Dr. Dexter Morris and his team are fantastic. Liz is very helpful and guided me to find the perfect pair of glasses. She really listened to what I was looking for and didnt mind when I tried on numerous pairs. its obvious Liz has experience with what the patient needs and works best for them. The team is dedicated to hygiene so expect to wash your hands and wear a mask. Dr. Morris took his time to address my concerns too and I felt confident my eye health was cared about.

This spot has the most patient people that work! Liz is very understanding and amazing! Thank you for all that you and the team did for us yesterday!

Good doctor, been with this doctor for 9 years. Experienced and knowledgeable. I dont care about front-desk employees since they come and go.

The customer service is terrible.everytime I call they always have an attitude If I could give a 0 star I DEF WOULD. When you walk in they take forever just to get a check up and the barely greet you and its really just everyones attitude in there that I do not appreciate.Just terrible and unprofessional !!!

Making an Appoint was easy. Filling out online intake forms easy. Being greeted at the door because you have to knock to enter hmmm. I understand Covid protocols but our State has lifted them. They should tell patients prior to making the Appt. Only the patient is allowed inside so your companion is not outside in 100 degree weather. They should also tell you Appt. do not matter because you end up waiting on their time at least and hour to two..They are rude and have NO consideration of guest services or time management.Appointment at 215pm and its 335pm....Awesome Job!

One star is extremely generous!!!!! I have been a patient with Dr.Morris for years and I fully trust and enjoy the work he does, BUT his staff leaves a whole lot to be desired! The person that answered the phone (Teresa) was not helpful at all! Because she had a problem verifying my insurance (apparently the verification website had been down all day), she spoke to me as if I broke the system, and she couldnt be bothered! After explaining to me SEVERAL times that there would be a $100 charge if benefits cant be verified by the time of the appointment AND me agreeing, she still couldnt be bothered and didnt have any openings until the END of March! She still wanted me to call back tomorrow, to book for the end of March, because the benefits website might be back up! No respect for other peoples time, as if she was doing me a favor, and not running a business!

I scheduled an appointment one month prior. I arrived 10 minutes early. I did not see the doctor until an HOUR after my scheduled appointment. I made this appointment an hour and a half before I needed to be at another appointment. You see the problem here, right? As all the reviews state, the actual eye doctor is pleasant and professional. The staff needs manners. It seemed as though no one was interested in helping me pick out my frames. High volume of customers in one location. Not great during the pandemic as no one was socially distant. Save your time and your money and find a better optometrist and staff that actually value you as a customer.

Could not get my eye glass prescription, even though I gave my birthday and confirmed all information asked. Dont understand why I had to fight just to get my prescription and still didnt receive it.

Great service its just the lady that picks up the phone.She is very rude and she talks to you like your not a patient.She talks with attitude and not in a friendly manor.Like do you damn job right and grow up cause your not a teenager anymore.They also make us wait outside in the heat for like 5 to 15 minuets.I say let us wait inside.

I went to pick up my glasses and they were not what I expected first the frame was crooked on one side and they were supposed to be tented and they were not so now I have to wait a wholenother week to pick them up. The ladies at the front desk are so rude,and the lady who does the fitting of the glasses.get some office manners

I want to compliment how safe, clean and prepared this office is! When arriving, the staff opened the door and gave me a simple form with a few questions regarding CO-VID. I was instructed to go straight back to the restroom to wash my hands. You need to be wearing a mask to enter. All staff was wearing masks and Pete the optician was wearing a full face shield. I felt very safe a protected throughout my visit. Thank you staff and Dr. Morris! I really appreciate all they do. 05/14/20 was my appointment

Absolutely recommend this place... I have a bad astigmatism and havent gotten a prescription that actually helped in YEARS!! very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly... I travel the country for work and have been alot of places to get prescriptions...I was even told they dont make contacts strong enough for me, but today I finally got the contacts I need....im so thankful to have found this place

Horrible place, horrible staff.. You knock on the front door they hand you a clip board and say sit out on the street and fill it out.. Im not a damn dog.. Dont go there!

