Im vaccinated but needed to wear a mask??? Then was asked to take an eye exam with my glasses on which fog up when wearing a mask. I dont go to College Park for an eye exam. Wheres patient privacy gone.

I have been patient of this clinic and Dr.Cho for 7~8 years. I prefer this location #1 not so crowded #2 easier to make an appointment for close dates #3 Everyone is professional and kind.Plan to continue my medical care and looking forward to bringing my boys once they grow up.

Ive had the same doctor for the past 11 years. Very professional and caring. The staff is very responsive whenever I have any questions. I can make appointments, access medical test results, and send messages via the Healow app. Super convenient.

I am very pleased with my entire tele-visit. I received a pre appointment call, similar to the in office pre-screening. I waited a short time for my doctor to join. Our visit was very much the same as an office visit. She gathered vital information she could, being virtual. And all my questions were addressed. Also, the technology used by College Park Healthcare for tele-visits is user friendly. I feel extremely fortunate to have tele-visits as an option. I highly recommend using Tele-visits. Thank you.

Doctors Ferguson and Cho have been caring for my family and me for years. They both treat us like they would treat their own families, with preferential care and empathy. Both are excellent diagnosticians and up-to-date on best treatment practices. They are holistic and care about what’s going on in our lives, understanding that we are whole human beings. I’ve come to this college park facility in Olathe foot 30 years. The front office is always very friendly and helpful when I call in to ask to see a Doctor. I personally see Dr. Ferguson. He listens, explains thoroughly what is wrong and with several suggestions on how to treat the problem. He even goes as far as to draw a picture to explain what is happening. I never feel rushed with him at all. If I can’t get in to him, I also have seen Dr. Keri and Dr. Larry whom are both wonderful and take their time to listen.

Dr Ferguson is a very caring man. He is very knowledgeable about what I need to feel better or how to correct what is medically wrong. The staff is friendly and also helpful. I and my four elementary-aged children have all been seeing Dr. Suzan Lewis as our PCP for the past 2 years. Weve had nothing but wonderful experiences with her and at the clinic in general. The administrative staff doing scheduling and check-ins are always friendly and helpful. All of the nurses weve seen have been knowledgeable, kind, and have helped put my kids at ease when receiving immunizations etc. Dr. Lewis always takes ample time to talk and hear about any concerns we have, as well as filling out needed paperwork for school etc. Wonderful experience there!

Saw Dr Cho at this clinic for my ear infection!He was great! Explained to me what was going on with my ear and he even showed me some pictures on his lap top of what the inside of my ear looks like.Dr Cho made a few suggestions on antibiotics also.He is great and I would go back to him in the future

My primary Physician is Monica Fisher. She is absolutely the best. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. Update: I continue to have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lewis but something has changed with the office. Their billing is a mess and thr communication the last few visits has been poor. Not sure what has changed but its not good.Dr. Lewis is the most knowledgable, compassionate, emapthetic physician Ive ever had the privilage of visiting. The entire staff treats you like youre a member of their own family. I cannot imagine putting my health needs in any one elses hands.

Larry Lux is the bomb! My family first met Larry 21 years ago and we have followed him since. He has been a wonderful physician for our family (4 children). Larry takes the time to listen and discuss any medical concerns and my kids learned from an early age that Dr. Larry can fix anything. Larry really gets to know his patients and I would highly recommend him.We have also gotten to know Kerry Ensminger over the years and my kids named him The Disney Doctor since he was from Orlando. Kerry has all the same attributes as Larry and again, provides amazing service.

I was referred to Kerry Ensminger by a colleague. I only wish I had found this office years ago. Quite possibly the very first time I can recall not being treated like a “file” or a “number”. Kerry listened, asked questions, gave background information and clear explanations... and never once did I feel like he was in any hurry. The staff was friendly and frighteningly efficient! I spent less time in that waiting room and admin desk than I usually do in line at Costco! I now see Kerry instead of the two or three doctors I was seeing before. Highly recommend this office if you want a holistic approach to real, humane, healthcare.

