in that following Monday and she was ready for me when I walked in the door! Very professional and I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she executed exactly that! I got full head of highlights, haircut and blow dry. She didn’t overcharge me either like most salons. I will definitely be returning to her in the future :) very nice salon environment as well. I had a nice relaxing time.

Ha Lee was absolutely an amazing stylist! I’ve come in twice to see her. First time was in February earlier this year. We went from dark brown to blonde in one sitting. She is so kind, caring, and makes you feel comfortable! I always get very nervous with stylist, but she was just simply amazing! I had an appointment yesterday with Hannah. She was very kind and did a fantastic job. She started with a great hair wash/scalp massage and this is the first hair salon I have been to where the hair wash chairs were laying down so you were actually comfortable. Hannah cut and dried my hair exactly how I wanted it, which is sometimes difficult since my hair is long and thick. And she didn’t take forever either which was awesome! If I wasn’t moving out of the area today she would be my go-to stylist! Thank you for a wonderful experience :)

I have been coming to this salon for about 8 years now and I like the way they color and style my hair. My daughter had her done and ombré hair color and she loves it. My son and my husband had Jaír cuts and were happy with their look.

I had walked in wanting to cover up some bad, bleached hair and Tweety dyed it and walked me through what best works for my hair and i’m absolutely in love with how she did it!!! i wasn’t sure of how to fix it when i walked in but Tweety did amazing !!! she was super friendly and was very attentive to my needs!!

Tweety was amazing! She gave me exactly what I wanted and was incredibly professional and nice.

I wanted an ombre hair style and was told that this look was achievable. However, after 2 hours of her working on my hair and before she began to blow dry my hair, I realized that it was not what I was expecting at all. Instead it was more of a highlight hairstyle. I had voiced my concerns and that is when she told me that what I wanted was not actually achievable in one visit. Also, I told her to not touch my roots but that was also ignored after she tried to “fix it” in a hurry. After the second blow dry, I was clearly disheartened and upset. I still ended up paying the full price and wanted to get out in a hurry because I was on the verge of tears. I don’t want to say I wouldn’t recommend this place but if you want an ombre hairstyle I would look elsewhere.

Spaced out well, everyone wore masks. Tweety was great! She got me in and out within an hour of calling for an appointment. Better quality for lower price than other local salons.

First time coming in to this business and they did not acknowledge me on entrance. Finally when I received someone’s attention I told them I had an appointment and they told me to have a seat and wait. After waiting for over half an hour with no further acknowledgment I asked how long I will be waiting. They ignored me two times and then said I would wait another 20 minutes. I’ve never been to an establishment with such poor customer service and poor time management.

I came in on Friday to get a haircut and highlights. I’ve been searching for years for someone who I could fully trust with my hair and was never satisfied with anyone I went to. After over a year without a professional cut, I decided it was time to try again. In my search of salons by me, I decided to check out Hair Studio. I looked at the reviews and they were ALL about Tweety and how amazing she was for color and cuts!! So I decided to give it a shot. I specifically asked for Tweety on the phone and was told to come in right then. There was a miscommunication so Tweety wasn’t even there at the time! They called her to see if she could come in for me and within 5 mins, she was there!! Already, I’m impressed. She was personable, wasn’t afraid to share and brainstorm my original idea to make sure the results were just right. She recommended some changes to my idea and I felt comfortable enough to trust her instinct. She jumped right into action and took her time, was fully focused on me and very thorough. The process was long and extended past closing time, leaving her to be the last one there. She still took her time to finish past close and let me tell you..... I have never walked out of a salon so happy with my results. She executed my idea even better than I had imagined. I will never go to anyone else as long as Tweety works there. I recommend her to any and everybody. I will certainly be returning and telling all my friends and family.

Worse haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for 1/2 inch and she took probably 1 1/2 inches off. Nothing is blended it looks like I took scissors and cut the ends myself. Going to have to go pay someone else to fix it. Very unhappy for $50.

I come here about once a week to get my hair done by Hannah. I honestly haven’t found another hair salon in the area where they take their time blow drying properly and I always leave with really soft sleek hair that lasts me for days!If you want your hair done right call in for Hannah she’s the best!

