I was pleasantly surprised to find out how professionally this office is run. They send out multiple email and text reminders for appointments. My last appointment I waited for less than 1 min. Was in and out the door in 36 mins for a standard cleaning. Im not really current on all the latest dental treatments and technology but they seem to have everything. They will take good care of you and I am a very happy customer. Im a demanding consumer and they have gone above and beyond my expectations. Keep up the good work Arbor Creek Dental.

I am absolutely so fond of Dr. Moon. She has given me back my old smile back and I couldnt be more pleased. She truly cares, she is young and vibrant and wants you to feel extremely confident with your smile, as if it was her own.. Im so happy that she joined this office. The ladies in the office upfront and the assistants at the office are superb.

My husband and older son have been going here for years. GREAT service. Fast, friendly … all that. Recently started taking youngest son there after changing dentists. They are honest about telling you when you need something done and just as important, when you dont. They were quick to waive a bill when there was confusion about whether or not insurance should have covered it. Highly recommend.

The staff and Dr. Moon are simply amazing. Everyone is very personable, fun and knowledgeable. I had unused benefits for my dental insurance that the front desk noticed, and worked with me to get in to take advantage of my benefits. My hygienist was awesome and so was the dental assistant. Traveling to KC, I had a dental emergency. My family, locals, called the Arbor Creek office and they were able to get me in as soon as I hit town. Having very few positive dental experiences, I was an anxious mess, and felt extremely vulnerable. Dr. Knag and every staff member I encountered was so incredibly kind and sincere. Dr. Knag had me fixed up and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Not once was there even discomfort, he was extremely gentle. I can not recommend highly enough, 5 stars does not feel sufficient! Thank you to Dr. Knag and all who helped me, for being the highest caliber of humans and professionals!

Weve been coming here for years! Dr Knag is the nicest guy! Im so glad he added Dr. Moon to the practice! She is spectacular with kids!! My son has a lot of anxiety when getting a cavity filled and she was so patient with him, speaking softly and calmly to him the whole time! These two dentists are top quality!

Also the facility is geared to make sure you understand what work is needed done pronto and what can be moderated until need be. Really really incredible dentist amd staff. Multiple times, this dentist fit us in for emergency visits. He gave out his cellphone number to us in case we had any urgent issues after receiving some heavy dental work. Professional and friendly.
