I highly recommend Dani! In the past i had a traumatizing haircut that lead me to not getting my hair cut for about 4 years! Dani was amazing and i trusted her fully. She did not cut my hair to short at all and she brought my hair back to life! I walked out of that salon feeling like a million bucks! Dani is a MIRACLE WORKER!!

Jan Bliss is the best. It took me many years to find someone who could help me with styling my hair curly, straight, and anything in between.

Two different stylists butchered both of my high school daughters. The hair was drastically shorter than they wanted...by at least 3 inches. One daughter showed pictures with a hair style below the chin, yet she comes out with it chopped up to the mid-ear. Obviously, neither stylist listened to their needs. Theyve done fine with my hair in the past, but this butcher job on both girls crossed the line. The 3 of us will Not be going back.

Val is 5 stars all day every day. She has recently not been available, which I get.Abbey is AWFUL. Forgets her clients came in early for her, so she can get out of there earlier. Literally waited in the lobby for 30+ minutes after she asked me to come in early before she remembered she asked me to! Will tell you you’re lying about your natural hair color, and will call you an idiot for cutting your split ends.Wish Val would get better so I could come back to Hairem!!!

I came here a couple weeks after salons started reopening post covid shutdown. I had not cut my hair in almost 6 months at this point, but I didn’t feel comfortable going somewhere that would be busy and feel crowded like Great Clips/Supercuts. I called ahead to set up and appointment for a haircut and deep condition and was quoted about $30 which is half the price I was quoted for a salon closer to my house! Sue was the one who did my hair and she is phenomenal, she took her time and was kind and gave me some advice for my hair. My hair felt SO much better after I left. In terms of cleanliness I felt pretty safe. There was only a few other customers in the salon. There are plastic dividers between the wash stations, the stylists sanitize after every wash, and all the hair cutting stations are spread out.Thank you so much, Sue! I’ll be back again.

The Hairem is a great place for a hair cut and style. They also have mani-pedi services but I have not had the opportunity to use this service. Abbey McCrea cuts/styles my hair and I love the way my hair looks. She takes the time to listen to what I want and offers suggestions taking my hair type into consideration. They also do a great job with protecting their clients.

Post COVID very different, waited in car for my turn text, I sanitized and signed in, then taken back immediately. Melissa was amazing as usual! Shampoo, haircut and style in and out quickly.

There is not a bad thing I could say about this place. So clean, very welcoming- even from the greeting- to the atmosphere. Happy for the wide range of services they offer as well. They customize the stylist to your needs. I went in with long hair, wanting to cut it off to a long Bob, and Sam L was my stylist. I will by all means be continuing to come back to her. I will recommend this place to anyone I know and will be seeing these ladies soon: for cuts/trims, color, nails and even my eye brows! Very happy I chose this this place ❤️

Dani cut my hair and I am very happy with the cut. I am pretty picky about my hair and she listened and did an excellent job. I went back in to have her tweek my cut and she was very pleasant and understanding and did exactly what I asked her to do. Also, the receptionist at The Hairem was very helpful in getting me in.

Ive used the Hairem for all my coloring needs.

I went here (scheduled ahead of time) for a perm for my wedding. I go in and they have good customer service the lady that does my perm is nice.. but the perm didnt hold and I cant come to understand why. Ive had perms my whole life and this is the only one that didnt stay, and Ive not dyed or done anything to my hair in years. Well when she was finished she wet it down and what not and I got home where I realized it didnt hold and called back, they were very unhelpful they didnt ask to see it they didnt offer reimbursement they only offered to do it again. Perms are so harsh on your hair I didnt want one back to back and the lady that did it called me back 2 weeks later when they told her I was unhappy and didnt offer any solution. I spent almost $100 with tip for my hair to not even have a wave to it. This happened in June of last year but after that I was busy getting married I just remembered. If you can not do a perm or anything dont offer those services.

I am so dissapointed, Abbey did my sisters hair last week, she did a horrible job. Abbey did my hair today and it was sooo terrible. She only straightens it ones, she never goes back to fix it or go over it again. When my sister went back to talk to her, she responded rudely. She said She can do it herself. Thats not how you respond to customers. I would rather give my hair to a student , then give it to her because she thinks shes a professional stylist but shes not. Student do a better job than she does. HEADS UP! Dont ever give your hair to Abbey. She doesnt care if it looks Good or not, she just wants to take the money. I paid $60 and she did a terrible job.

Val is by far the best. She listens, understands what you are asking for and she actually cares! And if you want highlights she is the one for you! No one will ever touch my hair again but Val!

The lady who cut my hair was very nice, so I feel bad leaving a negative review, but she did such a terrible job on my hair. I showed her a picture of a trendy, short bob haircut that I wanted, and I ended up with a mushroom cut that Im going to have to pay someone else to fix.

My daughter got her hair cut by Vicki McTavish. She showed her what length she wanted her hair to be when it was dry. Well I knew it was going to be too short when it was a lot shorter then she had wanted, and it was still wet. When it dried it was at least 2 and 1/2 inches shorter then she asked. Now I could understand if it was an inch, but 2 and 1/2 inches, that was way to much. Needles to say my daughter was completely devastated.

Great service amazing people

I went there after having a horrible job done by another salon. I had had a perm and cut and I came in with a picture of what I wanted and the woman (owner) didnt properly wrap the perm, left it in too long and totally cut it wrong leaving uneven cuts. I came to the Hairem and I had to cut most of the perm off and ended up with a short hairstyle because of the damage the other place had done to my hair. I will be back.