Ive been a client of Jennys for at least 7 years. Shes never in a rush and always takes time to give clients her best. Shes more particular about my hair than I am! I always leave looking and feeling great. I have been to other places in Orlando even some of the top salons, but why pay their prices when you can get exceptional service for a much more reasonable cost. You should definitely try this place, and ask for Jenny shes the best!

This place is amazing. I visited the salon for the first time today. Ask for Hanna, she is amazing. I have curly, thick hair and she took really good care of it. Very detailed oriented and very friendly. I drove an 1 hour and I don’t regret it. Definitely coming back, she gained a new costumer.

I called Hair Studio on Alafaya and spoke with Tweety. I told her the experience I went through when I found a knot on my hair and that it was so bad I had to cut a good chunk of it. I even told her I cried and that I needed to cut it ao that way it would be even and that I was looking for a short hair style due to the amount I cut. She was very nice and made an appointment for me the next day right away. I went in at the exact time she then took care of me. From the moment I stepped in she took care of me right away. And made me feel better about myself. I was very happy and impressed with what she did for my hair. I will be going their often as I can. Thank you Tweety!!

I recently started getting my hair cut by Hannah and i love it. For guys, this is a good non expensive hair cut with shampoo.I am a young man in my 20s and i think this is a good spot to try something other than just a barber. Every time that i am in the shop everyone is friendly and i always get the style i am looking for. One suggestion is to make an appointment so you don`t have to wait if there is a line, other people want haircuts too you know.

I scheduled an appointment for partial highlights Tuesday at 10 am. My stylist showed up 30 minutes later telling me I was a day late and she was working on someone else. (she had her days mixed up) I did not get into the chair until 11 and ended up leaving with wet hair because she wanted to charge me an additional fee to blow dry my hair. When I went home and dried it I was horrified to find out I had chunky, orange highlights. Not even close to the strawberry blonde highlights I had originally asked for. I immediately called back to set up an appointment to fix it. The following morning I showed up at the appointed time and waited another 20 minutes before leaving.It took two days for me to get into contact with the manager to ask for a refund only to find out she could only credit me with not even half of what I had paid for. Simply because she had been waiting for me to call so she could fix my hair. I was willing to give the salon a second chance since she was willing to help fix my hair, but after interacting with two employees who wanted to place blame on the customer, I can say I will never step foot in the salon so the credit is completely useless to me. The picture attached does the stylist justice, but I can assure you I looked like Tony the Tiger for about 24 hours. A combined $250 later, it was a different salon in Tampa that fixed my hair. Every stylist there wanted to know what happened to my hair and how it strayed so far from the picture I had given.

Not happy with my haircut as well as the website stating a much lower price then it actually is... When I asked about that, the stylist said that hasnt been updated since they opened many years ago! Yeah, you really should fix that.. I guess it would one thing if I loved my haircut, but I dont! So basically, Im just completely unhappy with my experience!

Halli here is amazing! I discovered this place about 2-3 years ago when living in Orlando. I continued to come here for my haircut and eyebrow wax despite moving an hour away to the coast. The drive for me is worth it since I am particular about my eyebrows after having had some botch jobs in the past. Halli is fast and precise and I am happy every time I leave there. She is seemingly always there when I call to try for a same day appointment. Im usually out of there in 45 min after getting eyebrow wax, shampoo, and a long layers shape up trim. Shes good at different styles for me too. After having had long hair for forever, I got brave and went for a change and she did great completely changing my look to a high-low, above the shoulder bob. Highly recommend her!

Hannah at Hair Studio does a great job listening to what her client wants and making it happen. Ive been there several times for a haircut and I always leave happy and with the style I want. Last visit I decided to get my hair colored and left the salon thinking I liked the color, but later decided it was a little lighter than I had wanted. I reached out to Hannah to get it fixed and she set up an appointment for me. I went back to her salon and we talked about the exact color I wanted. She knew exactly what to do to get me the hair that I asked for. I am very happy with how my hair turned out and definitely recommend seeing Hannah at Hair Studio.

I got the permanent Japanese hair straightening and a cut done with Tweety 3 days ago and it came out awesome! I have very thick long 3b curly hair and I was sick of dealing with it especially with the Florida humidity. Tweety was super sweet and personable and explained the process throughout. The service was very reasonable price wise for the amount of work that goes into it which I greatly appreciate on college student budget. Salon was super clean too. Overall, she did a really great job and I’m so happy with my soft straight hair!!!!
