My 16 year old had an accident at volleyball, her front tooth was pushed back and we were devastated. I called at 4:30 as they were leaving, Dr Fechner had us come straight in, stayed late, and did an awesome job putting it back in place and splinting it. So grateful for their time and for putting us at ease. We highly recommend Dr. Fechner and his staff.

I cant say enough good things about Olathe Smiles Dentistry and their entire staff. I am from KY and was in Olathe visiting my daughter when I bit on something and broke a tooth. I called their office and Brandi was able to get me in with in 2 hours. The staff was supper nice and Dr. Brittany A Rezin did a great job of proving me options for my tooth. I am very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend their office. I would personally like thank their entire staff for the great service they provided.

If I could give 10 stars to this place I would! Absolutely amazing front office help and dental work! The office kept in touch with me regarding my insurance and had everything all plugged in before I arrived at the office for my two crowns (Ack!). I knew exactly what it would cost before I went in there. Dr. Rezin and Kassey are truly artists and they have such great equipment. In the past I had to have a temporary crown and they had to send out for the permanent one; not here though! They have what is like a 3D printer (maybe it is!) to create the permanent crown on the spot. Then they did an xray on the spot (I didnt even have to move from the chair) to check to make sure all was well. My jaw was really sore after 3 hours, but they gave me advil while I was there and within a short time, I didnt even know Id had dental work done. The crowns fit better than my own teeth did LOL! Absolutely the best dental work Ive had done in 69 years!

By far the best dental experience. Dr Adetunji Sijuwade really took the time to make sure we understood everything and that I was comfortable with the plan he built for me. During my visit I feel that he really took time to make sure that the procedure(root canal) was done with care and precision rather then to rush it as is usually the case with past experiences. The same day crown process was pretty awesome as well! I am extremely confident in my switch to this office and definitely recommend Olathe Smiles!

The oral surgeon Dr. Turley has no bedside manner at all. He was absolutely horrendous. He has no desire or ability to be empathetic towards his patients. He informs you before he begins that he will not treat you if you squirm, shake, move, or make any noise. He has no patience for anyone or anything. He wanted to preform a procedure while I was not numb. I could feel him grabbing and poking me. Finally he gave me another shot and completed the work. I will never go back to him or this office. I will actively make sure no one that I know or care about ever goes to this office.

I am always a little nervous going to the dentist but they staff were so friendly and put me at ease. They were all so pleasant, professional and informative. When you leave you know exactly what needs to be done.

The most professional and friendly dentist I hand ever been to. I had an absolutely phenomenal visit, and had the best crown with minimal or no pain. Great office staff always make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Google says it’s open saturdays from 8am to 2pm, came at 10:30am on a saturday. It was not open and no one was inside

Mary was awesome! She was super friendly, made the whole experience very comfortable. I feel like she really listened and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. She also did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. There is a noticeable difference, I am happy with!

Amazing service! I called and left a message after hours, was called less than 1 hour later and set up on an appointment the next day. Dr TJ and his assistant were amazing. They walked me through each step of the way and got me all fixed up!

I have had multiple great experiences with every person at Olathe Smiles. I came in with chipped teeth and the whole staff was super supportive and I left looking amazing and in no pain! I had a phenomenal experience at Olathe Smiles. I was in a significant amount of pain, and they got me in, as a new patient, for a root canal within 24 hours. Their scheduling/front office staff was warm, welcoming, and more than willing to help. Dr. Rezins bedside manner eased my nerves going into the procedure, and I got a root canal with NO pain during and minimal soreness after the procedure. I would highly recommend Olathe Smiles and Dr. Rezin!

I cracked a tooth on Friday and my Dentist was closed till Monday. Olathe Smiles were able to get me in the next day, a Saturday, first thing in the morning. Very nice people, did a great job in a timely manner. The place was very clean and it seems they’re using the latest technology with their equipment.

I had been putting off what should’ve been a dental emergency and was able to get affordable SAME DAY treatment after the consultation. I called and explained the problem last week and the receptionist helped me get in quickly around my schedule. Everyone who helped me was kind and explained everything that needed done. Dr. Fechner was knowledgeable as well as kind and I feel confident in his care. It is so nice to have finally found a good family dentist in Olathe. Thank you Olathe Smiles!

