An awesome place to get your eye care. Easy to set an appointment online and they remind you that you have that appointment coming up several times via text, which is nice. Check-in was quick and the doc took her time to address all of my questions and concerns to find the best contact lens for my astigmatism. Would highly recommend this optometry practice.

The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They make recommendations and give very much-needed insight into what fits best, what looks best, consideration to my budget, and my overall needs. BRAVO to you for a wonderful team!

The girl that did the initial eye tests. Blue light and photos of the eye was exceptional. She was very polite and her interaction had very good flow. She should be commended.

Been here multiple times over the last couple of years, overall a great location. Got my contact lens prescription and fitting a month ago and I struggled getting my contacts in, it took 40 minutes. The staff was very helpful and gave me good tips. A few days later after some practice, I was able to get them in and take them out in under a minute. Dont be discouraged if you cant get them in, it took me almost an hour and now I get them in without thinking, it became second nature.

Dr Ng is amazing. He takes his time and explains all of the options. He helps and advises so you feel comfortable in your decision.

Everyone on the eye exam side was extremely nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything.The woman doing my frames, while nice as well, was kinda pushy with the upsell. Im on Medicaid, I dont have the money for the more expensive frames or lenses. She kept saying, well, its only $30 to $40 more. I barely had the $6 for the taxes (which Im really not sure why I would have to pay if everything was covered by my insurance).

The eye exam was fine, I just wish lenscrafter would go back to same day service.

I was seen in a timely fashion. One of the receptionist girls was very nice very friendly & knowledgeable. The other one not so much. The doctor was great! So was the assistant. I would definitely go back!

I wasnt taken back till an hr after my appointment no communication at all. Ive could have been given the courtesy of being informed if they were behind or something, not till i got up and asked how much longer. I was told i wad next yet another person who arrived after me was taken back. Not how i planned to spend most of my morning.

First time at progressive Eyecare and it was an excellent experience. I loved all the staff especially Dr Truong. They were all so helpful as they answered my questions and even advised me when I was trying to pick my frame. I recommend them 💯

The most detailed eye appointment of my life. Everybody was so nice and in a good mood and welcoming and laughing and kind. Dr. Cathleen Yuen was so detailed and caring about the health of my eyes and told me everything and explained everything. So from now on I’ll only go to them for my eye care I recommend it.Update: so I’m not one for reviewing but they deserve it. So not only did they go above and beyond but I got my glasses way quicker then they told me and I went in Thursday and I got my glasses today on Saturday. Thank you again

So it went good, got my prescription. When I got my glasses from somewhere else. They were too strong. I redid my exam at the same place, and my prescription was changed. I already paid for my glasses, and when I asked them is there anyway they could change my glasses I already paid for they couldnt do anything about. So I just dropped some money on glasses for a prescription that wasnt even right.

I had an awesome experience from the time I walked in the door until I left! Ericka the office manager set the tone, the music and her professionalism was simply awesome. Brianna the technician was also very professional and awesome as she explained everything as she went along. The doctor Henry Truong was amazing! And Bobbi the store manager ended the visit with nothing but professionalism! I had an awesome visit, it was TAYLORMADE! Kudos to all of them.

My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning. I get there, sign the agreement paper and have a seat. Two people after me came and gone. I finally go around to do the first part of the eye exam. I had to go back and have a seat because the rooms were full. This is about 10:15am. More people are coming in and leaving. Around 11am I get up and asked the lady at the counter, when will I be seen? The lady ask me my name and I told her. The lady behind her states with an attitude that she called me 3 times and I must of been outside. I told that lady that I have been sitting by the entrance the whole time and you never not once called my name or got out that seat. After all the confusion, to find out that two people with the same last name Baker and the other Baker went for me under my name. They had to fix the errors and I had to wait. I didnt leave there until 12:15 Wasted my time and now I have to reschedule my surgery because of it. 3 hours to get my eyes checked and I have to spend money for glasses when they dont respect our time. Next year I will be going somewhere else

I arrived about 20 minutes early to fill out any paperwork and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. I was then seen earlier than my scheduled time. The optometrist assistant was very courteous and professional and informed me of each step before proceeding. Afterwards, the doctor was prompt and knowledgeable. He offered me several potions for eye products to best suit my needs. Overall my entire experience lasted under 30 minutes!

I like the way they use the computer to switch lenses instead of being in your face😁. They were very courteous and professional!!

I havent been to an optometrist for almost 9 years so i was a bit nervous but all the staff made me feel very welcome and at ease. Picking out my frames was fun, getting to try each piece on and after i was done, the staff thoroughly sanatized all touched frames. I am already looking forward to my next visit! Such a wonderful, at ease experience with a great staff!

The location of the eyed doctor is in close proximity of the eye glass retail store that I have used on several visits. As my health insurance benefits are ending soon rather than travel to Henderson, I thought a better use of my time would be to stay close to home and use local smaller businesses. I was given an appointment immediately following paperwork, treated with respect and escorted throughout the whole visit safely.

Great customer service from the door. Highly acknowledgeable and professional staff. The doctor actually understood my astigmatism and helped me find the most focused lenses for my prescription. Afterwards the floor staff helped me find quality glasses that complimented my face and let me see all my price options on lenses. Overall this is the most comfortable Ive felt getting a new pair of glasses and I cant wait to pick up my new pair when theyre ready!

Made an appointment for my 3yo daughter in AUGUST for today, November 4, 2020. Specifically asked if they accepted children that are 3yo and with my insurance, both were yes answers. Provided them with her name and DOB and I get a call today, day of appointment, and get informed they dont see patients under the age of 5.

My visit was the best I have ever had! From Erika, Ivan and the Doctor, everyone was great! Not only were they professional but also so friendly and they made me feel like I had been going there forever. The most wonderful visit ever!

I set an appointment before COVID shut down, and they been communicating with me since to keep me up to date on when I can make an appointment. I had a Very Nice Visit. I was a walk in and they added me on the schedule. I did not even have to wait long.The Staff was Kind and Pleasant. The Dr was Extremely Kind, Caring, and made sure I was Comfortable after I had told the staff my previous Dr exam at a different Eye Care office was a horrible exam. All the Exams with the machines went well and the Staff and Dr always told me what was going on or happening. Everything went easy and no complications. The Dr Exam was Very Thorough and made me feel very at ease and relaxed. He asked several questions and made sure I understand everything regarding my eye care. He went over with me the New Changes to my Eyes. He was Very Considerate and answered any question I had. He took plenty of time with me. I never felt rushed or hurried or I was an inconvienent to there schedule. I appreciate the Dr and Staff taking time to see me and making my Exam A Nice Experience. My last Check Up was 5 yrs ago and now after this Exam I will be having my Exams every year..Thank You Kindly for adding me that day and I can not wait to pick up my glasses.