The doctors here are pretty awesome, I saw Larry Lux the other day for an illness and even for something as simple as that he offered me a few different ways to treat it and let me decide which one I thought was best. It was nice to be a part of the decision process and not just accepting whatever we are given. He was nice and listened to everything unlike some doctors who seem like they are in a major rush and dont have time to spend with you.

I will tell people about this care clinic . I also loved the fact that I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours.

Went in for a yearly checkup which is covered fully by insurance. College Park sent the the visit off as other services. Called to get it disputed, talked to Cabrini, no help, denied dispute. Requested in writing I disputed the charges and they denied them. She said they could not do that.Instead of getting a happy customer who is just about to start a family, they are not going to be getting any money from myself or any other on-going visits/money.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!

I switched to this College Park Office a couple of years ago and primarily see Kerry Ensminger. Recently I needed to be worked in for an appointment on a day he was off so I saw Suzanne Lewis. I was so impressed with how thorough and caring she was. So good to be at an office where you do not feel rushed and truly listened to with your questions and concerns.

Physicians and staff are very professional and courteous and assist with any health issues or concerns that you have. Great for family care and for urgent care, and the walk-in clinic is a wonderful alternative to an emergency room visit. Great staff at all locations, and very comfortable and confidential with your care.

Our primary Dr retired after 30 years. We bounced around until we were referred to Dr Ensminger. He is awesome! Takes time with you makes you feel important and is never rushed. My hubby sees Dr Cho same location. Hubby is not well. Dr Cho is wonderful too! The staff - girls up front, nurses and lab techs are like your best friend. Everyone puts the patient first! We feel very blessed that we found the College Park Mur-Len location!!

Ive been seeing Dr. Jonathan Cho for close to 10 years and hes one of the best Ive come across. He actually takes the time to explain things to you in a way that makes sense without making you feel ignorant and hell spend time making sure you understand the treatment hes recommending. Hes thorough without trying to arrange more tests than he thinks you actually need and hes honest. Its pretty clear from speaking with Dr. Cho that he really does care about his patients thoughts and feelings. Hes offered many different types of treatments and encourages diet and exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle instead of just pushing tons and tons of medication on you. Dr. Cho has always made sure I understand what treatment he is prescribing and, most importantly, why he thinks that particular treatment will be of benefit. My family has been seeing him for a long time and weve been very happy with him.

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, from front desk to the physician (especially Dr. Cho) and the lab techs. Every time has been consistent. They truly care about their patients.

Ive been seeing Kerry Ensminger for probably 5-10 years, and would consider him a friend as well as my doctor. He listens, probably first and foremost. He is not into pushing pills, but looks for solutions without meds where possible. He refers me to other providers, when that is necessary. The rest of the nurses and staff are also excellent, and I normally get in on time, and dont have lengthy waits. This is a great place to go if you need medical help!

I am very satisfied with the care I receive at College Park. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I moved to the area a year & a half ago. I chose this clinic because I had previously met Dr. Jon at Urgent care, & liked him & the care I recieved. It is also very convenient to where I live.

To start, the service here is awful. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and then another 45 minutes for Doctor Young to come in and he spent a total of 10 minutes never asking me a single question about my reason for being there. The Christian themes throughout the clinic are over whelming, unnecessary, and frankly ironic. Ive used college park in overland park where they lost a vial of my blood sample and then transferred to the Olathe location hoping it would be better. Clearly my mistake. I contacted the clinic and informed them of how unhappy I am with the care that was provided, or lack of providing, and never heard from them. If you can avoid this clinic due so like the plague because it is awful and a waste of a copay.

This location is a little far for me to drive, but for the personal attention that I receive each time I call or visit it is well worth it. I feel like the staff and physicians know me personally and treat me as one of their friends.

There are five qualities I admire in a physician: 1) Be a good listener 2) Come up with an accurate diagnosis 3) Explain what that diagnosis is in terms that I can understand 4) Prescribe the treatment and explain how it will work 5) Care for me as a patient. Michael Ferguson has those qualities and in my opinion he is the best of the best in the Kansas City area.