I came in to the office to get a crown. I sometimes have high anxiety when I get work done. Dr. TJ and Valerie was amazing, very caring when I started getting high anxiety. They stopped and took a break doing the work and made sure I was comfortable. I feel like they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Even though my appointment went very late, I never felt rushed.

It is an amazing place to go when you definitely hate having to go to the dentist. Your always greeted by the amazing front desk ladies. Check out DR. Rezin she did an amazing work along with Bonita the dental assistant but the benefit coordinator Maria was amazing on breaking down the benefits and the cost of out of pocket. Been going there for three years now and always walking meeting all my needs.

Olathe Smiles Dentistry is the best dentist I’ve been too. I was sooo neevous because I was getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted at once. Bonita Thomas (my dental assistant) was wonderful, she made me feel extra comfortable and constantly assured me they were going to take good care of me. Everything they said I was going to experience I did, and it was a breeze, including the recovery. I would definitely recommend Olathe Smiles Dentistry for any dental care! They do what they want I told which tooth was hurting the most along with others they decided to pull the broke ones and take out two that was no problem left the one that was hurting to fill later thats now hurting again over charged me over $300 dollars said they were refunding me that I have not received over a month ago so I can go get this tooth pulled somewhere else

Ive been going to this office for 4 years. Everytime I visit, the professionalism is unmatched. Nikki and Valerie did my cleaning. I felt very comfortable and would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a dentist.

After switching jobs and getting new insurance I decided to try Olathe Smiles and Dr. Rezin for my dentist needs. I cannot begin how great they have been and great of a job they have done. I have been in for a couple cleanings and had one root canal done. The root canal was painless and I could not of asked for a better experience, I was in and out in less than a hour! I have nothing but great things to say about Olathe Smiles and Dr. Rezin and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist/dentist office!

Valeri did the cleaning of my sons teeth and she is very thorough and friendly. She is very patient and we are impressed by her outstanding job !!

I would have given lower rating if I could. They are extremely non transparent in terms of services covered within a certain cost. On top of that the doctor was extremely rude, condescending and pushing whatever treatment they prescribed. Even ones which arent needed immediately, when we said we dont need that she started turning from passive aggressive to terribly rudr. We went with a specific problem, I even told them this is a concern I have and the doctor started humiliating, insinuating and being terribly condescending. Please ship around and dont step here unless any urgent acute condition where you cant look anymore. But this was my experience, there could be patients who might have better experience.

Great Experience. This was my first visit to this Dentist. Dr Fechner, is very engaging, has terrific communication skills and was able to quickly repair a broken tooth in one office visit. Olathe Smiles uses the latest in state of the art digital dental technologies that can create a ceramic life like crown for a tooth. The technology is affordable and quick. I was in and out of the office in 2.5 hours and had 2 crowns created and installed in the same office visit. I was super impressed! Highly recommend Olathe Smiles/ Dr Fechner.

Dr. TJ & Valerie are an awesome team. They didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary dental work. Work others have insisted needed done. Both seem very knowledgeable and happy to explain as much as I needed. Dr. TJ made suggestions I have never heard of before. Dr. TJ has a great bedside manner and aims to treat everyone how he would want his mother treated. Great sense of humor from Valerie along with clear competence in her area.

Only go to Dr Fechner if you want the best. Total pro. Plus the whole shop is patient and attentive. Best color work Ive seen, every bit equal to LA in the aesthetic. I had an appointment on Friday that was canceled by Dr. Fechner and his team. The reason they gave was a lie, and I now know this for a fact. Most people these days are incredibly busy and make arrangements well in advance for their appointments. They expect their dentists to honor their commitments the way patients have always been asked to honor theirs. That did not happen in this case, and it seems as though my time and the plans I had made were easily tossed aside, and I can only assume it was only for a slightly longer weekend. It’s clear I was not valued as a patient. If you desire a dentist you can trust and that respects your time, you better look elsewhere.

Dr. TJ, Mary, Maria and another lady who I didn’t get a chance to get her name, all did a wonderful job and was very helpful. I actually enjoyed my time at the dentist!

Best staff. Best service. And best price. I have my regular check ups here, had wisdom teeth removed, and more here for 2 years. Everyone is nice and cares about helping you more than anything else. They are people I can trust and won’t just sell you on extras just for the sake of making money only if it will actually benefit you.