Great experience as always. It was a bit of a hassle to go through the COVID-19 protocols, but they were professional and NOT rude. Dr. Morris has attended me since I was a child and has been a great Dr. and person, which is why I trust him when I come back to get new glasses or contacts from him and his staff.

Everyone in the office was so nice, Dr. Morris is very professional and answers questions without making you feel stupid. Nice selection of frames. Love my glasses!

Staff seems to come and go, some friendlier than others. But I absolutely LOVE Dr. Morris. For that, I will be a continuing patient for a long time to come.

Ive been coming here for a few years and always leave very happy. The staff is courteous and very helpful. My glasses always arrived early than predicted.

The last time i was at Dr. Morris office which was several years ago the service was not good. My eye glass need adjusting and the attendant was rude and they way she adjusted the glass i just excepted them and left. I should have spoke to Dr. Morris but i didnt. Today i called to make an appointment and the attendant was not very friendly and she didnt say her name. I wanted to make an appointment on Saturday and she told me that the doctor do no see patient on Saturday with my insurance. They have certain day for my insurance. i have been going to Dr. Morris for about 30 some years and for the last couple of years the service have been bad. I have glasses that i have gotten from then that I cant wear because i cant see out of them. I have sent a lot of customer to see Dr. Morris. The staff has really turned me away. I will have to find me another Eye Doctor. I really like Dr. Morris is a excellent Optometrist, it is sad

Horrible customer service.I respect them following CDC guidelines, but as I sit here, majority of patients are elders & its hot & we have to stand outside for 10mins just to recv the 4 questionaire form. The employee having a bad attitude just worsens the situation.30mins to p/u glasses, not bad but the process is ridiculous.

The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They took covid-19 very seriously. I was quite nervous and the amount of care provided was outstanding.

My two children and myself go to Dr. Morris. He is so kind and the staff is wonderful. He is patient with my kids and actually knows what he is doing. We will definitely continue going to his office.

I CALLED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AND THE FIRST YOUNG LADY WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND IMPLEMENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD TO CALL BACK DUE TO SCHEDULING WITH MY JOB TO SEE WAS IT AVAILABLE. I CALLED BACK AND THE SECOND LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE CAME OFF AS IF SHE WAS IN RUSH AND DIDNT WANT TO BE BOTHERED. I WILL BE GOING TO SPEAK TO OFFICE MANAGE BECAUSE YOU CAN HAVE SOME SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IM OVERDUE FOR MY EYE EXAM AND SHE CAME OFF VERY BOTHERED AND SPEAKING FAST NOT ALLOWING ME TO FINISH SPEAKING AND WOULD CUT ME OFF. THIS IS MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANY STAFF THERE. IM VERY DISPLEASED AND SHE SHOULD LET THE OTHER YOUNG LADY ANSWER THE PHONE.

We Agree with previous comments. My family and i did not feel comfortable nor welcomed in this office. If we could give 0 stars we WOULD! Whats wrong with the older woman at front desk?? Shes rude to her co-workers in front of everyone and when she answers a phone call she acts like people are bothering her. I feel bad for the others whohave to work there with her. The Doctors are either blind, dont care or dont know how bad of a customer service she has. Time to retire lady! 0 stars for sure.

Very disorganized. Staff members are rude. I called to rescheduled my appointment with Alexandra and i was told that I couldnt reschedule because i rescheduled 6 times, which was completely false and i was told that o had to walk in. After setting her straight I was able to reschedule my appointment for 02-29-20 at 1:45pm. Almost 6 hours later they call back and tell me i have been double booked. I have to schedule for another appointment during the weekday hun. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

They wouldn’t see me because my mom is a nurse, and they canceled my appointment before I even got there. Terrible customer service I’ll never be back.

