After being with the same dentist for 23 years, I was nervous when push came to shove and I needed to find a new dentist but Dr. Niven and his team were AMAZING! The staff was friendly and beyond helpful. I felt informed and well taken care of after my first visit.

I am a new patient of Dr. Scott Niven based on a recommendation. The expert and through care I received was excellent. I was treated as more than just another patient. He treated me as if I was a family member but at the same time utilizing his skills as a very qualified dentist. I had some other health issues and he was very sensitive to that. I will need some work done but I totally trust him to do the best. I also need to mention the staff. From the front office to Tiffanie, who took my x-rays and assisted. Tiffanie explained the different types of x-rays which I appreciated and was so attentive. Again the entire staff treated me as you would a family member. I also appreciated the fact that all forms could be filled out on line prior to appointment. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our family is relatively new to this lovely practice. all staff are professional, super friendly, caring.hygienist jacqueline is not only gifted in her cleanings, but she also encouraged me to a new level of dental hygiene (and electric toothbrush).before, cleanings were a bloody painful ordeal.after my second w jacqueline, quick, painless, total night and day difference.dr niven found no repairs necessary.happy camper here :)

Going to the dentist can be fearful. With that being said, my experiences at Waston & Niven DDS have been wonderful. My dentist, Dr. Niven is amazing, kind, thorough and explains everything step by step so you know what to expect. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Niven now treats me,, my husband, and our adult son. Full mouth crowns for me, and. similar treatment for my son. Extremely patient, caring---the staff, to a person are compassionate care givers. Best dentistry experiences we have ever have experienced.

They are flexible with their appointments and don’t keep you waiting any longer than you need to. Best dentist Ive ever had at 72 years of age. Scott was able to diagnose and fix problems my previous dentist of 25 years was unable to fix or diagnose even though he was a renowned UCLA grad. Office staff is very friendly and capable. Scott is a diagnosis genius.

We are new to Dr. Niven’s office. The receptionist, Carry pleasantly greeted us upon our arrival. We were seen on time, no waiting. Andie, the dental assistant, came out to the waiting room with a smile to bring us back for x-rays. Shortly after the x-rays, Dr. Niven introduced himself, asked a few questions as to why we are here and get to know you more. He did a thorough examination, reviewed the x-rays and discussed his findings, recommended treatment,with alternatives, and printed out the treatment plan with fees. We then saw, Stacy, the hygienist, for a teeth cleaning.The office is clean, bright, open and very friendly.His fees are fare.I highly recommend Dr. Niven.

Dr. Edward Watson is a talented Dental Surgeon who is also a great communicator. He takes the time to instruct his patients so they understand the reasons he has for performing a procedure.As a physician, I recognize his compassion as genuine and is done to relax the patient and make them feel comfortable that this experienced dentist knows the terrain of the teeth and jaw and has been there multiple times before.Not many other Dental physicians or surgeons have that level of calming influence.In addition, he has surrounding himself with a gracious staff of experienced assistants, all of whom display characteristics similar to their leader.Also Sue was terrific dental assistant and Tooth Descaler.
