This was my first time utilizing an EWC and my experience was great. I’m a traveling nuclear technician so I generally have to find a wax specialist while I’m on the road. Miranda was great and very sweet. She made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. My appointment was very quick as well. The only unprofessional experience I had was one of the receptionist named Sarah did not greet or help me when I entered. One of the other receptionists had to leave a customer and check me in, while Sarah was just strolling on the the computer. I’m not sure if it was because I was black or she didn’t notice I was there. I’m not using the race card but she didn’t even look at me and when I was checking out I noticed she was very helpful with another lady who was checking out. The young lady who checked me in had to check me out and was very helpful. She also sold me some great products. I would recommend this EWC.

Disappointing. We ordered 3 whole fried red snapper. All three were over cooked and dry. Expensive bad fish. No Thanks.

Ive been a long standing customer at the Leawood Center. I mean years. Last time I went I was 4 mins late, the receptionist said I was 9 mins late. That is a HUGE load of BS. So I went to the Olathe center. SURPRISE!! Their clock and my clock were EXACTLY the same.Im INCREDIBLY disappointed in Leawood. I dont believe I can honestly recommend the Leawood center any more.

O H M Y G O D.All I can say are AMAZING things! Today was my first Brazilian at this company. I booked with Miranda and she was phenomenal!!! She was extremely professional, clean, and quick!!! Everything you ever need, not to mention we had great conversation and lots of laughs throughout the service. She was very thorough covering after care and products for maintaining in between appointments.I had previously had one Brazilian prior to this, to say it was anything less than SERIOUS trauma or PTSD would be a ghastly understatement.So coming into this appointment I was super nervous, I just want to live my best life on my honeymoon so I decided I wanted to give it another try.I am soooooo glad I did!! I not only rescheduled there right after I bought their membership. I was in and out in 15 minutes!!! If you’ve had a bad experience or you’re nervous to try, book an appointment with Miranda at the Olathe location; you will be in great hands!The receptionist up front were amazing covering after care and checking me out. The location is adorable and right next to good food and shopping if you want to make it a whole day!If you’ve read this far, you already know you want to schedule an appointment!!

Barb is the person you want for a Brazilian wax at European Wax Center. Shes very knowledgeable, fast and clean. I really appreciated her expertise and fun personality. The Brazilian wax I had was as painless as it gets. Thank you, Barb! I have tried many wax technicians and he is by far the BEST!

The ladies are so professional, if you are coming in during the whole covid19 thing, please keep in mind these ladies are trying to follow state regulations. A customer came while I was at checkout and was just so rude to them because they asked to not come in without masks even though the customer was being nasty, they still had a smile and thanked them for coming in. Also Leosha is amazing!!! Love this place so much

Oh my gosh... so I just had my first wax ever and I went big and did the Brazilian and Full Legs. Sara McKee was truly amazing and so fun. I was super nervous and as a first time customer extremely embarrassed. She is fast and proficient, the Brazilian took maybe 15 minutes and I love how she talked me through everything. Sara and the whole staff were so easy to talk to and ask questions and made me feel so comfortable. They dont push products on you if you dont want them!! Ive already scheduled my next appointment, so glad I chose this place for my first wax experience. -Sydney Thomas

Both ladies I have had were wonderful. However, I especially want to point out Leosha for being amazing. Normally, I only get my eyebrows waxed but I wanted to try something different and she made me feel comfortable and explained everything. We chatted the whole time and it made for a really good experience.

She was so fast and amazing it didnt even hurt!

Due to the big snow storm today, driving to this location took longer than I expected and I almost got into a car accident. Got to the store 9 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They refuse to see me, refuse to recognize the weather condition or not even tried to offer a shorter service (like partial facial, instead of full facial). All they offered was rescheduling the appointment. I wasnt willing to stay out in this kind of weather any longer and I was still shaking from almost got in to a car accident. If I didnt buy the year pass, I will not come here again. Certainly will not renew my pass again.

I had a really good experience with this location. I made an appointment with Amy, it was my first visit with this location and the service was really great. During my wax, Amy made sure I was comfortable, took the time to chat with me and helped me laugh through the pain (haha). I also picked up their new tanning product, I love the result that I am already getting. There is a shimmer to it and it smells tropical - which is my preference! If you get hot, you MIGHT smell the normal fake tan smell, but it is so minimal that its only noticeable if you really try to find it. Overall, once I run out of the product, I will be picking it up again. Very pleased with my experience / products. Will make this my location

After moving 1/2 way across the country, I couldnt locate my good tweezers. The cheapies I picked up just werent doing the job, so I stopped by to get my eyebrow caterpillars and catfish whiskers removed.The nice lady at the front desk was very helpful and informative. I got registered and seen very quickly.Osha was extremely friendly. She speedily took care of my eyebrows and lip. I was no longer catty!Great experience overall!!

No complaints on who did my brazillian, but horrible quality job. I left bleeding with wax still everywhere and hair still left on the inside: what’s the point of the brazillian? Not to mention it’s been 16 hours and my skin still hurts to the touch. Never had a worse brazillian. Won’t return and will cancel my next appointment there. What a waste of $86. However front staff was very friendly and helpful

I used to go to a different wax place but European Wax Center was able to fit me in less than 24 hrs after my usual wax place cancelled on me 2 days before my vacation. I didnt know this place was so close to home! They are brand new to the Olathe Pointe Shopping Center and Im so glad they are here! Ive been seeing Amy for last 9+ months and shes so amazing! She is professional and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. She has also given me great advice on my skin care routine. Not only that but shes quick at what she does and leaves my skin silky smooth with no irritation.All the girls that Ive encountered at the front desk have been very friendly and professional! Ive had to cancel up to an hour before my appointment and they were quick to get me rescheduled. From my understanding, they do have a strict cancellation policy so be sure to contact them regarding reservations/cancellations.If youre looking for a new wax place - make sure to stop by and check them out! I signed up for a wax package and Im so glad I did! They never expire so you can use them at any time. Be sure to schedule with Amy! Shes the best! They constantly have specials and you can make reservations via their app!
