From the beginning, every single person at ClearChoice Dental has been incredibly wonderful.I was in for my post surgery check up and had the pleasure of speaking with Monique. She was super caring and super easy to talk to. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions.While also meeting with Dr. Duncan, I was again greeted with his warm and caring demeanor. He addressed all of my concerns and has given me the confidence I so desperately needed.Im only halfway through the process, but have absolute confidence in ClearChoice Dental. They do amazing things there, and I appreciate them as individuals, as well as the work they do.

Excellent work from start to finish. Process went much faster, smoother, and with lot less discomfort than I expected. The only issue with me was that I have to do the insurance claim on my own.

After moving to Orange County I needed to find a new dentist so I went to the highest rated one on Yelp and they told me I needed a ton of work and one of my teeth needed to be pulled and replaced with an implant. I knew ClearChoice was the place to go for implants so I held off on doing any work at this “high rated” office. During my consultation with ClearChoice, Dr. Duncan took the time to explain to me everything that was going on in my mouth, not just the tooth in question. It turned out that this other dentist was totally trying to scam me by offering grants to pay for his expensive treatment that it turns out wasn’t even necessary. Dr. Duncan treated me like family and explained that I could and should keep my tooth. I walked out of there feeling so much better and decided never to trust Yelp for anything ever again. WAY TO GO CLEARCHOICE!!! Honesty and integrity is something lacking in our world today and you guys totally nailed it! I didn’t have to pay a dime and Dr. Duncan’s insight not only saved me thousands but allowed me to keep my tooth which was priceless! Thanks team Orange County! I am very happy with the experience I had with Clear Choice . I had lost several teeth after an auto accident years ago . I had endured years of oral surgeries and complications with bridges and partial dentures . I was thrilled to learn about the implants that would restore my mouth and improve the quality of my life .A few days before I was was scheduled to have the dental implant surgery I was diagnosed with large abdominal masses from NH lymphoma.. I had to start chemo and immunotherapy as soon as possible.I sat down with the oral surgeon on my appointment day. He was very knowledgeable about my cancer treatment . He informed me the immunotherapy I needed could cause serious problems with the implants. We would have to cancel the dental implants!I was extremely disappointed to think I couldn’t get implants . In fact I was devastated.The team of the doctors treating me at Clear choice went above and beyond and on a call with my oncologist. After long discussions , They found a save way to postpone my immunotherapy just long enough to move forward with my implants. I’m am extremely grateful to the staff at clear choice for helping me get my beautiful dental implants. I’m currently cancer free and can show my happiness with a beautiful smile .

I had a wonderful experience with the crew at Clear Choice. I broke a tooth that needed to be pulled and replaced with an implant. During the whole process from initial evaluation to final cementing of the implant everyone was great. I was always met with a smiling faces and happy attitudes. The attention to detail was outstanding and the craftsmanship second to none. Every question or thought was welcomed and dealt with in a professional manner. From my first meeting with Julie, the office manager, to some techie time with Christina, and a indeptq consult with Dr. J Duncan, I feel like my decision to work with them was my “Clear Choice”! They are each articulate, companionate, patient and have a sense of humor … all traits that definitely put me at ease when contemplating my serious dental procedures. Pre- and post-op were made very clear, meds were timely ordered, pre- and aftercare were almost spa-like! I have followed their post-op directions and reaped the benefits of no pain, swelling or bruising. Really amazing for numerous extractions, grafts and implants! I still have the requisite four-month healing period, but my temporary arch looks better than my original teeth, so I’m confident I’ll sail through this next phase. The experience was good from start to finish. Staff were all good and every friendly. The end product is very good and comfortable.My only suggestion would be to provide a complete list of steps, in chronological order, to the patient so they had a better idea of what was coming. After several years of reviewing this company and one other I decided that Clear Choice Dental was the right move for doing what I needed to have done. I had a complete full upper and lower arch replacement 8 implants because I had complete failing teeth. I went in for consultation in June 2019, had surgery in July and after 4 months of heeling and a couple temporary sets later and a few back and forth visits I walked out of the office in February 2020 with my final set which are Zirconia and feel great and much better about myself and my health has definitely improved over all. I want to thank the doctor himself Jesse Duncan out of the Newport Beach CA. office and the staff who really cared about helping me including the consultation Ed. herself Susanne who helped me get this started and making it possible for me to get the financing I needed as well. My family was hesitant going through the entire procedure for my mom. During the consultation, we met some of the staff and got an initial tour of the facility which put us at ease, but I still had my reservations. I watched my mom go through several rounds of agonizing pain until we realized we had to take this step.If I could only anticipate how kind, caring, and PATIENT the staff would be throughout the process--the support they gave my mom in this endeavor was stellar and I felt relaxed and at ease by her side throughout the process.Shes now pain-free, has a stunning smile, and even shed a few pounds in the process (which alleviated severe knee pain she was having!).Highly recommended!
