Really bad experience from the moment i walked in too the moment i left ,one nurse tried too open the locked door with my wheel chair,i told her i need a new nurse and she said gladly once i got too the room i needed assistance with my pain ,and they ignored my medical remote button calm out, even till the end after i told them i need a work note, they never gave me one ,i call and ask them too email it too .e and they say i have too come back i place is a nightmare

Literally the worst hospital to try and contact. not a single person answers any phone call. Ive called every number listed on the website. if there was an option for no stars. that would be my choice.

If your ready to die this is the place to be. The 1 nurse who I can say was the best was Emily out of the people who was there. This nurse needs a raise. If you check my paperwork you will see who it is. She is very kind and attentive. She was meant to be in the position she is in. Everyone else couldnt compare to this nurse. I left a comment on the site and hopefully when they see my comment they will know this Nurse was destined for this position. She is the best person at this hospital.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the front desk staff. I was buckled over in the waiting room with extreme abdominal pain. When I requested to at least get someone to check on me I was told it was a 2 hour wait and there were people before me. I had to call an ambulance to come pick me up as I cried in pain in their driveway. After arrival at ORMC I was being prepped for surgery. I fully understand that the patients need to be prioritized but come on. A grown man buckled over in your driveway is a pretty good indicator that he does not have the sniffles. After this experience Im afraid I will have to join the rest of the people on here. I will be taking my family elsewhere unless we have absolutely no other choice.

Seriously cannot understand why this place is rated a 2. We didn’t even sit down before they had brought us through registration and barely had time to get our drinks from the vending machine before they had taken us to a room. All of the employees were very nice. The waiting room was clean and they had game stations for the kids, plenty of vending machines and a free charging station for phones. We had waited an hour and a half at ORMC ER before we decided to head to MCH ER. Hadn’t gone through registration and the employee at the front was snippy at best. The experiences were night and day.

Cannot give times for wait or if its busy, no help at all but recommends another ER like ORMC, if a city hospital recommends another hospital that doesnt use tax payer money maybe we should be using the other as a local hospital instead. For children the technology is top notch but lacks in every other way.

Will not come back here again unless im dieing...sat for 4 hours to be seen...by this time urgent care would be open in an hour or so....so i left.. employees just sit on there butts..
