I gave birth a little over three weeks ago. Dr. Guballa was great. The delivery went very smoothly. I was 41+ weeks, and while I was hesitant about the pitocin - given my situation I needed to be induced, and Dr. Guballa was there in the hospital the whole time. I wanted to hold off on the epidural - which she respected. Ultimately I decided it was needed, and everything went smoothly. There was one point in the labor that she was concerned about the baby’s heart rate, and we managed by trying different positions and didn’t need to make alternative plans. The epidural made the delivery itself easy. I did have to have an episiotomy - and I am currently in the recovery from that. I go back to Dr. Guballa in a few days to check on the progress of that. Ultimately, I was very happy with Dr. Guballa’s bedside manner, her friendly approach, and the end result. I would recommend her - and would plan to use her again. The biggest downside is that she doesn’t take insurance. That said, I haven’t submitted everything to my insurance company yet, so I don’t know yet how much they will cover.

I have been going to Dr. Guballa for years and cant think of anyone else I would ever go to. She is a wonderful doctor with a great personality and its very easy to talk to her. I cant recommend her enough!!

Especially since the pandemic she is super organized and will efficiently and thoroughly review her patients entire file to find solutions tailored to their needs to the extent possible. For example, a preference for natural remedies before trying regular treatments plus low dose birth control. She saved me at least 3 separate visits by efficiently taking all the in office info, blood samples etc and there was no wait time at all.Her professionalism and humanistic qualities listening to her patients and getting to know them are absolute tops. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Guballa has been my gynecologist for many years. What I like most about her is that she remembers you as a patient, what your ‘normal’ is both physically and emotionally: when you need treatment and when you need advice and caring. My most recent visit was in September 2021. When I was in her office I was the only patient and she and her assistant were the only other people in the office. All COVID organizational procedures were in place. As I left, the next patient arrived.I began seeing Dr. Guballa after I had my children and she has helped me through menopause and beyond. I trust her judgment implicitly and wish I had selected her as my doctor earlier. Simply the very best doctor and person!
