This review is for their billing system. I have been unable to pay for months now because I cant get anyone to call me back and their online bill pay system wont let me login to pay. I dont have checks (who does anymore?) and I refuse to send all of my credit card information through the mail. I work 8am - 5pm, so finding time to call during work only to not get an answer is frustrating. Posting this in hopes that someone will fix the online bill pay so I can just pay you. Also the URL on the bill is ridiculously long (64 characters, none of which are actual words). Get with 2021 - include a QR code or at least shorten it with a service like bit.ly.
