Definitely Im in the best hands with Dr. Bond, Hillarie and the PT team. 3 months after my shoulder surgery and Im doing great. They were very clear that it will be a long recovery process and that I have to take one step at the time.

The shots didnt work for me. They charged insurance significant amount of money. When I am trying to discuss the payment for my responsibility, they dont give any room to talk.

Terrible experience when it came time to pay my bill. They charged my card multiple times over the phone and proceed to tell me they can not refund me my money because they do not show these transactions. I have emailed them proof of all transactions taken from Ortho Central Clinic and they do not care. I will be disputing these charges but I do not trust them at all with payments. They ended up taking more money than my bill was even worth. It’s been such a headache dealing with them. Be careful.

When in Josies presence it feels like you have your best friend working for you to find a solution to your scary issues. Not to diminish Josies demeanor, but everyone working with Dr. Bond are always helpful and comforting when addressing my issues. I would add a place for 6-10 more stars. Thank you Josie.

Josie is the consummate professional. The genuine concern for her patients is readily apparent by her deep concern, evidenced by the penetrating questions to discover the extent of your injury/discomfort. Although her primary focus is your orthopedic issue, she cares about your overall well-being. Josie is compassionate, empathetic, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to you and patiently explains answers to your questions, procedures to be performed, and the results of various tests.

Hillarie was very patient. She listen to everything I had to say with understanding and concern. She gave me the feedback of my test and was willing to sit with me and make a plan on what we should do next. If you’re looking for someone who is not gonna just give you their opinion but hear what you have to say and work with you, this is the place to go.

Hillarie is a five star PA because she listens to me describing what and where it hurts. She asks pertinent questions as follow up and clarification. She described my shoulder injury from x-rays and MRI reports and worked with me until she knew that I understood the diagnosis. She discusses options and steps that can be taken rather than surgery. Most of all she has built my trust in her to guide me in the direction that works best for me.

We could not have been treated nicer. Hillarie was very professional and explained everything. My husband had a kidney transplant 5 weeks ago and she wanted to hear what they thought about giving him a steroid shot. I was able to get our coordinator on the phone and they discussed the recommended treatment. We have always seen Dr. Bond before, but unable to this time, however, we could not have had a better experience today. It was a great from the appointment procedure, Helen was fantastic and so helpful, the front desk check in ladies, and the nurse who took us back, and on top of that he great care from Hillarie. I had knee replacement surgery in 2015. In 2019 I got an infection in my knee and ended up having 6 surgeries in 6 months. After a year I still had pain and went to Ortho Central to see if they could help. Chris was so good to listen to me and help me fix the problem. The surgeon went in and got rid of a lot of scar tissue which was causing the pain. Now I can do everything I want with no pain.

Absolutely everyone in this facility was so pleasant, and really put me at ease. Jordan (PA) is just wonderful. She is so friendly, and took the time to explain my X-ray results, along with the next steps to take for my shoulder. I absolutely recommend Ortho Central for any orthopedic issues; you will be in very good hands!

The doctor remembered me from 6 years ago and was so professional, yet, personable. He showed care and concern... I am soo glad I went back!

While there was a slight wait time, Dr. Boehm gave me his total undivided attention while attending me and my case. His office was very thorough with x-rays, questions, and follow up. He was very kind, patient, and considerate. While my weight is an obvious factor in aggravating my joints, he did not focus on it as the only applicable aspect of my treatment plan. He glanced over it, while giving it weight, by saying, Of course, continuing to lose weight will help. For each pound you lose, it takes four pounds of pressure off of your knees. However... and he continued on with his recommendations for treatment. This is a lovely rarity to be seen as a patient with real problems, treatable problems, and not just have my issues attributed to be overweight, being a female, or being given some excuse about hormones. Thank you Dr. Boehm and staff (especially Danita!) for treating me as a whole person, rather than just parts of me! Danita also answered my follow up questions later in the day quickly, concisely, and with great caring. This entire experience was fantastic.

Hillarie has been AMAZING. Shes warm and caring, plus very informative. She accurately predicted what I would experience as my treatment progressed, and continues to show genuine concern for me throughout the process. I highly recommend her and the entire team at Ortho Central, including the physical therapy team.My review for my insurance company and reps wont be nearly as glowing, but thats an entirely different story. Remember: Triple check all costs and ask for detailed billing information from your insurer before committing. Then, have a credit card with a couple thousand bucks ready to catch the stuff that they couldnt have foreseen. But again, thats not on Ortho Central, who have been wonderful.

Very nice place this location is clean, no sticky floors. The waiting room is a large room with very uncomfortable chairs. The doctor is very nice & staff is great never had a problem until this last time we saw a guy we hadnt met yet. He was polite when he first came into the room not as nice while explaining the cause of pain, he seemed annoyed.The man offered my husband stoiriod shot he said yes I will do that asking what day? The guy said we can do it right now. My husband said I think Ill wait for the shots because of nerves & didnt want to drive in pain.Then in a snooty tone he replied well it doesnt hurt that much & if it does then you just dont drive. My husband nervously agreed. They put iodine on his knees but then he decided he would like to wait. The guy that offered the shots came back in, so I hear youve changed your mind? My husband says yeah Im nervous & dont want to deal with the pain today, Im just not ready, Ill make a appointment specifically for shots. The doctor said okay but well its going to be a real quick & painless shots, youre already prepped, which was iodine on the knee & stuff out on the counter. My husband said a few times yeah Im just nervous Id rather not do it today. The man keept on talking about how hes prepped & that hes already got the shots right there & repeating the process.My husband had to say no multiple times, this staff member we saw was rude & very pushy on the steroid shots.

I am a return patient. I have seen dr. Knutson in 2017 and I saw him again very recently. A few times. The places are clean (I have been to two of them). The people are very nice. They are good doctors but I did feel pressured to getting a steroid shot. His PA really wanted to do it and I was really hesitant and they were very pushy. Maybe it was just us but my wife and I both felt that they were really pushing this shot. But it was generally a good visit. Dr Knutson is great. I havent ever had a bad experience with them.

Having the experience of my first Laproscopic surgery was a bit intimidating. When I arrived at the surgery area I was met by a professional and friendly staff who quickly got me over my nervous feeling. Dr. Bond was soon with me going over what he would be doing. The professional staff attended to my every medical need, including encouraging me. With two surgeries at Ortho Central I can tell you right now where my next surgery will take place.