I transferred to this office after having been seen by their sister company for years. However, I moved to Olathe a couple of years ago, and had had such a positive experience at the other office, I gave them a shot. About a year ago, I had some special kind of cleaning done, I paid for my services and went about my business. 6 months ago, I went in for my cleaning and the front desk person (Maria, I think her name is) told me it would be $100. I wasnt prepared for this cost, and I was confused because my dental insurance covered cleanings. I asked if I could reschedule because I wasnt prepared to pay that amount that day. The front desk woman asked very condescendingly about why I didnt have a credit card to put it on. I told no, I didnt want to use a credit card for this and that I would just reschedule and budget for it in a couple of weeks. I then told her to reschedule my daughters appointment for later in the week so I could plan for the cost of her cleaning. She said, there is no charge for her cleaning. Puzzled, I asked so my dental insurance pays full price for kids, just not adults? To which she told me about the prior cleaning and now I had to do that every single time I had get my teeth cleaned. I apologized for my misunderstanding and asked her to just reschedule my appointment because I didnt realize that when I agreed to the pricier cleaning it lumped me into a particular cleaning category moving forward. By this time the entire office and waiting room full of patients could hear her scolding me about why i needed this cleaning and how I could just put it on a credit card. I tried to leave and she told me to stay so she could talk to the doctor. They took me back to the room, where the hygienist and then the doctor (Dr. Fechner) both tried to convince me why I needed this cleaning. At this point, Im crying. Just begging to leave with what little dignity I had left. The doctor told the hygienist to just do a basic cleaning to keep me as a patient. The hygienist, I believe her name was Tran, gave me a cleaning of what amounted to someone just brushing and flossing my teeth for me. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago. Its in the mix of the pandemic, I need to have my teeth cleaned and I took a chance. I saw a new dentist, the cleaning went smoothly, I paid the $100, etc. I rescheduled to have a crown replaced on my front tooth. I had the one currently on there for about 7 years and it needed to be replaced. Dr. Rezin assured me the crown could replaced same day. I went in for the appointment, my teeth were too white for their lightest shade, they made a temporary crown and sent my data off to the lab. The very next day the temporary crown came off. It was 7pm, and I called their emergency number, so answer. I got a call center person to tell me they were closed (duh) and no one could meet me until the morning. I go in the next morning. Dr. Rezin attempts to adhere the crown again scolding me for not being more careful with the temporary crown. (I had only had the crown on for less than 48 hours) She was visibly irritated with me, forcing the crown into my mouth. She then proceeded to cut the tooth down, so it would hit my bottom teeth, she assured me, no one would notice.The crown as now so short that if I didnt fully open my mouth, it appeared as though I didnt have a tooth there at all. It was humiliating. (it wont let me finish the rest of this story)

I would never ever take my family here and do not recommend them. All my kids sealants were gone in less than a year. All the dental work I had done - crown, etc - all failed in less than a year. Im so livid for the money I spent here to get no where.

Love this place! I originally came here because my last dentist didnt perform wisdom teeth extraction, I have come here for my regular cleanings since! They are fast, professional, clean, friendly, efficient and affordable. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and the staff are all extremely kind and accommodating.

I am so impressed with this place. It is by far the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. Dr. Adetunji Sijuwade was incredibly professional and so completely non-judemental of the length of time it had been since I had last been able to go to a dentist. The pricing is very fair and they work with people if they cant afford the up-front and total cost that most other dental offices require. It feels wonderful to be able to get dental care again. It was my first time at Olathe smiles. I had a broken tooth and needed a root canal. They got me in quickly and did root canal and crown implant same day. Dr Fechner was great. He answered any questions I had and was very polite. All the staff there were very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend Olathe smiles dentistry.

Amazing place. Very clean and the people are so wonderfully nice. I have never been to a place where they cater to you so diligently and make sure youre comfortable and taken care of. New clean and nice facility opened in April 2016, up-to-date equipments, advanced procedures and plenty of options for crowns and fillings. Friendly and helpful staff. As a first time patient, I had my x-ray and cleaning done in 2 hours, a bit longer waiting time than normal, good thing they had a TV to keep me occupied during wait time in the room. They do make their own crowns so thats convenient and no need to wear temp crown and revisit.

Olathe Smiles Dentistry is hands down the best dental office in Olathe. The office was able to get me in very quickly when I was experiencing terrible tooth pain. Dr. Fechner and the entire staff are fantastic. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great, quality dental care.