I love them, Ive been going there for over 9 years. Same great service, very friendly staff. And my doctor never disappoints. Now my daughter goes to him and she just loves it.

Great staff and knowledgeable doctor. Ive been told most my life the best correction they could get in my left eye was 20/200 he got it down to 20/70.

We made an appointment. Arrived on time. Took over an hour to see Dr. Small office. Not a lot of frames to choose from and the ones they had were over priced. And at the end had to go back in and get the prescription paperwork that should have been given to us in the first place. And her excuse for not giving it to us was we didnt ask for it. What the heck did you think we came in here for? Poor service. Dont go here. Too many other places to choose from.

I’ve been going here for about 10 years and even though some of the office staff have retired or gone some place else the service is always pleasant. I highly recommend the doctors.

If I could give zero stars I would. After being a loyal customer for 14yrs I just received the worst customer service Ever😠 and I will NEVER give them my business again not even a dollar will be spent💰. The office manager needs to be fired. The staff is just rude. Please go somewhere else dont waste your time and money there. Go somewhere that the employees actually appreciates your business. To be completely honest they should have kept the old staff. They were much more FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL.

Im almost 30! And, I’ve been coming to Dr. Morris since I was 13!! The ladies in the office are kind, professional and personable. The doctor is dedicated to helping and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

All the employees here are really nice and tend to your questions. Also the optometrist is nice and answers questions about your eyes and tells your in detail how your eyes changed! Love coming here!

If I could have chose ZERO STARS than I would. This small office needs to be shut down! The front desk lady (Liz) is extremely rude and very unprofessional! She had very bad communication skills and didn’t seem to be genuinely concerned about patients. The doctor also seemed uninterested in patients he was short and blunt which made it awkward during the exam & to top it off he owns this practice so they sky rocket the cost of frames and contacts. ( For example I could get the same pair of raybans at Lenscrafters for a fraction of the price) If you don’t like something they try and force you to choose something. It seems like they are just looking for profit of patients and don’t really care about their patients needs & the equipment they use is definitely out-dated and ancient. I paid for retinal images and still had to get my eyes dilated which completely defeated the purpose. Upon leaving they didn’t give me a copy of my prescription just a half sheet of recommendations by the doctor. I wouldn’t reccomend coming here again. I’ve had much more friendly professional encounters at different optometrist offices. Save your money and time by NOT GOING HERE!!

Could not believe that, after no phone call (as had been promised) I decided to take my grandson to pick up his new glasses.They had them sitting there, while my grandson struggled with his old, broken ones, but didnt deem it necessary to call?The glasses?Theyre great, hence the single star.

Staff is irresponsible, uncaring and unprofessional. I didnt learn my lesson the first time and returned a 2nd time. Staff never ordered my contacts the first time and laughed it off giving me samples. This 2nd time both my husband and I were disgusted with our experiences. We both went twice because they take so long to see you. My husband was told on his return that it would be a minimum of two hours to see Optometrist. I return to pick up my contacts..sign in and they take someone who walks in 25 min after me. They then cant find my contacts. I stormed out in disgust. Lets see if Optometrist actually returns my call. Disgusted!

Worst eye doctor ever. Do not go. Avoid at all cost. Rude service, they will skip your appointment and give you a red flag if you are too roudy. They will also yell at you if you are playing games on your phone with the sound off. Ridiculous.

Very bad service, after one hour and a half waiting, my 18 months baby girl started crying and the. Asian lady on the front desk told me that I have to get out of the clinic and wait outside with my kids to be called, here in vegas in sumer whith this weather ofcourse NO!!! I dont recomend them. I have been coming here forever and now I feel as if the staff has become rude and hard to deal with and this is even before the pandemic. The new staff makes the doctor look bad but he refuses to do anything about it.

Eye exam was not bad...the frames and lenses...a nightmare.They made the wrong frames for my daughter and the lenses came scratched and defective from the shop...tried to work w them but they were rude like if they dont care...save your money and go to a professional place w professional and respectful staff.
