Great doctor but the staff is one of the worst. They get everything wrong and rude doing it. Left since they are so bad.

Dr Tsai is an very nice doctor and caring , however the front desk staff .... every time I call in for my concern I felt like I work for them or they have careless personality which make me very uncomfortable .

Dr. Tsai is an outstanding ,doctor, who is extremely dedicated to her patients and her field. She is a consummate professional, and brilliant in her field, punctual, caring, and always follows-up. If I could give her ten stars, I would rate off off the charts! Ive gone to her many years. Her staff is excellent, Betty, Ruby and others, I wish I had their names. I liked Dr. Tsai because she was funny and cool. She put me at ease immediately, and she just had a fun energy. She gave me very clear directions and copies of everything. She did my very first endoscopy.All in all, great experience. Its hard to find doctors with a good bedside manner these days.

Excellent doctor. Highly recommend. Dr Tsai is kind and patient, I had my first colonoscopy with her. Very easy and no pain.

She is very attentive and listens better than most doctors.

Dr. Tsai has wonderful bedside caring manner and her staff was very helpful. This was only my second colonoscopy in 10 years so I dont have much to judge on other than her manner and care and I can say that I was impressed and I am pleased recommend her.

Do not visit this physician unless you cant find another gastroenterologist. Her office staff is rude and less that helpful. Her office is from the 1980s. As a physician she is unresponsive and frequently out of the country. My wife might still be alive if Dr. Tsai hadnt been in China when the PET CT needed to be interpreted and acted on. If I could give no stars that would be my grade.

Only Accepts Cash or Check. Air head staff at Front Desk. Long wait in Lobby Room. Even longer wait in Waiting Room. It’s a Tuesday. I’ve been here since 4 to have the doctor read my results. It’s 5:30... This is so rediculous that I actually had to get on my phone and write a review, hope this helps.