I called at 12:45 on a Monday with an awful toothache due to a failed root canal. They told me to come up immediately. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I came in and was seen within 10 minutes. The place is very clean with top notch technology. If your searching for a Dentist, stop now and call them. I went in for a cleaning and X-rays. They were able to fill in my cavity right away as well as do some cosmetic work on my teeth free of charge! Overall great experience!

Finally happy with a dentist!I had been through a few different dentists recently- and left them because of dissatisfaction and am so happy to find this group!All of the staff I’ve encountered on my multiple visits here have been kind and professional. Dr. Fetchner is knowledgeable, personable and informative. He explains each process so I know what to expect. He even caught a problem that had been going on in my teeth for probably decades, but none of the other 4 dentists I went to over the last 30 years even mentioned it - and I go for all the cleanings and care that insurance covers- and then some.He recommended certain interventions right away - and now the problem is improving dramatically.I highly recommend this group- because the techs, office staff and Tran the hygienist are all wonderful!It’s in a weird little corner of a shopping center- but it’s worth the difficulty of finding a parking spot.

I have been coming here for over a year and dentist are always a place you dread having to go to. It is not the case with olathe smiles dentistry. Dr Fechner is very professional and knows what he is doing. Never have I gone to the dentist and been able to fall asleep while getting a root canal and a filling. Without using anesthesia. Dr Fechner has performed 2 root canals and crowns and one filling and I also had my wisdom teeth pulled there last year . Hands down a good place. Everyone is kind through out the office . I needed a crown and was able to get it the same day. The staff was friendly and the doctor was so gentle and patient with me. Now, I am getting Invisalign through them. I love this dental office!

Im in the Army going to the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth for this year. They dont allow us to miss very much class time, so finding a one stop shop for my dental needs was extremely important. The dental office on post lost my trust after the dentist there and his assistant (who are super nice BTW) dropped instruments during my appointment to get a temporary crown. Not only that, but after 3 days the temporary crown fell out when I was eating a sandwich (not something that was even that hard)!! Additionally, when I called the Fort Leavenworth clinic about it, they said that having a temporary crown fall out after 3 days was normal! I just dont see that as being the case. All these shenanigans was after getting referred for a root-canal that shouldve been followed within 3-6 weeks with the temporary crown. Fort Leavenworth forced me into the above appointment 7-8 weeks after the root-canal and basically told me tough at their front desk and to just be careful with the tooth that just received the root-canal. Needless to say, thats when I started wondering if I could go somewhere else. The on post dental clinic is severely lacking in customer service at their front desk and a level of competence that Im comfortable with.After calling TRICARE (insurance) for my procedures, they gave me a list that I whittled down to a couple places. I eventually chose Olathe Smiles Dentistry because they could do all of the procedures I needed AND do them all in one day with NO follow-up appointments (pending any unanticipated complications). The dental clinic (Ebony) on post very begrudgingly set up the referral for me. No one likes confrontation, but I am SO glad I put an end to my suffering at their hands.Olathe Smiles Dentistry was great from when I checked in (Ebony screwed up the insurance referral paperwork that Olathe Smiles front desk ladies fixed PROACTIVELY), to the assistants and the doctors. First, I saw Trish who works with the periodontist Dr. McKenzie. She got me x-rays and helped out during my root lengthening. Root lengthening really should be called something else because its when they cut out gums from around your tooth and sometimes grind down bone. I was nervous going in. However, both Trish and Dr. McKenzie were hilarious and their conversations REALLY set me at ease and took my mind off of the procedure.Immediately following that appointment (same day) I moved from one room to another for the permanent crown to be put in. Dr. Rawalt and Benita (I think) were the ones helping with that. They were both great as well!I cant express how thankful I am to go to one place for fixing the shenanigans related to that one tooth. Even with a sore jaw right now, I am extremely relieved to have gotten the procedures done by a staff that was not only VERY customer service oriented, they showed empathy through distracting and hilarious conversation (anthropology, Star Wars, toddler hijinx...), and they were competent as well as efficient.Thank you, Olathe Smiles team! We were repeatedly overcharged for services and had our insurance get involved to get refunded. Be prepared for possible up-sell, ask lots of questions, and dont sign anything unless you are 100% sure of what it will cost you after. Unhappy with results of work and experience. Thats just my experience, others may be different. I suggest you shop around with personal reviews from people you know and trust before making any decisions about your healthcare.

