Reason for me going was because I just had my tooth removed and it was infected. The infection hit me quickly making me vomit. I was greeted my Manny and he knew right away I was very anxious he calmed me down rather quickly. He started to check everything out and I felt more then safe in his care. Eliza was very caring to my needs. There was one more lady that hooked me up to the EKG machine very nurturing. Dr. Marks came in and assured me that she was going to do everything to get rid of the pain. They hooked me up to an Ivy pushed liquids, antibiotics and pain meds. I felt so blessed to have this team helping me. I recommend this ER 100%

Received excellent service from walking in and care for my daughter. Everyone was really nice and caring. Dr Patel looked at my daughter asked several questions explained everything and had a general caring heart. All the nurses were very intensive and caring. The facility was very clean. The only complaint I would have is not about the service, the copay for insurance which is $950 due to the fact its an emergency room. Its amazing how much greed has taken over the world.

Lol 😂 they’re nothing but thieves, here is picture proof, went in for a COVID test January 20th 2021. Asked how much COVID test was, they couldn’t provide me that answer and stated I’ll know when I get the bill so I ripped up paperwork and left WITHOUT them doing anything or even seeing me. Now they’re sending me a bill and stating I saw a doctor named Jeffrey Chambers. And charging me $558 dollars for what?? Here is proof as in picture, will be calling them tomorrow and pressing charges if this is not resolved.

Took my wife to signature after dealing with below sub performance from another medical facility. I am a huge supporter of signature because every time I need medical attention or any of my children I bring them here and have no worry because they are the best. But my wife went alone and I am very disappointed of her treatment as a patient. And after talking to a person about this and many other complaints she said that a manager would contact me and almost a week later still no call. So very disappointed!

My son broke his arm at school we took him to Signature Care. We walked in, filled out paper work and were called back immediately. The staff was AMAZING!! Araceli was our very attentive nurse... she went out of her way to make sure our son was comfortable and taken care of. The radiologist was very helpful and did everything she could to make sure taking X-rays werent to painful for out son. Eliza came in and made a splint for him. She worked very hard to make sure it would fit him perfectly. Dr. Marks was excellent also. The whole staff was very informative and explained what was going on and what care we needed to give after we left. They even told us if our son was having troubles with the splint to bring him back and they would fix it!!! WOW!! I havent had service like this in forever. We will be returning to them with any future ER clinic needs we have. 5 stars for sure!!

Signature care is absolutely amazing they are friendly and know what they are doing. They were amazing with my son he felt comfortable and not scared. So I had to take my wife here to get assessment on a possible concussion. Everything was fine and the staff worked quickly to get her seen by the Dr. No complaints, so far. Then in walks Dr Patel. After basically telling her she has a concussion, without normal concussion tests, my wife tells him that she is having trouble sleeping, and is there anything to do for it. Dr Patel tells her that she should stretch, read a book, or go for jog!!!! HELLO!!! She has a concussion. We left and was reading aftercare instructions which basically say not to do any of these things. I called him out on it and he basically didnt have any good answers. I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN

I had a wonderful experience with everyone of the staff members at Signature Care. Theresa and Cris were awesome, helpful, and very knowledgeable anything I needed they had it they kept me comfortable and up to date on the status of my health issues and what was going to happen moving forward. The facility was also very clean and organized just over all experience was amazing. I will be going back to them anytime I need to go. Thank you so much Signature care

The most friendliest staff i have ever come in contact with from the receptionist to doctors and nurses. They take the time to explain things to you and do not mind answering questions you ask. I highly recommend this place to anyone needed emergency care. Five stars plus more.....

Dr. Vaagenes, Araceli, and Eliza were fabulous with their treatment of my 86 year old mother who had fallen. This urgent care is so professional and personable in their dealings with individuals in need of help. In my opinion they are the ONLY great urgent care in our area!!

I went in because I was very very sick and didnt get the care that I needed at this clinic.. Mind you the staff was very friendly but I didnt get any tests, blood work, or x rays done.. Alls they did was send a nurse to test me for Covid and the Flu.. I wasnt even in a room and I heard from staff members that there were empty rooms. I am an asthamatic and they knew that.. I heard a mans voice whom I guessed was the dr. (I NEVER SAW A DR) say give her tylenol and send her on her way.. I dont recommend this clinic..

