Clients and staff were treated the same by managers

Horrible horrible workplace laid off due to pandemic and will not even paid me out my occurred earn time Noreen HR is horrible it’s so unprofessional Marci is so unprofessional HR their entire HR takes more than 48 hours to respond to a email , payroll can’t do there job my work place was a disaster I had to walk out of that place because it was so unprofessional with the clients on how they treated them! By far the worst company I’ve ever worked for I would not seek to work for them their benefits are awful this company does not stand by their employees nor care for their employees they would not even pay me my own time but still wanted me to transfer and work 45 minutes out of my way for them!

Stressful work for little pay and unappreciative management. Was supposed to drop to relief from full time position(that I worked for 5years) and missed weeks of work (during a global pandemic while they were saying they are short staffed) due to unprofessional management and lack of communication.

A corporation that is making entire communities suffer into prescription drug addiction. All they care about is money and forcing you into their way of life. They want total control of their clients and are thriving off the history of the northampton state hospital. They have forced people into homelessness and drug addiction and could care less about the damage it has done. This corporation has the intention of ruining as many lives as possible. If your community has not been destroyed by servicenet and it’s fraud then do not let it come to your city or town. Servicenet is in direct communication with major drug companies. They Know their medications don’t work and only cause harm. The goal of servicenet is to medicate as much of the communities they control, while profitting as much as they can at the same time.

Not the best company I have worked for. The union representation is awful. They make you do direct care work for minimum wage and you could work up to almost 24 hours at minimum wage pay. They treat their clients like they are monetary instead of human. Supervisors play favorites and treat their employees awful.

Went for interview, prepared, took time to put in the effort. No call, no email, no response. Kind of tells you how they view people and treat them. Waste of time.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE . i am a client of this service and i am abused every single day . they have cause more more stress then anything and i am scared everyday for my safety ( even right now) these people are evil and do not deserve the jobs or titles we need to dismantle this establishment or more people with disabilities will suffer the way i am
