Dr. Ngo is one of the best in the game. Not only is he polite and courteous, but he makes sure you are never in pain. I have been come to Dr. Ngo for over 15 years and never has there been a time where I feel nervous going to the dentist. Dr. Ngo, Image Dental and his staff are like a welcoming family with an open door! Highly recommend!

Dr. Ngo is a great dentist in Newport Beach!! Ive been going to him for all of my dental work for over 5 years now and he always takes care of me. Hes crafted a beautiful smile for me and for that I am very thankful. Hes very skilled and has access to some really high-tech equipment that will impress you. Has to be one of the best dentists in Orange County area.

This place is one of the best! Dr. Ngo is a very talented dentist in Irvine CA & Ive been going to him for close to 5 years or more now. They keep their offices clean, waiting room is nice, and even have flat screen TVs to watch. Ive never been one to enjoy going to the dentist, but the staff & dentist here have always made it accommodating.

I grew up always having dozens of cavities. We went to many dentists and each time I went to get holes drilled in my teeth my fear of dentists grew. Some were nice but werent particularly skilled, some werent nice and werent skilled, but Dr. Ngo somehow manages to be genuine in every single short interaction, all while being an extremely skilled and truthful dentist. I now refuse to visit any other dentist, and my fears have lessened by a lot, mostly due to the compassion, comfort, and skill the staff here provide. Everyone here, including the dental assistants, are fantastic.Im a picky person, especially with such deep fears of dentists, if your insurance covers it I recommend coming here.

Been seeing Dr. Ngo for several years - surprised I havent reviewed him until now. Hes a great dentist, very gentle. If you have anxiety he knows how to make you feel comfortable & welcome. Staff are trained very well. Ive had crowns, implants, whitening, regular cleanings, gum work & more and havent had any issues with any of the work hes performed on my mouth. I love the smile he has given me!

I started as a new patient with Dr. Gno yesterday at his new Lake Forest office. The staff and Doctor Gno were all amazing. A genuinely caring office environment that exceeded all my expectations. I have been through three dentists in the last few years and I am happy to know that I can stop looking.They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, the office is beautiful, and the professionalism and skill of Dr. Gno is evident and much appreciated. I called earlier today and spoke with Maria to make an appointment to see Dr. Ngo she was so kind and so helpful in listening to my concerns about my fears about going to the dentist. I always get anxiety when going since I had a really bad experience with one when I lived in San Diego and havent had any dental work in last few years maybe more because of it. Then I moved and I tried to look for a great dentist in OC. I came across Image Dental on google and I remembered that I had seen Dr. Ngo once in his Newport Beach office back in 2011 and Im so glad theyre at the same location because I had the best visit back then. Dr. Ngo took his time and cares for his patients. Looking forward to being a patient again.

Dr. Ngo and his staff were excellent. Just switched here and was blown away by the technology and how clean it was. Dr. Ngo was very detailed and I really felt like he took his time to really give a thorough exam and guidance. Moving my whole family over to here and he is open on Saturdays!

So happy I found Dr. Ngo. Have been to so many dentists that have told me I needed to do deep cleanings and all sorts of stuff. Dr. Ngo, is a honest doctor and told me this was not the case. Is so gentle as well. I have now sent about 5 other people here and they are so happy as well. 😊

I am very disappointed with my recent dealings with Image Dental. I am a patient of Dr. Ngos, infact, have spent over $2500.00 in the last 2 months on my teeth. On my last visit, Dr. noticed aback tooth that was crowned was showing decay under the crown and needed to be pulled, I had not experienced any pain ever so the Doctor said hed pull it when I was ready and to give him a call at a later date. So a few weeks after that I woke up with a tooth ache and called first thing in the morningand was set up with a 3:30 appointment. I got there on time and proceeded to wait for 40 min. to be seen and then was told the Doctor wasnt in so Id be seen by his associate. She came in took a look at the tooth and told me Id have to see an oral surgeon a few blocks away and then I was charged$50.00. Ive never had the happen before in my 60 years of going to the dentist. I questioned the office staff and was generally ignored. So I paid, but am not happy about it at all and am considering changing doctors. By the way, the oral surgeon charged another $300.00 plus.

Ive been going to Dr. Ngo for over a year now and I dont plan on switching any time soon. This a great family dentist who knows how to deal with clients of all ages. I hated the dentist before I met Dr. Ngo but him and his staff make it an enjoyable experience!
