Sooooooo satisfied with the work I had done by Dr. Barnes!!! : ) I was plagued by a genetically induced double chin. I had been wanting to do chin lipo for at least 15 years. 11 years ago I spoke to Dr. Barnes to find out about the procedure and get a quote, but I couldnt justify it at the time ... I didnt want to spend the money. Ugh!! I WISH I had just eliminated any excuses and figured it out back then! These COVID days where we have not been out and about as much were perfect timing to do this procedure - masks were in style to help hide some minor bruising after the procedure, and I was at home and able to follow post-procedure protocol very easily.Dr. Barnes is masterful at his craft. He and his wonderful nurse, Cindy, put me at ease despite my feeling nervous, and the entire procedure went off beautifully. I got teary-eyed when I saw my new chin for the first time immediately afterward. I am including photos for you to see: Before, immediately afterward, 2 weeks later, and now, 4 weeks later. Dr. Thomas Barnes is a artist! The way he left my neck I wouldnt even imagine it could look like this. Dr. Barnes made this experience pleasant, he took the time explaining the procedure, is very caring and down to earth. During the procedure hes constantly asking you how your doing checking up on you, he even puts amazing music while he does the procedure, who does that ! Just an amazing doctor overall. TICKLE Liposuction. I have had regular liposuction before and it hurts. I just had TICKLE Liposuction on my stomach by Dr. Barnes, awake and there was no pain at all. I was able to go out that evening also.With Doctor Barnes procedure he actually sculpts and contours the area giving you a six pack type of result. When you are considering liposuction ONLY consider the Tickle method. ONLY consider a Surgeon that can sculpt and contour, rather than just suck the fat out.

I carefully chose him above all of his competition because of his extensive Board certifications, his credentials, background, 18 years of experience and his high ethics. He tops the list for all of these. I came to him wanting a mini facelift (I am female, 58 years old) and ended up with that, as well as a neck lift, and upper and lower eye lifts. With the other 7 plastic surgeons I consulted with, there was no way I could have afforded their fee to have all that done. But Dr. Barnes cares so much about his patients happiness, that he works within your budget to achieve the best results for you personally. He is not cookie-cutter like most plastic surgeons.