Dr.Patel was very respectful and really listened. He explained to me why I had strep throat without any symptoms. RN Theresa M was so sweet. She got me blankets and explained all medications. One thing I love is that they are letting me have the whole bag of fluids. My visit is not rushed.

So friendly and very attentive. Offered me warm blankets throughout my whole entire visit. From checking in to triage talking to provider who gave me such good info on the covid virus. To Tabitha who triaged me and bridgette my nurse who was very friendly and caring as were all the others. Feeling so much better ty all again

I just brought in a student to be treated. The staff in the back were very quick and efficient. Dr. Daniels, Nurse Keira, Tech Adrian and Dillon, and Radiology Randi did excellent. Registration could be friendlier. They quickly pulled him back and got him fixed up. Due to the quickness and quality of care, I will bring more students here if needed. Very impressed with the care here.

Whole lobby full of covid test requests and they dont offer texting to wait outside. This is ridiculous. If you come here Negative you will leave Positive. The DMV does more to protect visitors from COVID than this place

I understand the long wait to be seen but having to wait 3+ hours to get my results for the flu/Covid & I was told I couldn’t leave the parking lot or else they wouldn’t give me my results, I was miserable sitting in my chair for that long but they swiped my card for $300 quick. I will never come back!!

My husband was seen here tonight. He had an uncomfortable reason for being there but had the best care. His nurse Keira took great care and explained everything. She made him feel comfortable during a tough time. Radiology Beatrice was nice. Domini did good starting his IV. We have been here before but this was the best visit.

We have been here a couple of times. Dr. Jolly and Dr. Starr as well as nurse Erika, nurse Rebecca and other staff members (Evelyn, Eliza, and Bancroft) are extremely efficient and helpful. All have shown professionalism and genuine care. In all 3 occasions we have been here, wait times have been practically 0min. I highly recommend this place.

Erika was my nurse and she was super nice and sweet! I go here all the time now for ER care. It’s a WHOLE lot quicker and they’re just nicer over all. However I will say no matter where I go when they do pain shots they usually insist on doing it on the lower hip. Erika was the only one I’ve met so quick to accommodate me and do the shot in my thigh instead for the comfort of my anxiety 10/10 come here. These people really care.

This is a very convenient ER to go to. I haven’t seen a doctor in years, but I had always heard great things about Signature Care from coworkers and friends. Tabitha and Jessica made the visit very pleasant and brief. This is certainly the only ER I’ll be visiting from now on.

Great place and great people every one there was super sweet and helpful it makes a big difference when you feel really sick and people treat you with kindness. SignatureCare Emergency Center is the best! They took good care of me. I went in today with a sore throat and was asked if I wanted to get Covid-19 tested. I was hesitant but I surrendered. I told the ER tech that I didn’t want it to hurt. He did well. I’m fine! Thank You Jesus! I’m negative. The nurse Jessica, RN made me feel at home. Overall this is a great place to be!❤️

Got tested for Covid back in October 2020. I payed the $175 dollar covid test. ON April 21, 2021 I received a bill from signature care for $486. My mind was blown. I was only in the building for 15 minutes. They call it Emergency department visit level 3. never going back there again. Just putting this out there for people to be aware of the outrageous hidden fees.

I took My 2 kids to the ER and There were seen by Aracel RN, and Dr. Vaagenes. This is by far the best ER service I have ever received. The nurse was very patient with the kids, she made them feel safe. When the Dr came in, he spoke to us and the kids, he put our opinions into consideration before doing anything, which I appreciated because by him giving us options to decide, we were able to make a decision that benefitted our children. Also the service was quite fast. They had to run some tests, and we were told the waiting time would be 1hour. It was exactly that. The whole process was about 1.5hr in the ER. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The doctor and nurses were great, I was in and out within 30 minutes with my issue resolved.

The staff are amazing and prompt to treat. The nurse Araceli was very through, Dr. Jolly took the time to explain my diagnosis. Hearing that you are positive for Covid is not the easiest thing to hear in these times. They provided a treatment plan for home care and explained the importance of self monitoring and not to hesitate to return if my symptoms got worse. I would definitely continue to use this facility. They make you feel like you are their only priority!

