It’s rare to find a doctor that will take the time to actually listen to his/her patients. Most of the doctors you see these days don’t have the time to really listen and they talk at youDr. Riddle doesn’t rush in and rush out. He sincerely seems to care and takes the time to listen. He explains what’s going on and gives options to take towards a healthy outcome.Dr. Riddle is in my opinion, what a doctor should be. I believe my wife and I are in the best of hands medically speaking. God bless!

Great appointment. Got to the meat of the matter with Dr. Riddle. Told Dr. Riddle I desire straight up honesty and to be informed/educated on my health. Dr. Riddle appeared to be contend with my request. Dont believe i will have any any communication barriers. Looking firward to Dr. - Pt relationship.

From office staff through nursing staff and Dr. Riddle himself, there is no better experience in a medical setting than being in his office.

Initial appointment to become a patient. Scheduled for 1400, had to arrive 30 min early to do all the paperwork. At 1500, 1.5 hrs later, still had not been seen. No one came out to tell me what was going on and when I told the receptionist how long I had been waiting she didnt even apologize or offer an excuse. Poor service, poor communication.Update: called the office manager to complain. The only explanation was that the dr is always late. Makes me wonder why I had to be 30 min early if they knew he was going to be late anyway.

Dr.Riddle is Great! Always has the Best additude every time I see him! Easy to make an appointment and the office girls are very friendly! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a family Dr.

I arrived there at 7:30 this morning for blood work. Previously I was told that theres no appointment needed and its a walk-in only. When I arrive at 7:30, I checked in where the receptionist name Donna. I waited about 40 minutes before I saw the nurse. While waiting, after 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist how long more do I need to wait and her response was, I have no control of the lab. She is with someone right now. She will get to you when shes through. I was thinking, WTF.That was totaly uncalled for and very rude. I was the only one in the waiting area and waitingwfor 40 minutes just wasnt right. She never apologized. Maybe thats how she is with customers. I can hear her talk about is her personal life which is to me, very unprofessional. Finally, when I saw the nurse, I told her about my encounter with the receptionist and she apologized for the wait and told me that she will report to the issue with the office manager. The receptionist is the first thing that people see when they come in the building. Poor service affects everyone.

Great communicator, great diagnostician, animated, listens, what more could you want?
