The wait time stated 13 mins on their website but this was definitely not the case. We arrived at 130am and not busy at all. We finally just left without being seen. The lady in the front is not friendly at all and when I went to go tell them to take us off the list she was no where to be found and all you could hear was laughing in the back amongst employees in the back.

Took my wife to ER 5:50pm she got in a wreck took her to get checked said wait was 10-15 minutes & she was in pain crying in the waiting lobby just to finally leave at 9:10pm waited almost 3 1/2 hours & we didn’t even get seen , horrible staff don’t seem like they care at all for well being of others

You could be in severe pain and this people will make you wait hours, took my son there with a 105 fiver day 5, medecin was not helping checked in with front desk at 4:30 pm is 10:45 pm and I am about to give up and try to handle this on my own...

I recommend Dr. Casey he is straight to the point staff is nice and professional...

On 4/25/2019 I took my 2 year old into the emergency room due to running a 103.7 fever. Has had a fever for 3 days now. Holding his chest and belly screaming until he was breathless and purple. Triage gave him ibeprofren and got him right back:. Little side note, he was seen by the same dr 2 weeks ago with pneumonia and had to have IVs due to dehydration, so he remembers my son and remember he just got off antibiotics, he looks at his ears and listens to him. Says ear ache is his final diagnosis. I said what about chest and stomach pain like he has. Mam ear ach! Another antibiotic!!! And goodbye! Of course I’m taking him to see another dr because he was a joke! Dr Casey, MD, Ahmed N just know that I feel like you treated that as a joke and you made this hospital look like a joke! Thank you!