Smiles Dentistry has impressed me so far. It started when I was having severe wisdom tooth pain which was also causing me jaw pain. I had already had an appointment else where but they couldnt get me in for another week. So I filled out the emergency appointment paperwork online through Smiles Dentistry and got a call within 30 minutes. I got an appointment in the next day to be looked at and had an exam, a cleaning, and X-rays. The whole deal they fit me right in! I was impressed by that. Yesterday I went in for my Wisdom Tooth Surgery and Dr. Vogl made me feel so comfortable and reinsured me that there wasnt going to be any problems and the surgery would go smooth. He was one of the best doctors Ive seen. He was able to joke and be funny but also be serious about his work. I am happy with Smiles Dentistry and their work. My dad had a terrible tooth ache, and we called around looking for a place that would take him in the same day. Olathe smiles dentistry took him right in and they were so friendly, caring, and patient. We will definitely be coming back!

I had to pick a new dentist due to a change in insurance. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistants, financial services, and Dr. Fechner are exceptional. Above and beyond!

So I called at 12noon with my husband in terrible pain for a week they fit him in at 1:30 just hour and half later.Just so happened there traveling oral surgeon was there. He came in after the dentist next thing I new we were talking full mouth extraction for my husband. What a blessing this Dr Vogel oral surgeon was so gentle and caring had my husbands mouth completely out in hour 15 min and had him on his was Clompletly will recommend to everyone Dr and staff very caring! It’s now 3 days post op for my husband he’s not had one bit of pain this office is Excellent!!!!!

Im always impressed with how quickly I can get in for an appointment at Olathe Smiles, and it seems like theyre always running on schedule. Dr. Fechner is friendly and has a way of putting you at ease. The office staff is also amazing. I highly recommend Olathe Smiles and Dr. Fechner in particular.

My experience with dr Fechner was wonderful. He took me as a last minute patient because I had a terrible pain and did a couple of root canals I badly needed. I feel no pain during or after the procedure. He explains everything and is very detail oriented. I have to say I have a new dentist now. He also uses the latest technology which I loved!

If ever you need dental work this is the place. A clean, friendly environment. Who says I cant wait to go back to the dentist? But if you have to go here

I have had a couple awesome situations here, but today- I had an emergency situation that couldnt be taken care of on a Saturday. I called into the emergency line and they were able to get the Dr on the line. She got me meds and instructions to carry me through the weekend so I can get fixed up when theyre open. I will never take my family anywhere else.

I love Maria, Rebecca, Bonita and Dr. Robert Fechner from Olathe Smile, they are really nice and friendly. They get you in as soon as they can. Their prices really affordable. I would recommend this place to every one.

All I can say is ...awesome experience I was in the Leawood area working (I live in MI) and noticed that my tooth had broken in half. I Googled dentist open on Saturdays and another office came up first to be honest. I called that office and they referred me to this office since they werent open this Saturday. I called and they were able to get me in on Saturday. My appointment was at 11:30 and they were ready for me. Let me tell you this was by far the best experience I have had at any dentist office . 2 hours later I had root canal and new crown done. Trust me Ive been to many denist in Mi. No pain what so ever. I travel for work and Dr Fechner is now my go to Dentist Staff is awesome too. Thank you for the great experience

Called asked if they take Medicare, they dont. Asked how much for just a cleaning for my mom, said $59 for cleaning and xrays. Mom made an appointment, they ended up saying they needed 900.00 for cleaning. I told my mom no you where there for just the $59 deal, they wont do. What a waste of my moms time. Dont lie to people then charge then an arm and a leg.

I chipped a back tooth and stupidly put the repair off because of my busy schedule. By the time I called, I was in excruciating pain and absolutely miserable! Olathe Smiles was able to get me in within a couple of hours. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the office staff and atmosphere.Dr. Fechner was able to “help” with the immediate pain (my goal) AND was able to fix the entire problem same day! He was very patient with the numbing (I kept becoming unnumb) and he was a perfectionist with his work. I could not be happier with the results. Immediately afterwards, the surrounding gums/mouth area were barely sore from where the shots and other work were. (Which would be a normal thing -esp because I was so sore before!!) I will DEF. be going back and recommending this practice to everyone I know! And finally, the support staff was great! I was there all afternoon and they continually checked on me to see if I needed anything and was ok. I never felt like I was squeezed in or an inconvenience. The office was clean, friendly, and the paperwork portion was not overwhelming and was explained in simple verbiage. A++