I rolled my ankle and came to Signature Care Emergeny and Dr Anders and the whole team was very nice and took really good care of me. Got my x-rays and meds and wasn’t in there long. Adrian was really nice and wheeled me around in the facility and wrapped up my ankle and wheeled me out to the truck. That’s when we realized we needed a jump start! Megan gave us a jump start cuz my fiancé run the truck battery down listening to music while waiting on me. Her Jeep wasn’t giving our batttery the juice our battery needed until Adrian figured it out that it was cap over a ground nut on Megan’s battery needed to be taken off first....then as soon as that was removed our truck started right up! 😀. Thanks everyone especially Adrian & Megan for everything!

I went in this morning to be treated for vomiting and a little dehydration. Everyone was so welcoming, especially my nurse Manny! Although I don’t think I would consider myself an emergency patient I was still tended to in a very timely manner, they are really on top of it here. They even gave me two warm blankets and a gatorade while I got some fluids back in my body by IV. This place is my new go to! Thank you Manny and the staff at signature care!

I just left from this facility. I was impressed with everything but the doc. She only came in once and didn’t explain anything. The nurse was very helpful and explained everything on how to take care of my husbands injury. The nurse and other lady that came in when we first arrived were amazing. Keira and Itria had us laughing while taking care of my husband. Randi was very gentle with him during his xray.

Prompt and quality care was provided. Clean facility with friendly staff. Its very nice to jave this type of service available 24/7. 😊

To begin, I’ve been dealing w my epilepsy for the past 12 years of my life. The day before the craziness I fell and hit my head extremely hard in my kitchen. I had my roommate rush me to SignatureCare Bc I felt as though I needed to get stitches/staples put in. They put 5 staples into my head and discharged me.The next morning my roommate was taking me to the pharmacy to get my prescriptions when I had a seizure in my driveway, completely fell to the concrete, and hit my head IN THE SAME EXACT SPOT. Only this time was so much worse Bc of the mixture of concrete and the staples being in my head this time. As you can imagine it was extremely urgent that I get back to Signature Care.When I got to Signature Care they rushed me into a room. The nurses had a VERY hard time w me. To start I am 6’6” 290 pounds. I was told I was seizing on and off for 40 mins. 40 MINS!! Usually these things last for 5-10 secs. If it wasn’t for my nurses I wouldn’t be here right now to leave this review or tell this story. Jessica, Tabitha and especially ADRIANNA ABSOLUTELY SAVED MY LIFE. I am so appreciative of the service they provided and am truly blessed that I was given them specifically to take care of me that day.Today I went back in to get my staples removed from my head. For 3 women that I have never met or known before that day of complete chaos to care about me, my friends, my family and especially my mother THAT MUCH, is absolutely incredible!!In the nicest way possible, I told those three nurses before I left that facility that I hope I never see them again in my life lol that place is absolutely incredible and I will always go there if I ever need immediate health service. Make sure you ask for Jessica, Adrianna, or Tabitha if you ever need to visit here. One of them could potentially save your life!!We all live our lives by reviews. If it wasn’t for other people like me having an absolutely incredible experience and leaving the best review of this facility, I might not be here to tell this story. When I searched places near me on google the one night in my kitchen this place was VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I now 100% completely understand why!! 5 STARS!!!

Love this place, always in and out with no worries. I appreciate the entire staff that is working during this tough time. People please understand that this pace is a EMERGENCY ROOM, and critical people come first. I whiteness people get extremely upset because all they needed was a COVID test. The front had to explain to them a few times that they have critical patient to get to but will be with them soon as they could. Please have patience and if all you need is a COVID test think about other places that offer it as the facility is a ER.

I was a amazed at the level of care my husband and I got here. We went in and were seen quickly. Within 15-20 min of walking through the front doors(never been here before) we were taken to the back...Within 30 min we were being treated. We were there, maybe a total of 1.5 hours and received 4 shots, 2 X-rays and an EKG between the two of us. Not bad at all! They were very polite and very through.

This place is amazing! The staff was nice and the doctor was super friendly. I was back in a room before I was finished filling out the registration paperwork. The entire time I was there, walking in to walking out, was less than an hour. That’s great when you feel awful. Thank you for helping me out!
