Went for a regular gyn exam, it was a little too quick, and then the pap results werent even complete and they didnt have the respect to call and explain. Never going back.

I called in to get a prescription refill and they told me I have to come in person and it will be free of charge. All lies. I was billed $84 for a simple prescription refill. I didnt even see the doctor. When I called the billing department to confront them, they were trying to put the blame to front desk. One company should have one policy. Worst experience ever.

I didnt see Dr. Kim, but Julia was great! Very patient and kind. Front desk staff was great and I really didnt have to wait.

Dr. Kim was kind, understanding and thorough throughout my entire visit. She answered questions and explained things to me with wonderful bedside manner. In fact, everyone in the office was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back for my needs

This was my first visit to this clinic. I saw Nina, the PA. She is so warm, caring and thorough in treating you! I had an annual visit and Pap smear. She made me feel super comfortable and always checked in to see if I felt any discomfort when getting my procedure. And, I must say that this was the gentlest process of ever having a Pap smear done. Besides this, when I needed to draw blood for some blood tests, the nurses were so patient and diligent when drawing my blood as I had runny veins where my blood would not come out. I needed the help of two nurses to make sure my blood would be drawn smoothly and they were so efficient and helpful! Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Kim is just absolutely wonderful. The best at Garden OB/GYN. The entire team absolutely great from the frontline staff to the techs. Kathy is also great - she knows the true meaning of customer service!

Dr. Kim is a great doctor. She dose take the time to listen to you and also give her suggestions. I have been going to her office for approximately 2 years and i have never had an issue, at any of my visits. All of the staff are pleasant and very helpful. I didn’t actually meet Kim yet cause I’m still pretty early in my pregnancy but my first visit at the clinic was all positive besides the drawing blood part.The nurse couldn’t draw my blood and admitted to not being super experienced, I was ok with it - now in hindsight it would have been nice to leave and have all the work done, I have to go to a Northwell lab to get it drawn.Other than that, the sign in and wait time was quick - don’t know if I was lucky but I was taken care of right away and did my sonogram. Staff was very professional and polite. I look forward to coming back....

It has been really pleasant to be a patient of Dr. Kim. Im always overly concerned about things and Dr. Kim is always able to be level headed with me but with realistic options/information to keep me informed. Its always easy to talk with her, and so far since Ive seen her, shes has been great! The staff at the 67th street are also really nice and supportive as well.

Everything from you walk in is wonderful, your greeted upon entering with a very welcoming receptionist, beautifully designed and the wait was exceptional. During the exam I was completely comfortable and she took her time and explained everything

Im pleased with the care I eventually got. I thought it was quite pricey for the brief checkup I received ($400 for an exam with no extras but I had no insurance.) I had an appointment for 11:40 am but wasnt seen until almost 1pm. I was left waiting in an exam room for 45 minutes in a hospital gown — no one came to update me on what was going on, and a random man (that I think worked there?) ended up walking in to my room while I was basically half dressed, not knowing I was in there. It was a little disorganized, but once I saw Dr. Kim, she was great and I left satisfied.

This office was spacious, clean and the staff members were professional and kind. Dr. Carly was amazing and quite insightful. She answered all of my questions and displayed a level of expertise I found refreshing after months of searching for a good OB-GYN. I would strongly recommend.

I did not see Dr Kim herself, saw PA Rodriguez. I would give full 5 stars but I did get there at 6pm and left at 8:30pm, perhaps the person in charge should make appointments every 30 mins and not every 15 mins. It is not realistic

The staff are courteous and they make you feel comfortable. Their concern for patients well being is commendable.

Dr. Kim made sure that all of my questions related to my visit were answered. During the procedure, she let me know what she was doing so that I was prepared. Very efficient.

I didnt know the name of the provider or anyone who was involved in my visit because no one introduced themselves. They also had mistaken me for other patients multiple times. Also, my provider disclosed to me that she went into a room to see another patient who they thought was me and shared some of my personal info. The radiology tech had the entire EMR up while I was getting dressed so that was another HIPAA violation. And then the wait time was ridiculous with no one checking in to keep me updated.

I had the most MISERABLE experience here. Let me list out everything that was horrible about this office:1. An appointment to renew my birth control prescription took 3 hours2. I was scammed into paying a $60 copay even though my parents told me after it should have been 100% covered with our insurance (my dad literally works for the insurance company we use) and I even made sure they took my insurance while making the appointment (currently disputing the charge)3. I was told I was getting a year of refills in three month chunks. I show up to the pharmacy and turns out they only gave me 3 months TOTAL. So they would require me to come back, pay the bogus charge again after that. By the way it was the same exact pill I was on before the prescription ran out4. They tried to make me schedule a “surveillance appt” for two weeks from now to scam more money from me even though again, same pill I’ve been on for years5. When I got to the pharmacy to get my prescription a couple hours later, turns out they forgot to call it in so I had to wait an additional 30 minsI am beyond frustrated and furious about this experience. Never in my life have I felt so disappointed with a doctors office. It’s clear to me this business is only trying to make money and I think they took advantage of the fact that I am only 21 and not used to handling appointments like this without my parents in person guidance.

The staff are the best. Very polite and professional. My only complaint with Garden OB/GYN is better office communication over the phone. I was running late and trying to call the call center was horrible. Please give direct office # to established pts for personal questions and concerns

Very nice experience . I was actually seen by and attended by Jennifer Mansfield, PA . Jennifer made the first time at Garden Gynecology was very good and positive experience.

You will Leave with more questions than answers which is not professional and not serious. The waiting is long.After the first appointment, I left so confused and wend to a different practice.

Just awful. Made a first appointment with Dr. Kim, waited over an hour and a half, and then was met by a PA instead, who told me she couldnt do the procedure I needed. I had to make another appointment with Dr. Kim. Waited another 1+ hours to be seen. When she got to me, she told me she was understaffed, usually did the procedure with another person but was on [her] own, and then took 5-6 attempts to tie a suture off. I was charged for both appointments, costing me literally hundreds of dollars. Never again.

Everyone there is very friendly, informative, and reassuring. I would recommend Dr. Sonia Kim and her team to everyone.

Ive never met the doctor that I had appointment with. They scheduled me not saying that the doctor will be on vacation. And when I already was on the chair they told me that PA (physician assistant) is going to see me. I scheduled appointment with a specific doctor, made all this way from nj to ny, and found out at the last moment that the doctor is not available. Very annoying experience. Spent so much time on looking for a doctor, travelling, and never seen that doctor.
